Very bad experience, a delivery boy refused to deliver the order to my flat and he forced me to come down and receive the items otherwise I would go.this was blackmailing.

Very very very bad service they didn't take signed from delivery person and I lost they said receiver said no need to sign no I don't have proof and they don't have as well

Be careful.their pickup people are extremely rude.i had an order pickup guy who came in the midnight 11: 30 to pickup and was ringing the bell uncontrollably.when I told him "You should not be doing this " he was behaving very rude.

The terrible costumer service in delivery companies! Imagine, I work with them half year and give daily orders 5-10, no any respect. We want - we deliver orders, we don’t want - we can deliver whole week! In office have rules: or we give number of driver, or we cannot give driver number. Or we deliver all areas in Dubai, or suddenly (when customer was order 2 weeks ago and received his order), today this area “out of service” and they decide that they can take 40 dh from customer, without even let me know instead of 27 dh… What this the kidding? First of all they should let me know this and if customer will agree in shipping cost then deliver it. What a great surprise to listen complain in my business that every day they cannot deliver, and after week they charged 40 dh from her! Owner no one give number. I hope you will read what the team working, and why companies stop to work with such delivery.
I had before one company for delivery, now they write and ask second chance for deliveries. If this little amount orders for you that you not respect with who you work then after will be same with you when everyone will run away

Very bad service. More than 4 days ago, I got the reservation number, and until now, the package has not arrived yet!?

Worst service and wrong commitment.
Don’t use this courier service for urgent basis.once they received items, they will not respond properly while we asked the status of delivery.

Truly unprofessional. No service minded approach, late, unresponsive, calling you late evenings etc.

There time for shipping always changing no one gives you when you are going to receive your shipment. And the customer call center doesn’t work with you just keep you on hold, and no one gives you a straight answer.

They took my items without giving me any tracking number and then accusing me that I received another item, which never happened, when I explained to them they said no our system shows that it's delivered, I told them clearly I'm the receiver and it was broken and I didn't receive it, they said again no the system shows it's received, I'm calling UAE customer service to report them

These guys are utterly unprofessional.bad customer service. No escalation channels. An order placed for delivery days prior was delivered one day later than scheduled date. Explanation provided - we can't control delivery. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. AVOID USING THIS PORTAL.

We gave him the order in al Ain and should be delivered to sharjah Saturday morning. Saturday evening I Called the company and said that maximum 9: 00 pm then i called the driver he says com to Dubai to take your order.

Through this company, I couriered a laptop from Ajman to Dubai. I receive my laptop's front panel was completely smashed. At the same time, I informed the delivery person. They told me to contact the office. Then I sent my complaint by mail with photos. I didn’t get any solution on their part for 1 month now. I had contacted the supervisor several times but He didn’t answer my call.so please don't use this company for sending your valuable goods. Don't ever deal with this unprofessional team.

One of the best shipping companies in the UAE. We are Al Falah Bookshop for Publishing and Distribution. We have been dealing with them for nearly 20 years. Their service is easy and fast, and the staff is very respectful and cooperative.

Don't ever deal with this unprofessional team. If you have any urgent documents never deal with this Company and they are never on time and no any co ordination between the offices and courier drivers.
Multiple times I have communicated with the offices and discussed the priority of the documents and still no any consideration.

The worse Delivary company ever and the worse employees with bad attitude even when I spoke with the supervisor Rashid Marzouq he didn’t bother to listen to my complain and kept interrupting me and didn’t do anything about one of his employee Mohamad Anour who is calling and saying I will come for 5 days and he don’t show up and he was saying that it’s time waste for him and hangs up the call on my face. This matter will be raised both in Abu Dhabi and Dubai government as they need to look into this company.

I have ordered one item through amazon, where thwy mentioned NAS express as their courier company. After the shipment is delayed, I am trying to reach them through whatsapp or phone call and there is no answer.

I donot recommend this company.

Very bad experience, I bought something from Amazon.ae and shipping fee paid to Amazon directly,
Shipping has been through NASEX Express the driver took 85 AED.and as I mentioned handling charges already paid to Amazon website.

They are one of the worst courier service I came across. The response is pathetic. They will not take any responsibility of the goods you send. Total unprofessional approach. They will not respond to calls, keep your call on hold and never reply back.
