They gives you damaged products and says it is not thier fault when ask for fixing

One of the worst decision was to buy washing machine from NAD al Hamar used furniture. I will definitely say they are big time liars and sell faulty products. They told us there will be 1 month warranty on the product but now they deny on the warranty and no action will be taken from them. The contact number provided doesn't work. The washing machine which bought makes sound and there some sort of smell when we do normal wash. Please don't buy products from them based on the looks, from outside product will be good but the condition when you use will be bad and customer service is not at all good. The same shop which was shown in the profile

The selection was suitable and prices were reasonable.
