Wondefull place and extraordinary food the only problem is not equipped for special needs people only stairs to reach the restaurant

Two much late order 1 order is 1 hours waiting not good place this on choose the other place

Its a good spot for a casual meal or work lunch. The food is very good and the waiters are very friendly

The reason i didn't give this a 5 star is because I felt the staff could have been more considerate to other guests when moving furniture around (they dragged them rather than carried them which was noisy).

Everything is superb. Especially monisha who is very friendly & helpful. Always smiling and very approachable.look for monisha when u visit this branch:)

Don’t miss the peri-tato wedges

I love this branch. It's comfortable and cosy. The service was amazing and the staff was generous. Our table waiter Intakhab was so helpful and kind. My daughter 2 years old loved the watermelon that came with her order and they kept serving her more watermelon. It was a lovely dinner.

Very bad experience when ordering for delivery from the entertainer. They charged additional 10 AED for delivery fees knowing that the order is to the building next to the restaurant. They also have a condition of 75AED minimum order in order to redeem the entertainer offer. It’s a rip off place. Not recommended!

Tucked away in greens its very good place for peri peri chicken. The food is good. Its usually not very busy so you get a good service as well.

One of the oldest Branches. Tucked away next to the Greens apartments. Service has always been great and the food is simply awesome as always! They also have an outdoor seating for the winter months that are approaching!

The place is good and nice! However, I felt indoor it was hot and the AC was not working properly. I’m guessing it’s just a temporarily problem.

Visited nandos at 7: 30pm this evening in the Greens with my husband. I’m vegetarian and was unfortunately given the wrong order but mistakes happen so that was honestly fine, it was the attitude that was awful. When I informed a female staff member she rolled her eyes and walked off without saying a word. The same staff member returned later with the incorrect order again, when I informed her she walked off and rolled here eyes. The correct order eventually arrived. The waitress asked my husband if he needed anything and she completely ignored me. I asked her for a drink refill and she turned her back. I thought perhaps she didn’t hear me but she later returned with the drink. Rude is not even word. I took note of the staff members name to make a formal complaint.

Absolutely great place to go, not so busy and the service from the staff is exceptional especially olive the manager. Would highly recommend

The food was ok but the avocado were more than unripe, hard and impossible to eat, the rest was pretty good and the sweet potato chips were good. However we had to wait more than 30 minutes for our order.
Price was ok.

This branch of Nando’s Restaurant is the best of all because our celebration for Easter Sunday with my friends became more extra special. It was a great experience. The ambiance and place is very welcoming and charming. Delicious food, affordable menu, and friendly service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, cheerful and make great recommendations especially Mary Jane️ who fully accommodated us from start to the end, thanks to her, Highly recommend and definitely we’ll be back again!

From their infamous Peri-Peri chicken to scrumptious chicken liver, Nando's has it all to cater your gastronomic needs. Been visiting them for 15+ years in various countries such as Pakistan, Malaysia and here UAE itself, Nando's tastes the best, everywhere.

Moreover, all of their branches are carefully decorated with cozy ambience. Neat and clean seating area with humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.

Lots of parking so easy access and the restaurant is fairly big so getting a table is rarely an issue.

We called the Call center asking if its pet friendly outside they have said yes, we drove all the way there and after reaching they mentioned that it is not pet friendly. On top of that they also mentioned that no one called the branch and that we are making it up. Worst customer experience ever.

Although it was a Saturday but it wasn't so busy or too empty.it was just perfect to carry out a conversation without being too loud or heard by everyone.
All in all I'd recommend it and/or come back to try it again!

Didn't know they had lunch brunch. Might have been different experience. But for a family to have a quick and tasty bite, it is excellent choice.

Classic Nandos. Fast service and delicious food. Spacious and not too crowded, but it was a weekday. Location is also convenient with parking spots available nearby. Excellent for a casual meal out.

My experience here was beautiful. Lovely staff with smiles all over and patience and guidance as you select your orders. The meals came earlier than stated time (I guess that’s extra minutes Incase anything happens. Lol). I really enjoyed the family meal we had as I got to dip into everyone’s plate and bowl. I love how the chicken and garlic sauce tasted together. I must say I enjoyed my meal and left there FULL.
On a side note, I’ll advise you consider adding a ramp immediately to be an inclusive establishment. Then the case of the sink for hand washing, I don’t know if I’d give that a good rating as it’s too close to people eating and chance of water from one’s hands is a big deal and it sort of blocks movement.
But in all, I’ll definitely eat here again. Thanks for the warm reception and beautiful dessert as well. Cheers guys

I love how they prepared the chicken and combination with sauce. Sitting arrangement and location also very good.

Food's good, ambience is good too. However the service was a little off. They forgot to punch my order and kept me waiting for 45 mins.

The food was very bad & wasn't acceptable especially during Ramadan & the price is over & doesn't match the quality

I have been in Nandos all over the world and I can honestly say this is the best, service was exceptional. Loved when the chicken was saturated in the sauce compared to all other stores that would be a little dry. Great experience altogether

Nando's experience is always good, their Espetada and Chicken never disappoints. Furthermore, the customer service at this place was tremendous!

You can't go wrong with Nando's - and in Dubai you get extra treats. Tender and tasty grilled chicken as always, but if you haven't tried it yet, in Dubai the chain serves a speciality of soft and moist chicken skewers interspersed with sweet peppers called "espetada" (I haven't seen these elsewhere, at least in the UK), hung over your side dish to collect the yummy drippings. As the Middle East demands, Dubai branches also offer a selection of houmous, including with meat or chilli sauce: the perfect pairing for fries and grilled meat!

The Greens restaurant also offers a nice terrace for the cooler days, and as usual with Nando's, service is good and speedy. Safe bet for an easy but tasty night out!

My favourite Nandos in Dubai. Quiet, comfortable, cozy, with a nice outdoor seating area and excellent service. I have to visit this Nandos every time I'm in Dubai!

Service was very slow I have asked for the things again and again and after waiting long I have to go for self-service. Food was good.

One of my favourite restaurants. This place either you hate it or you love it, as it has a limited options in the menu, and all involve chicken only. I love the espedata dish, and it is the only dish I tried, and the only one I eat there.

Very poor services of the staff
No proper response after several reminders he doesn not even bothered to look at our desk after the order.
Requested for hot water, until we leave the table he did not turned back.
And no manners to collect the places, he was touching the hands and not bothered to conveyed the apologies
He is a African guy he seems.
