I bought a shoes from them it was bing a request fir smaller size. They came and collect the shoes and didn’t bring the correct size. I am trying to contact them since two weeks through calls and emails however they didn’t send me the new shoes or even refund my money unit now. Don't buy from NAMSHI again. I do t recommend anybody to buy from namshi. If I can choose zero star is will .the problem that i was a very loyal customer to them. I thinks now i need to contact Dubai customer care authority.

Very poor customer service and delivery. Before order its showing delivery is within 24 hours. More than 2days now still didnt received.
Customer service also they dont no whn it will be delivery. Wrost customer service.

Went from the top online shopping destination to the worst. If you say Namshi, people will immediately associate you with me because of how much I relied on you and purchased through your website literally everything. But I don't know what happened and your services are below average now. Delivery takes 2 days? ! It used to take half a day! People get better, not worse, Namshi. Reconsider your choices.

The return service is so bad I but expensiv earrings after 2 weeks the stone falling out. I try to contact namshi but in phone nobody help me I needet fix it about email and still there my problem is not fixed. For this big company is this very very bad I will never order again there

I dove to Aramx, I dropped the package. Namshi received it, but no refund. The worst customer service ever. I will make if my mission to warn ppl from dealing with those scammers. Why do you steal like that?

I order jeans for my baby son on Eid and I paid and next I found the order was canceled … seriously don’t you feel shame to cancel an item for baby! On Eid holiday one of the most blessings occasions in the year you made full family feels so sad really shame and I will never recommend anyone to buy from namshi

I have ordered a boot from NAMSHI by seeing the ad -delivery within 5 hours. I have ordered this on 27th of November. I am getting messages from 29th -“you are going to receive your order today” for the past 4 days. I haven’t got it yet. I have raised this issue more than 5 time through email, and calls to NAMSHI. They are behaving so cold and I didn’t get it yet. I ordered this to travel and now I can’t use this for that. Such a pathetic service and putting fake promises just to attract the customers.

I ordered shoes from Namshi and the quality us very very bad. The entire leather is coming off from shoes. When I asked to return they refuse to return it as I don't have the box. This is not acceptable as when u like the product you will not keep the box. And that time you don't know that the quality will be paid. You pay aed 100 for shoes you expect the quality to be good. I would request Namshi higher authority to look into my case and return me my money back.

Extremely poor customer service, they just don’t care. For returned items they simply won’t process the refund and hold onto your funds. Don’t shop with them

Worst customer service, they cannot even answer proper questions, keep repeating the same answers which will not get you any information, your product will take 10 days well but if this time has long past they will still tell you it will come in 10 days.

Totally frustrating experience: they promise to delivery but don't, sell items showing as available on the website but delivery another one because, in reality, the item is out of stock. You never can talk to a supervisor or manager to try to solve the problems. They promise someone will contact you but don't. Customer care agents are poorly trained and rude. When you finally ask to collect the wrong item, the currier wants you to wait at home the whole day; they are rude and unpolite. I will never order from them again. Ah, and takes more than 15 days to refund you the money.

I have been waiting for my order which was automatically rescheduled by the delivery team from last mile without even contacting me. They sent me a message saying they were going to deliver it 3 days ago. Another message was received in the same day saying the package is arriving and within a minute it said we tried to contact you and now I have to contact Namshi for assistance.
Pathetic customer service who also says someone will contact u today itself.we r escalating ur complaint.my supervisor will call u sooon. I will send an email.u can contact us later

Most unprofessional customer care I have seen. There is customer care agent Jamal who is terrible at assisting the guests. Namshi management needs to look into customer care service and the call recordings. Will never place order again. Expected delivery in 10 days but now even after 10 days they asking me to wait few more days.
