Had a very bad experience with Nad al sheba.

The doctors are not that great.
I seriously suggest you think twice to go to this clinic.
U will risk your bird.

Dr. Suraj and his team are very professional and have knowledge for birds and parrots. I took my umbrella cockatoo and was given all the care he needs. Thank you so much.

Dr. Siraj was very thorough and helpful both times I visited the clinic. He gave me lots of advice when I came to him with a parakeet I rescued. Thanks to Dr. Siraj I was able to successfully hand feed “Andrea” to adulthood. She recently flew out the window and I frequently see her in my garden: a healthy strong bird.

I must admit that this is the best clinic for pet birds in Dubai, I visited couple of clinics in Dubai for my Fischer none of them could diagnose the condition, finally heard from friends about this clinic, Dr. Suraj n his nurse were amazing, he is a very good listener, we were initially bit concerned, Dr. Suraj is very talented and experienced, the way he handles the bird made us relieved that we are in the right direction. He explained us the condition very clearly, we followed his directions n boom our bird start showing improvement and today he is back to his normal chirping n playing. Dr. Farai and the team are one of the best in Veterinary experience. Our Dog Taffy had developed Salivary Mucocele and had to be operated in one of the most complicated surgeries that only few were willing to undertake. He was operated and released on the same day without any surgical complications. We would thank Dr. Farai and team for an exceptional effort in healing our dog and bring him back to health in no time.

If I could give this place minus stars I would. I took a stray kitten in for a checkup to see that it was OK and they charged me over 1100aed. Disgusting. Initially, the vet asked if I wanted him to do a virus check, and he said it would be 375aed, so I agreed, and he said he would also check for some other virus, neglecting to say it would be a further 400aed, with a couple ore things added, the bill was over 11aed. When I saw the figure I complained, and he laughed, telling that I should have asked. I will never use this place again. What kind of person would laugh in a customer's face? What kind of vet would do that to someone saving a kitten's life?

Shocking attitude. These people hold your conscience to ransom. I took in a small stray kitten and was charged more than 1,000 dirhams for a check up. They used the fact that I didn't want the cat to die to rip me off. Disgusting service. Once bitten, never again.

The best veterinary clinic in Dubai I highly recommend it specially doctor kurt he took a good care of my parrot, don't waist your money on other clinics.

We took our pet (kitten), we wanted to get an xray done, they somehow convinced us to go for an consultation and the vet walked in explaining it the xray and the way everything was pitched sounded too commercial, they are unsure of what is showing in the xray and were pushing us to go for surgery and estimate was given as 2300 aed for 1.5 hour surgery and in that also they were mentioning we need to open and see the cat what it could be (my reaction was like hello? Its a living being, it's not a doll or stuff toy to rip and open and check) I don't think the vet is well experienced and kind of got us scared, we went to another clinic with xray and they said cat just had inflammation and swelling that's it!
Just an advice, don't try to play with pet parents emotions just by saying anything or everything and don't use our emotions to sell something which does not require in first place, pathetic!

One of the best vet clinics in town with an amazing team of doctors and support staff. Our two little budgies were always taken care of with so much dedication and passion whenever we visited them.

Absolutely lovely team of nurses and staff. We took in some chicks that had fallen out of their nest and everyone at the clinic was so kind. Nurse Cassandra took the time to explain how they would care for them and even showed us where they would be keeping them. Thank you NAS Veterinary Clinic!

I noticed my budgie was vomiting, but I wasn’t quite sure it was vomit or regurgitation. I contacted the clinic via Messenger, but it was after hours so I couldn’t go. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment next morning at 10 AM. I was so impressed from the moment I walked in. All the staff members were so kind and patient with my little budgie for his first ever vet visit. He seemed fine during the time of observation, but when Dr. Kurt asked if I wanted to do some further tests for inflammation, I said yes. Turned out my budgie had a budding yeast infection, probably my fault for leaving some of his veggies outside for too long! Without this thorough examination and lab work, I never would have known. I am so glad I found this clinic. My 30 AED budgie is way too small to sit on those falcon stands, but he still received a royal treatment from all the sweet staff members. Thanks again to the entire team!

We had the most devastating experience with Nad Al-Sheba Clinic last week even though in the past, with the old team, our cat had been their patient and was treated with great care. We brought a senior cat having trouble breathing in and were told that there is fluid around her lungs which needs to be removed and that she must be kept on IV for the night. No one mentioned that there is no one on duty at the clinic at night. In the morning, they discovered our cat to be dead. If she was critical, why keep her for the night without supervision? For money? The thought of her suffocating alone in the empty dark clinic at night is unbearable. These pets are our family members! The vet in the morning was giving a very conflicting explanations which made it worse. Was it meant to be, or was it neglect? It’s time the veterinarian services in Dubai be monitored for quality of service and ethical treatment!

It’s so difficult to get appt every time I call they say we are full Dr Suraj is busy with Falcons & Dr Kurt is on holiday
Last month I was told same Dr Kurt is travelling & Dr Suraj is busy
I have been visiting this clinic since 2016 from dr Jess, Dr Tatia, dr dorain, all have seen my African grey & Dr Suraj himself has attended to him
I think they need more Avian vets in clinic otherwise dr’s & staff is good but would advice this clinic if our Birds are used to your dr’s kindly accommodate them instead of blankly refusing

A few days back i noticed a growth in my hamsters chest. We were fortunate enough to come across Nad al Sheba Clinic where i was able to get an appointment for the next day.
The vet, Dr Farai was exceptionally kind and treated my little buddy so well. Heartfelt gratitude to the Nad al Sheba Clinic team and doctor Farai as my Hamster is getting back to normal after his surgery!

One of the finest place to get your pets treated, amazing staffs from reception to Vets. Everytime I entered this clinic I was greeted warmly. They provided 5 star treatment for my cats, they’re very affordable than most clinics in Dubai without compromising on the standard of treatment. They’re are one of the best clinics in Dubai which treats Parrots and Falcons. Free ample parking spaces. Plus they do community service for wildlife rescues. Well done Guys keep your good work

I´m a student of veterinary medicine and I´ve spent here 6 weeks on an internship. I had an opportunity to earn experiences in such a professional and international veterinarian team and I am very happy for that.
I could saw a very good work of all vets, nurses and receptionists especially in the field of avian medicine. And if I had any problem with my bird in Dubai, I would go there because I know now that all the team from the NASVC is always trying to do the best for all animals and also for their clients. Besides birds like falcons, parrots or even free living pigeons, theese people are able to help you with other small animals like dogs, cats, ferrets, hamsters or rabits and they know very well, what they are doing.

One of the few Vet clinic in dubai who really put their hearts on their goals of caring the pets. I’ve been their regular clients since they started and they’re treating all the clients equal and their services is undeniably impeccable.

My family and I have 3 elderly cats (ranging from 10-16 years old) and have one 4 year old cat and I took my cats for their annual vaccination last week. Due to my own foot surgery and inability to go into the clinic, the vet came out to the car to discuss the issue of the cats with me- a humble gesture and one I appreciate. He diagnosed my 4 year old very quickly and kept him until his condition was clear and then sent him home with follow up treatment. I was sent videos and updates during his stay at the clinic. One of the older cats was given athritis medication to keep her comfortable and vitamins to help her in her old age. Such friendly professionals who do their work well, are reliable and very responsive - Thank you NAS Vet Clinic.

Over complicated, you need a full day to do a simple check for your pet.
If you are a friend you can enter with your pet during checking, if they dont know you you have to wait in the reception.
Every ear i go once or twice. Still the same.

So I visited here as my regular veterinary clinic was out of stock for the vaccination they took care of my puppy did the rabbies jab vaccination and kennel cough drip

Our cute and adorable parrot got hit by the ceiling fan and suffered multiple fractures on his right wing. We took him to Nad al sheba vet clinic.
He was treated by Dr. Kurt who was extremely professional and friendly and took care of him. Our parrot who was traumatised and scared, started feeling better and got back to normal in 25 days. He's chirpy, talkative and playful now.

From the pictures posted, his injured right wing can be seen hanging and after treatment it got so much better.

I had a great experience and will totally recommend this place!

Comparative to other positive reviews, mine have been a devastating experience. Pls bear with me if you find this post long. I’m not someone who would write a bad review about anyone or anything. But this is a matter of everyone’s loved pets & for some their companion & lifeline.
I had gone their for my little budgie. We were kept there waiting for almost half an hour (well it’s understood, as the Vet could have been attending an emergency case). My budgie was already stressed after traveling & being in a new environment. As it is he was having respiratory issues. I was asked to keep him in the entrance lobby, where ppl were coming & going. For me it wasn’t a clean place to keep his cage. I was with my budgie throughout. But I felt bad for an injured pigeon kept in a cage across near a dustbin! Well that is not hygienic for me. I wouldn’t allow that for my pets. The plants water tray was not kept clean. I went outside & waited. I was told the nurse would come to collect his sample. No nurse came. They just relied on what I told them over the phone the previous day, instead of the Vet examining him, my budgie was put on oxygen cubicle for almost 45 mins. He got more stressed with all that in a totally closed cubicle. So basically the Vet examines him after 11/2 hr since we arrived although we were on time. All this while I was at comfort seeing other birds who were being treated, I thought I’m at right place so dint get worried. The Vet said my budgie is critical & needs to stay there only for further examination. I refused as I knew it will become more stressful for him. I agreed that the Vet would just give him medicines (thought it would be a water / food soluble medicines which I could him which he can have in the comfort of his home) & rest would be my responsibility. Seeing the Vet going to inject him 5-6 medicines in one go I told him he is already stressed and won’t be able to take it. But the Vet said he needs it. I trusted the Vet. The Vet kept on giving him medicines & dint even realize my budgie had collapsed in the process. The Vet said he was already critical. Being a experienced Vet (if he is) should have known the Budgies can’t take so much stress & that too being in a critical condition! I have been to other Vet for my other budgies.they have always treated them in the most delicate way as they are different from other birds. I’m surprised that the Vet dint realize when he kept on injecting him? My budgie was critical (acc.to the Vet), stressed & still the Vet kept on injecting him. My little budgie couldn’t take so much. I should have got the hint from the initial few minutes and should have left from there. It’s been 3 days and still the whole experience is haunting me. My budgie was playing when I took him, but had to get him back Still. We miss him.seeing his empty cage & toys are heart weeps.
Apologies it’s been a long post then I thought, but as I said it is a matter for someone’s loved one’s life. If anyone of you are in a situation where it doesn’t feel right, listen to your heart. Thank you.

In this Vet, Doctors and all staff are so friendly and professional.

When I was at thire premises last time, I was sitting waiting for my turn when one of the doctors was discussing one of the cats health condition with the owner. He was so kind and so polite. I could see his smile behind his mask. Same goes to Dr. Kurt who is handling our CoCo the African grey parrot case.

Parking is always available. They are not 24/7, but emergency number is there.

Unfortunately our little hedgehog was in need of some heavy treatment the last months - Fortunately we came to Nad Al Shiba Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Doreen and her full team - from the receptionist to the nurses - they are all 200% professional, passionate, dedicated and in love with the animals they are taking care for! Thank you so, so much everyone! Always gives us a good feeling when we know you are taking care for our little one!?

My cockatoo Chapo was so sick with a virus he had from the awful pet shop. From the second I brought him into the clinic I felt so at ease with all the staff so professional and the first vet that was actually able to answer all my questions, thorough examinations were performed and they got him to good health and mashallah now he has a lot of energy. They make you feel they care a lot for your animal, would never take my coockoo anywhere else!

I asked them for my pets medical records as I’m switching vets because tatiana is on tentative leave and they didn’t provide an explanation. They took more than two days to send me what they had. Which was still incomplete, and no proper communication and explation. After insisting they send all, they said that they lost some of my xrays. I’m still waiting for their response on where the blood test results are which hasn’t been addressed by them. I’m so disappointed in their lack of communication and poor treatment. I had to redo the X-rays with the other clinic.

Competent Doctors and Straff. Felling like a Family. Had two dogs with them. One of them we had to put to sleep But the Doctors and Staff helped us a Lot in this process. So it was easy for my dogs Benny and for me. It's always good to have a Clinic which you can trust. My second dog was always afraid to see the Doctors from other Clinics, After we changed years ago to Nad An Sheba he's felling very comfy to walk in and see the doctor. Even when he get his injections.
I highly recomend to all my friends to use this Clinic.

The location is far from Dubai central, nice place, good doctors, expensive, but they have good care for my bird,
