The best address in Dubai to find an amazing costume. With mine, I've been selected as the best Halloween costume in Blabla nightclub.

Vast collection of costumes reasonably priced. Don’t be intimidated by the seeming light shop on ground floor it is really the costume store! They have everything covered in the costume department and things you might not have thought of.

Costumes are very bad and cheap quality.
I ordered 2 for one party on the same day.
One came too small, and the other one the hat shape was odd.
I straight away asked to return on WhatsApp because It didn’t fit they read my message but didn’t reply. Next day they are informing me that they only accept same day exchange. After complaining a bit they are telling me I can exchange. I send the parcel through a driver, and apparently they don’t give store credit… only exchange…. Which if they would’ve replied the day before I would’ve done but since the party was over I did not need that costume anymore.
Anyway bad communication and cheap place.

On the website it said the costume i wanted was in stock but when i went in real life (1hour drive) it was sold out

You can find almost every costume you are looking for, it is well segregated by gender, story, age and characters, but the prices are more than average, some of the costumes are above 2k, others are in the range of 200 to 300,

Staff iz amazing, helpful, polite and professional. They have amazing products from a lot of manufacturers. So if you are looking for costumes, this is place for you.
I would highly recommend buying costumes here.
On lower floor they have decorations for home, and they are all interesting and unique pieces.

Horrible customer service, we came to exchange the costume one week later and we were denied even tho it’s in original packaging and unused, the guy at the shop didn’t even bother to talk to us saying the manager will not help, was asking for the manager but was told that he’s unavailable

This place is good if you're looking for costumes to any kind of party. They're have a lot of stuff to choose. In my case I choose 1st the Princess Belle the yellow one and 2nd one the like a sexy type. I every costumes they have only specific things what is included so make sure every time you choose and buy check it first. They have also seperate things if you want a props. Like example in my yellow princess I bought a seperate white gloves and also make sure every time you bought it yoi can mix and match to other costume. And the sale lady is very helpful and friendly, please kindly look to Ms. Aiza

The staff is just awful and rude. The cashier even speaks in another language to insult the customers. This store is not even worth a star. Move on, they ain't worth it

Soo many options for costumes. I really had fun choosing costumes. I just wish you had more space because with all your costumes and things for sale it's already too cramped up. A more comfortable shopping experience but aside from that, its all good.

All of masks are messy and bad quality also when you put it on you sweat a lot

Than African stuff guy came with the manager (because he is scared to talk to me one on one) and said that I’m not allowed to try on more than 5 things
I left disappointed only bought mask for 195 even though I could buy it online for 50 dirhams

One stop shop for all customs needs, make up and decorations.yet, prices are above average.
I like this place.

Rude service, my friend and I actually came to choose a costume, and measured for a long time and the employee told us that the maximum is 5 suits we can wear to check, where is the rule on your website or in the store that you can only measure 5 suits? We left right away and will never go back.

My go-to shop for any costumes or party accessories, huge range of products and they’re always very helpful over the phone, totally recommend

This place is simply HUGE, if you can't find what you are looking for in here you wont find it in Dubai.

The place to find costumes for parties and also there are there nice decorations for home. The sales person was also really nice.

Overrated and over-priced. You'd be better off ordering from amazon for less than half their store prices

If I could, I would have given zero stars. I bought two items during the Halloween period, and out of the two, one was in a very bad condition (a wig). I have come two days after to return the item as it was not worn due to the condition it was in, only to be informed that it can not be returned, nor replaced for an other item. This is the first time I hear in the entire UAE that something which is sold in the shop can't be returned or replaced even if it is damaged. On top of that, the staff working (a lady who said she is the manager) was pretty rude. Overall, I know where not to buy ever again thanks to their customer "care" service. Absolutely I do not recommend.

P. S. Prices are very high and quality very low.

Tonnes of stuff. The staff is helpful.
I visited a couple of days before the Halloween and the place with its two floors and rows upon rows of racks was bursting from the crowd.
Some people were trying out the stuff right there and then in the isles. Can't be sure but looks like they didn't have try rooms.

On any day near Halloween they will not have anything and suddenly treat customers like it’s a burden

The employee was very nice and welcoming, there is an additional one hundred dirhams in case the product is left for repair, I have complete confidence in the services provided, I recommend buying Kärcher products.

The best shop to buy any kind of costume for any kind of events! I got my Cleopatra Halloween costume! Awesome quality and great reasonable price! Anyways! This shop is like wow u can get lost there.tooooo much stuff! Too much! Everything u need for any kind of party is literally there:)

Almost all you wish for the perfect disguise, however it’s mostly “one size fits all” kind of disguises which is great for the occasional Halloween party. It’d be great if it had a more “realistic” offer even if more limited. Accessories offer is quite good. Prices.well it’s not cheap but you’ll find everything in one shop.

Very bad experience, all staff busy either with phone or other things, no one is taking care of customers, I spent more than 15 minutes in the shop and the lady speaks on the phone even I asked her several times but not caring!

A very nice source for customs and Cosplay. The employees are aware of many characters and the shop is organized for easy finding of the needed theme. Worth a visit if you are visiting Comic-Con

Best costume store in Dubai. Has 100s of costumes and multiple accessories to choose from. Must visit!

Highly over priced, with limited sizes for the chunkier clients. Sadly, it's the only kind of store here, so unless you order from outside the UAE, or find a tailor (super hard), your only option is to pay a premium here.

Visited Mystique Costumes the barsha branch and had great experience and mostly like friendly staff and the availability and the variety of different Accessories such as wigs, hats, helmets, and weapons for famous characters and superheroes which can be found in the store with good quality.

They have *such* a massive, varied selection of costumes and accessories, it pretty much boggles the mind. The only thing stopping this from being a five star rating is that they don't cater for the serious cosplayer who wants a really high quality product. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable not just of the products they carry but of characters you're trying to emulate so they can advise on what accessories you be best suited.
