Nando's Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai

Visited Nando's early morning, ordered casa breakfast and cappuccino. The food was tasty and restaurant has a nice vibe.

I have been going to this branch since it has opened and I can say that the food quality and taste has gone down by 50% and price gone up by 100%.
I was very disappointed with the food and probably won’t go again!

Chicken wrap.chicken was dry and very chewy couldn't eat more than 1 bite. Wouldn't go back

I came with my team to nandos sheikh zayed on Friday to have lunch, we ordered and after 30 mins called the waiter to ask about the food just to figure out the food was not ordered properly! I’m super disappointed in the service and we had to leave due to the fact that we have limited time during our lunch break

Rude staff, they didn’t want to take our order when we didn’t want to order something different to what she was trying to sell… Made us feeling uncomfortable. Food ok, same as other branches but only for the staff I am not going to come back

Be aware if you want to use your Entertainer offers! Buy 1 get 1 offer is not included on salads when it is totally clear that Entertainer excludes only Shared Platters & Espetada! However, other Nando’s applied that offer on salads without any issue. Waiters were so rude. I don’t recommend it.

Asked for Wedges and got fries! Fries were cold and old! Whole meal is definitely NOT worth 15 US Dollars; especially with how small their chicken sandwich was! Will never go back and you should not either!

Nando’s Sheikh Zayed Road is our favourite Nando’s branch, parking space right infront of it, they have just recently renovated first floor and extension on ground floor, we always have great experience there, friendly staff and food never disappoints.

We had diner on last Thursday @8: Pathetic food test. After having their chicken me & my husband vomited & got lose motions for 2 days.will never ever visit any nondos.

The 2nd time I tried Nando's (1st is in DCC, not happy with that experience), and I must say, it's a good thing I give it another shot. Food is good but a little bit pricey. One might say the taste is what makes it expensive. The plating for the appetiser (chicken liver) is nice but the main dish that I order is a little bit disappointing (maybe because its part of their cheap menu). The service of the staff is good and friendly, however, they should be aware of the empty plates from the customers table. The BGM overshadows the voice of some customer. The male manager that can speak arabic (i think) doesn't have a friendly tone on his voice when answering the customer. Overall, there are no questions in the taste of the food and service of the staff. Kudos to RONMIE for being the only staff that is attentive when we were there. There are just some flaws that I believe can be address to make the rating high.

Good place to get your chicken, but sometimes it can be smelly and not very good. Peri tacos are amazing and lemon herb is the best.

Newly renovated SZR Nandos. Yummy food and excellent service as always. Had the refreshing pomegranate lemonade, Veggie Burger with a side order of potato hara, which we tried for the first time and it was super yummy. The potato hara has a tangy flavour and I super lives it. The Espetada extra hot was WOW as usual. We also ordered the yummy Chicken burger with side of wedges. The dessert was a killer. We had the Hersheys kisses chocolate with vanilla ice cream and brownie. Couldn't help having a repeat of the yummy dessert. Service was excellent. A great family dinner. Will surely go back again.

Been there last week, late night, an hour before closing. Firstly, the staff.very polite and kind enough to accommodate us despite being late. Ours was the last order. And when they got our food, you can tell they didn't hurry through to prepare it.was done perfectly. Great chicken meal and amazingly tasty seasonings. Late night was peaceful, as this is a popular place and can get busy during peak time. Parking can be an issue as the location is the busiest in Dubai. Overall, an enjoyable evening at this restaurant.

We eat nandos in every country but in here in Uae the best food ever and best serviice we encounter ms princess you cannot even explain how she handle its amazing

I went this restaurant yesterday with my boyfriend, in the beginning we told with the waiter we will use entertainer, and we order 4 main course including salad. And the end we want to pay they said salad not include, supposed to tell in the begging not in the end. And the end waiter told us next time buy salad with chicken, excuse me we asked in the beginning he said yes and the end said like this really unacceptable. You gave wrong information it’s not my fault because we inform and asked in the beginning. And the end the waiter like angry not showing friendly again. Really dissapointed and never come back

It was a nice experience, food was good however Mr. Clent was the best thing in this visit, he was like a falcon can see everything everywhere with lovely and professional customer service.

Been there for lunch, tried their Peri Peri chicken, turned out to be incredible taste and amazing service, the Lemonade was out if world, i was taken care off by Ronnie, one of the best guy in hospitality i have ever visited

Absolutely Terrible. By far the worst meal I have had in a long time. Just received my order from Zomato and lol what a let down. I usually eat Nandos in South Africa and its Amazing this is not Nandos and cant compaire on any level. The chicken livers were horrible specially the sauce which was like a flavourless soup. 3 Ban salad absolute joke and what happned to Portuguese rolls? Now replace with cheap bread rolls. 100% dont recommend it you definetly not getting Nandos

Expensive, to very different meals and may not be liked by the ones who like indian or pakistani cusines, hard to decide on meals as I feel there's no (proper) meal at all. Maybe their food can be enjoyed by the one's who like light n non masaledaar food (without gravy, roti, nan, etc, biryani, pulao, veggies and many more), menu was like a quick BRUNCH except for few chicken options, ok ambience, clean, sort of limit for everything

Very good restaurant, clean and nice food, but a little expensive

Pretty decent food you if you feel you need a rest from middle eastern food, this global chain based in chicken will not dissapoint you. The service could be better but food is good and in this particular location de view is very nice if you sit outside, my photo was taken just from my point of view of the table. Be aware of noisy taxis since next door there is a Hotel pick up/drop off.

Always been in love with the Nando's butterfly chicken with mashed potatoes and all the peri-peri sauces. The service here is also superb, the staff is polite and helpful. But minus 1 star for serving cold food on two different occasions, Although to be fair the first time when we complained they actually got us fresh hot food! Overall it's been a good experience, but cold food can really ruin that.

The place was very crowded and the staff were not very helpful as they were serving many tables during the same time.

I’ve been to this branch over 50 times. This branch used to be one of my favourite branches, till a few years back. They have stopped putting in any effort in their service and quality. The chicken is always overcooked/dry/not juicy, rice is overcooked, fries are too oily. It’s such a shame:)

Very keen and courteous staff, two other persons kept a check on us, Mary was our server very prompt and quick, needs to be a little more smiley.

They serve stale chicken during off hours. When u show them with issue, they refuse to accept and heat it again. Chicken in stale form is very dangerous. Hope they realise it. They have no courtesy when food is returned and they bill u in ful.
Quality is surely bad and does not deserve a restaurant status. Very bad experience.

Love it. Got my friend equally addicted who was at first sceptically with my praises of Nando's. Still love d servers

المطعم جيد ، تنوع الأصناف ، من يحب الدجاج سيجد أنواع كثيرة من الأصناف ، مقبلات الطلب فيها خيارات كثيرة من الأرز او الخضروات المقلية ، او البطاطا المهروسة.
تأخر بعض الموظفين عن الحضور ، تأخر الطلب قليلا.

Good food, good ambience, staff seems fine. The chicken and meat were fresh and juicy, sides were good too. They were a bit slow on service, but considering how crowded the place was seemed fine.

As a fan of chicken dishes, I enjoy dining at Nando's because they put aside the frills and get down to simple yet delicious grilled chicken dishes in various formats. Since this is a well-known franchise, I had not intended to leave a review at any Nando's branch; it hadn't seemed necessary.

However, this particular branch deserves a review as a so-so rating for serving a melted goop of supposed ice cream as dessert.

It's a concept that in fact can't go wrong and most places I would rate with a 5 star. This place however, after tried it twice the same dish, it was on both occasions a bit burned which made the taste of the chicken not so pleasant.

The service was poor not like the nandos l know n food was not hot we had to ask them to hit it up more

عموما تجربة الأكل في هذا المطعم تحتاج لزيارات أخرى.

Really sad in terms of food quality. The hummus they served was smelly and not fresh. When told and returned, they still charged me for that. Seriously! I am never gonna go back.

Very Disappointed in the restaurant, not only were the portions small, the garlic bread did not taste as garlic bread, the chicken tasted not very fresh and was not cooked correctly with the sauce, but it was dripping with the sauce on the chicken when it was brought to the table.
I have been to many a Nando’s, and for me this was far the worst meal I have had at a Nando’s
If you continue to serve meals like this you are doing the brand name serious harm!
My Son felt very ill, upon getting back to the hotel, at which I was very concerned.
The manager apologise, and tried to offer us a dessert, but for me I was having my complaint registered to the staff was far more important.
Disappointed again the the manager could not offer me anymore that a dessert!
