We went to there deira shop to buy 300 aed box, that we saw on tiktok video. But they have a conditions on that box, that they didn't mention in there video. Bit disappointed there perfumes are good but there sarvice is not.

Walked into this amazing perfume store and was really surprised with the Oud at decent price compared to all other stores around dubai. An amazing lady who served us named, Shaghaf shown me so many different types of Oud and remained so patient as I kept on testing different types of Oud. I ended up leaving the store with 6 or 7 different types of Oud and also some amazing Bakhoor for home. Definitely will go back when I come visit dubai again

Really bad service and fake peoples working inside. They are saying and selling is different prices (higher price) better buy from some other shops.

Perfumes are decent. But the packaging is really good.
It is very good for gifting, as it has attractive bottles.

It has a wonderful range of non alcoholic perfumes and attar best in Dubai.and the staff is cooperative and humble I was attended by shaghaf she was sweet and treated me very well. Must visit here

It was a good experience. Staff are friendly they will show you everything what you want to look for.
But I think price was much high as compare to other brands.
I went to HAMIDI where I find better non alcoholic spray and price was also less then naseem.

Over all Naseem is good but need to compare to others brand also.

Great place for non alcoholic perfumes and fragrances like bukhur, itar, room freshners, body cream, incense burner and many more. Product range is optimal and you never return empty handed. There is always something for every pocket. However, not all but majority of staff service is not pleasant, nonconsiderable and sounds rude when compared to other competitors in the market. The customer handling and servicing should be improved alot. There are always lack of promotions and promotional items. These are some of the things which disappoints us always. These things were great when they had a small shop inside the building. I would rate the following.

Beautiful Attar Perfumes and Bukhur. They have launched a non alcoholic sanitizer which is totally recommended. Bit expensive comparing to market, that's why 4 stars.

Very rude staff. Was standing there for almost 10 min, no salesman had the courtesy for assistance. Their products might be good, but other shops also has similar products with much better staff n pricing.try the Hamidi perfumes just diagonally opp the shop in gold souq

Last order was good experience but this time bottles are half empty. Contacted sales representative, he told me there would be chance of 5ml less. Come on guys I paid shipping to Australia and it’s only 50ml for all 6 bottles paid for 100 ml. You made mistakes and not admitting it.
