Thank God for Facebook ads. I was so lucky i found a wedding shop in Dubai that didnt cost $$$, to think that my gown was customized and a bit “demanding”. Joy gave me a warm welcome when I first visited the shop and carefully tried to understand the concept of my gown. I couldnt properly explain it to her and there were no sketches for the whole gown whatsover but just sample photos of the different parts. While the gown was being created i kept on thinking if they’ll be able to pull it off. But Joy handled it very, very well, the cost, the materials, the timeline, everything. I went for my first fitting and I was so happy it turned out like how I envisioned it to be and even more! They made me 1 very volatile gown that gave me 10 different looks to choose from.

I reached out to the store after I saw one of my college senior wearing their gown. Joy was very helpful right from the beginning. She helped me chose my wedding gown out of their collection. Since all these happened in COVID lock down time, everything happened online. I couldn't visit their store from India. After I sent them my measurements, the dress was shipped and I found it very beautiful and more than what I expected. Joy and her team are very professional, helpful and well behaved. They coordinated well for my courier and were always there to help. Everyone loved my wedding gown and I felt so happy with the unique custom designed gown. They provide good suggestions and are. It is really true that searching for your dream dress it's a heck of a headache. It wasn't an easy journey at first with few miscommunication but eventually they made things possible. I was really in tears seeing my dress afterwards. Was very grateful and thankful to Connie and the tailor especially. I thought i will go home in tears again knowing they can't do anything with the dress that i chose but thankfully the tailor was very helpful and she made it possible. I visited a few bridal stores in Dubai, and didn't feel as comfortable in any store other as I did at Mynamour. They have a wide range of dresses to select from, plus they can customize dresses if you have something specific in mind. Joy listened to what I liked, tried to understand my style, and then recommended dresses and styles for me to try.

Joy communicated with me through the process, and made sure they delivered according to the timelines she promised me. I only had 2 and a half months till my wedding, so this was critical. I loved how well she handled everything - from my first visit to my last trial.

The dress was fabulous - just as I had envisioned it, not just beautiful, but well tailored, and extremely comfortable.

I'm really happy I chose Mynamour to customise my wedding dress. When I first went there, I was so confused about the dress style I wanted and was scared it might not turn out the way I liked. I knew I wanted a mermaid style with alot of details and crystals, but wasn't sure how exactly I wanted it. I want to thanks Myna and Joy. I contacted so many wedding dress shop but i had special requirement for beach wedding with reasonable budget.
Then luckily i contacted Myna and after talking with her I immediately decided to go ahead with them, i had my own wedding gown customized design as per beach wedding and Myna and her team made it same to same what i shown them initially. They called me couple of FOC trials and asked if i need any arrangements in dress. The dress came out soooo beautiful, each n every guest said WOW. Plus the price you get in Mynamour, i dont think you can get anywhere else in Dubai.

Hi, I am so pleased with my wedding dress I want to share how I came to your store. My partner and I got engaged on Valentines day 2019. I was so excited. I visited many bridal boutiques but my excitement turned to dismay as I am a larger bride and very few shops catered to my size. Some were even rude. A friend asked if I had been to Myanmour. I had not so I emailed first to ask if you could cater for the larger bride and quickly received an email back to say Yes and encouraging me to make an appointment. She wanted to put me in a gown but I said No I would wait for the dress maker but Joy was so excited that I agreed. I had a great experience at Mynamour with getting my wedding dress. The Manager Ola, was exceptionally helpful. She went over and beyond for me and made sure my dress was perfect. I only had 3 days in Dubai, and she ensured that I had my dress ready with all the adjustments and beading. The staff worked round the clock for me over 3 days just so i could take my dress back with me ti my country.
