We visit today union branch namaste restaurant experience was disgusting.service are very bad and we found Hair on food.staff are so rude they are not even sorry full of attitude…owner in restaurant only giving good service.otherwise uff

Worst service, not a single staff have manners even for delivery taking 50 minutes time, asking for card machine not available and mannerless. Don't have idea how to handle customer, shop inside smell very bad and small. No in charge available no manager, even owner is also not available, I try to ask them for my extra payment still waiting for manager from 2 months, 1 time I ordered food they bring card machine i pay they its not done you have to tag again but after it deducted two time's from my account i was keep asking no assistance.today also i order food i requested machine they haven't bring and i give cash 500 he rejected because don't have change i ask him bring change give food, he said i will not come again and again if you need you can bring and collect the food from shop.worst service.

U need to improve your taste still, Achar smell spoiled after 2hr as we ordered takeaway and consumed after 2hr

Food was serve very late, the taste was not as expected. Service of the old guy was good as he is the one keep apologizing due to the food was serve late, it's also mentioned in their table that they are available in NOON, Talabat, etc.but when we checked, it's not there.

Food was great…momos and soup are comforting, it’s not that spacious but it feels like home away from home.

One of my favorite places to have Indian cuisines in Dubai is Namaste Restaurant.

I love the momos they serve, 10 steamed momos for 16 AED is really worthed along with the finger licking red sauce. Also, the chicken roti set with 4 rotis, 1 bowl of dal, veg curry, green veg leaves fry and chicken with unlimited refilling for dal and vegis is so worthed that two persons can not only fulfill their appetite but also the desire and longings for food. My tummy was so full when I took the chicken set with roti that I had to pack the remaining for my roommate.

Food is really great though the space is small for dine in. Cant accomodate a lot of customers especially inside since nowadays its hot season.

Food was not that bad. Need to work on customer service. Do something for the flies and the stinky smell. I have had bad experiences there. I am extremely not happy with their service. Customer satisfaction is must in any business. And I will never go to this restaurant again anymore.

Food, i don't know the other food because im eat only pancit maybe its good.
Service, its ok because some of them he entertain with me everytime i have something to order.

They dont delivery on time I order the food at 12am but till 1: 25am they haven't delivered the food.
I will make sure i will not recommend any friends

Food is really delicious.continue with authentic Nepali flavours. The delivery boys from the restaurant are also very good and very nice people.

Someone referred me this restaurant for momo, and yes absolutely tasty. The hot spicy sauce was amazing. Responded well on their fb page. Got my delivery less than an hour. Will buy again. But next time please bring a card machine ️

If you are searching for nepali food then this is definitely a place you would want to avoid. I know it's business afterall bt then u cnt just serve anything in the name of business. It being the only nepali restaurant in alrigga so enjoys monopoly nothing against the restaurant just against the food they serve.

Very bad service.waiting for my order 1 1/2 hour.i hope next time it will not happen to other costumer.

I have ordered Chicken 65 this night. I found no chicken but just the bones. I wonder Chicken 65 was supposed to be bone less? Namaste Restaurant team plz reply

Jhol mo mo and chowmein are tasty and my favourite food too. I went there 3 times but service was not good, have to wait for long time and I take nepali khana set which was terribly served without any presentation. Such a bad service. I must say that they need to take care of every customer with prpoer manner.

Ah the momos are the best here, I come every week from Ras Al Khaimah for my university and i always visit to eat the momos.

The Restaurant called Namaste, beside Dubai Municipality of union is one of the bestest nepali restaurant I have ever come across.

A wide variety selection of food which not only includes Nepali food. But Asian lovers. Yeap.u read it correctly. Asian items are also available

It's a good place for a quick bites, breakfast, lunch and dinner or only for tea

I was really amazed by portion and quality.oh my god.it was mouth watering

It's affordable and they even do home delivery which is free of cost.

As well they have got an outdoor seating and they sale fresh green spinach leaves and spicy red chillies!

The portion of the food and the quality is so amazing enough for two person.

So why not check out this restaurant. You guys will fall in love with this place!

2 Stat because food taste good. But very very very very SLOW. Been to lots of restaurant but never saw any place who take that much time to prepare food.waiters don't care need to call them 5 time for order or any help. Even waited 5 minutes to pay because noone in counter. It seems restaurant needs PROFESSIONAL management team.

Amazing place to eat good dumplings, already 3 years regular costumer. GOOD PRICE AND VERY TASTY MOMO

One of the worst restaurant that I ever experienced since 9 years in Dubai. I used to go always but I never been satisfied with service and foods as well. But we still keep going to support nepali restaurant in forien County but never got a good experience. One of the wrost experience is we bought a 1kg of mutton but we got spoiled and full of smells. After we went today and told them about meat that was not the best. But the woner of restaurants (lady) instead of accepting the mistake she blame us that we are drunk and I talking nonsense. Imagine we are the regular customers since an a years. What we feel? They don't even recognize us also. From now on we decide not to visit Nameste restaurants in union. I suggest you not to visit coz of my bad experience. Finally one more thing if u guys keep doing this thing u never be successful in restaurants industry.

The restaurant is good. Mostly Nepali style Food. Food is tasty some what like Dhaba style. After order takes alot of time for serving. The Staff and owners are very friendly.

Worst experience ever. I hate to tell you guys but you have the worst customer service ever I have dealt with. I am never gonna visit this restaurant personally or order from here. The lady on the phone, kindly send her for training for basic customer service and how to speak with the customer. Or else you will keep on loosing the customers like us. Thank you

The top Nepali restaurant in Dubai, very delicious food specially the Momos. Highly recommended to those who are looking for Nepalese food in Dubai.

I have eaten here over 10 times and I can honestly say food is 10/10. I'm Pakistani who lives in UK and we have good Indian food here and namaste matches up very well. Quite pricey but worth it if you have good taste buds. Hands down best Indian food in Baku, shame to see it doesn't get busy thou. Only downside is they have very poor mango lassi, I'm sure they can and will improve on that. I will definitely visit here again when I travel to Baku, looking foward to it.

All time favourite restaurant whenever u want to have authentic Nepali cusine or else want to have yummilicious mouth drooling food specialy Tibetan or Chinese no need to think just go ahead they will never let ur expections go down.

I am a vegetarian and I asked if the veg foods are completely veg or not and they told me i don't have to worry about it it's completely veg. But i could literally smell non-veg from my veg dishes and plates they gave me the food in.

Nepali food is awesome but there is some employee who is very lazy to deliver the food...
Sometime they pretend to forget the delivery and take too much time...

Its nxt to union metro stn and u know how busy and congested the place is. But the staffs r very friendly as all nepali Restaurant, may be is coz of their hospitality culture that all neplai staffs everywhere seemed friendly and most polite. Food is very cheap and tasty and worth it. Think they hav all in the menu and most thing i liked is they r open till 2 am.

Located beside union metro station. Easy access to the location. Good food and staff are helpful and welcoming. Whoever's craving for Nepali food can visit.

Horrible place
Me any my husband order food and waited 15 mintues and half of the order they skipped.
When we asked they asked us back if we ordered the food or not.
We just left while food on table paid the bill and left.

Nepali traditional local food available here. 15 to 20 minutes waiting after place the order. Friendly staff. Average quality maintaing ambience. Near to union metro station exit no. 1. Other than Nepali, Indian food also available.

This is the place where i think my motherland bcz of our Nepali tradisnol food and environment.

Three star cuz i loved the food and services but the vibes and ambiance is not so appealing. The place is not well managed and looks conjusted.
