It was a wonderful experience to be able to purchase my first ever car, thanks to all the support and help from Ms. Marwa she did an exemplary job making sure that all I need was well detailed and keeping an open line for questions that was essentials for me to know. The documentation and the process itself was outstanding for how fast it goes making my car purchase experience smooth and to be able to enjoy my car as soon as possible. Thanks to you a lot, Ms. Marwa.

Very disappointing to arrive at the showroom at 10am (which is stated on both the website and the actual door of the showroom) only to find no employees at all. We were told by a member of the cleaning staff that someone should show up in 10 minutes or so?

She is super knowledgeable and helpful and she did everything in her capacity to ensure we were able to receive our new car asap. As for the car itself, it’s a fun, hip and efficient drive. I took brand new car fiat abarth 2022 through Carasti company as a rental contact for one year and it’s delayed, Ms Marwa saying from there end and there saying it’s from Marwa, to be honest I don’t care, just do your job probably and am a costumer and I have right on consumer right department

The Ramadan timing as per the website is till 2pm. We reached the showroom at 1: 50 and the showroom was closed. The one person inside said they have booked their taxi to go home and cannot help us look at a car. He said we should come 20 mins in advance or he will have to close showroom. The website should be updated to closing time of 1: 40 pm not 2pm.

I was buying a car for first time. And I came to Fiat after visiting lots of showrooms and sites. And there I have been nicely welcomed by Darrel. He talked me through every single model to the details, and also about paying and all other possibilities. After we (me and my wife) decided which model we want (after couple of test drives) Darrel informed us about the way we need to pay and at the very same minute without any delays we met with accountant who showed us all expenses and everything we needed to know about the price. From that point we didn't do absolutely nothing, everything was properly done by Darrel. He just called us first day after lockout (we were buying our mean machine fiat 500x just before covid total lockdown), and gave us keys of the car and we drove it away.
Also I have to mention that we had more than couple of questions while we were under lockdown since we were buying car for first time, and Derrel was more than happy to, timely and with full understanding for us, answer all of questions that we thrown at him in any part of the day.
I really have to thank him for all that he has done for us and made our purchase be very hustle free. Well done Darrel I hope I'll be coming to buy some more vehicles from you in future. You're the guy to go to.

2019 Abarth with 12k kms and warranty, purchased March 2020. Broke down 5 weeks and 1000kms later, failed clutch. Not covered by warranty, dealer refused to repair and customer bill for 2865dhs.
