MYTOYS HAL01-07

I have been a MYTOYS customer since 2015-2016.

Using a modified JLB Cheetah from their store, I won the 2018 UAE 1/10th scale off-road race.

I only shop at the original HUGE store at Dragon Mart 1, HAL01-07. Not only do they keep premium, high-end Chinese RC models like DHK Racing, JLB, HSP, FS-Racing etc, they are also the official partners of WL Toys, one of the best budget friendly hobby grade RC manufacturers in the world. I have bought over 40 RC cars from them in all sizes and price ranges in the past 8-9 years (for myself and friends and family). Each and every one of them are working in PERFECT condition. Whenever something breaks, they are ready with parts support and an experienced team of SIX mechanics, led by Mr. Jason to make sure you get your RC vehicle repaired/modified/customized in 24hrs.

If you are in the RC hobby, you know parts break and lipo batteries swell. That’s the name of the game. You can either buy upgraded parts online and take it to MYTOYS mini-garage to upgrade it, or simply ask them to repair it with stock parts.

A Traxxas/Arrma 1:10th scale brushed motor 4x4 will cost you 1000-1500 dhs. The shocks of a Stampede/Granite 4x4 cost 240-300 dhs, and you have to order online and fix it yourself.

Buy a MYTOYS Typhoon instead. It costs 370 dhs! You can change all four oil filled shocks for 80dhs. Every part is available in store and most repairs will take less than an hour (avoid weekends!).

Best thing…if you’ve bought your RC from them, then the service is free! You just pay for the parts. So if your child breaks the remote controller of a MYTOYS Bison or a WL Toys 12428, a brand new 2.4ghz remote will cost you only AED 50!

There is NO such brand as an “unbreakable” RC car. The benefit with the brands at MYTOYS is that the repairs plus service (free) will typically cost 30-80dhs; as opposed to breaking parts on a Traxxas or HPI and spending hundreds of dirhams on parts and service.

From the salesmen to the mechanics, I have had nothing but excellent experiences with all of them. Highly recommended, 10/10.

He sold me a broken game with missing parts that I bought as a gift for someone, but unfortunately this was my experience.

Products are cheap due to bad quality. We bought electric scooter and it stopped working after 3 months. Spare parts are very expensive so you will end up buying new one instead of repair. Not recommended at all.

Really bad experience with them. We bought 360 scooter.after few days it is not working. They dont accept returns. Salesman is very rude telling me that there is no manager to who I can compain and he dropped the call. This was bought in IBN Batuta mall in MyToystore. Waste of money.

Just simply don't buy anything from these guys cause they don't stand behind the product they're selling and they lie about the product
Bought a remote controlled car with extra battery. They said battery last 25 minutes. I got 5 minutes out of it. Went back bought an extra battery which almost exploded after the 2nd charging. Went back and asked to be replaced at least. They don't care and they won't replace it.

If you want to save yourself some headache buy these toys from a reputable seller and not from these people who will scam you

We purchased drifter but it's a headache
First, the battery stopped working within 2 months
We then went to my toys shop and they charged us Aed 80 for new battery.
Now we are charging but it's not getting charged.
Really disappointed.

Tell me what to do?

Location is very far (40 kms) from my house. So shall I again visit your shop for this problem?

Can you give the electric scootter for last 350 AED because i have about 30 people who want to buy it in 350

I bought a G-Max scooter from MyToys about 2 months ago, awesome scooter for the price.
Essan, one of the salesman, was extremely helpful in choosing the best scooter for me and was swift to reply with any further queries I had even after the purchase.

2 months later I ran into some technical problems and he told me to bring it in.
Jason, one of the technicians, made sure that the scooter was fixed by the next day.

All additional services were free of charge as the scooter was purchased at MyToys. Fantastic policy.
10/10 would recommend buying your scooter here.

Very inexpensive toy store. The quality is not exceptional but the price is very attractive.

All unbranded products and 20-30% expensive than other shops in Dragon Mart. Thye will claim that they have warranty and repair centre but they will charge for repair even if the item stops working due to faulty parts even within 2 months
