Don’t recommend the place inside they rent a room to russian girls “Grushka”, pure scam eyebrow permanent making, unprofessional, spoiled my eyebrows, manager admitted that girls was a beginner, I saw a client left unhappy just before me when I asked they made up a story. Total disaster left me for 5 month of suffer, finally redid.

I wrote a review, but for some reason I didn’t see it in the publications. But I’ll write again, Many thanks to everyone who is involved in this academy and I especially want to express my gratitude to Daria Andreevna Udalina, Trainer for lamination of eyelashes and eyebrows for the excellent training and if possible it was not 5 stars but more, I would have done it I wish you prosperity and career growth and once again I say Thank you for the excellent and accessible training

I made an appointment to do my lashes however half through the day I started to feel sick so I asked to postpone my appointment to the next day and Julia who is the owner blocked me from what’s app and from instagram. Her behavior is extremely childish and unprofessional. I have been going to get my lashes done with the salon for years now, and this is not the first time that I have heard from other customers that she blocks them. A business like hers will never succeed due to her child like behavior and how she treats her customers.

I just loved the Lpg sessions, they are effective but after a few sessions, Emily is the best ever, she is so talented and knows exactly what the clients need & how to make a session effective, she's very professional & also very friendly, i'm very happy with my experience

I enrolled myself for the BB Glow course with them, from the beginning Miss Daria has been very cooperative and friendly, on the day of training everything was explained very well and the training went very smoothly. The best part is that they assist you upto 6 months after the course and also give a starter kit, which is very helpfull. I would totally recommend this academy!

If you want to do LPG, go to Naturpathy Touch. Emily is such a professional and her experience goes beyond LPG. She will definitely will make you come back, as you can feel the results after every session.

Did a nail course there and was very disappointed
I guess it's my own fault as I read some bad reviews but still decided to make my own opinion
The master herself has great technique knowledge but the actual course has no substance. After completing the course there I need to find a real nail school that can teach my anatomy of nail etc
We were sent and email to "study" ahead of time so we don't waste time in class, but I believe it was because the teacher doesnt have indepth knowledge but is good in nail art
The reception staff and Katerina are absolutely unprofessional
They promise so much and barely deliver a decent enough service, let alone a good training space.there are clients walking in and out while you are in class, mostly the classes didn't even start on time plus the toilet didn't even flush properly everything was just so unhygienic.
Really regret wasting my money and ofcourse they don't tell you non refundable when you enquire, it's only after payment you get this non refundable message with the receipt

Makeup courses which never was started for me but was already charged.

Please be warned people regarding this company which I wished I never met. My ordeal is a long disappointing story and if you need more information please feel free to ask me but all I can say is be warned. Don’t fall into the same trap as I did. I have done many courses over last few years and this by far was the worst and most disappointing experience at my life. To make matters worse they don’t have any contract and don’t want to refund my deposit as they have a “no refund policy” which was not mentioned during the payment and added after when my payment done (they sent email).

I requested to return my money back after first day when their craft master contact me via wassap (it’s was after 3 or 4 days when I make my payment), as support which they given ones at 2-3 days wasn’t work for me. And schedule for the main course wasn’t ready as well. Is took for me a more that month to have returned at least a half of what I paid at advance and is was at rude way and stressful for me. They charge me 1.000 aed for 4 theories which they sent via wassap, just some few pictures about eyebrows. Manager was promise to send for me other online theories via wassap but that doesn’t happened. (I was wait for it more that a month).

My bad because I wasn’t read feedback about this company and I get easy at truest with them. Hope my feedback will help to provide this situation at your life. Just remember, if you make your first payment down at advice to book your place and then at few days (even if that is because of their bad organization) after you want to return it, is not your money anymore.

Have been doing my lpg and solarium tanning in this place for quite some time, staff is always friendly, place is really busy even now after pandemic, owner is often there and gladly supports conversations with guests on any suggestions or comments, have noticed they are working on some maintenance and facilities improvement since past few weeks.

Price/quality/location wise - definitely recommend, the best wellness center in Dubai Marina for sure

Terrible! Worst salon experience I've ever had in Dubai! Greeted by a rude 'facialist' who could bearly bother to smile at me. Then Taken into a dirty treatment room that smelt damp and like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time! Then told to put a plastic hair net on? !? For a facial? ! Face was basically wiped with numerous creams, no facialist technique. Then after squeezing for extractions she got an electric 'zapper' out and zapped my bear skin to 'close my pores' this was burning my nose and had to ask twice for her to stop! Oh and I paid for an hour facial and was in and out in 40 mins! Plus staff arguing outside the treatment room door! And I now have a burnt red nose! Do not waste your money, much nicer salons better value spas in Dubai! Oh and for the defensive owner who comments on posts of people's complaints, check the cctv and you'll see! I've got nothing to hide! Listen to complaints and take action! Oh and clean your salon! I will also be complaining to Dermalogica as I doubt this is an approved salon!

Highly don’t recommend this place for laser epilation.
First of all, it is not a laser epilation, but an IPL, which is really much less efficient than the diode laser. After procedures here - no result at all.
Plus instead of notifying that machine is off its capacity at least before the session start, they do it while you are already in the room.
In addition, place is old and super messy.

Grateful to invite me as a model for your course teaching-I even had a feet massage while microbladed, amazed that your students did such great work for me, endlessly grateful.

The coolest place-I can do everything there without going anywhere else-solving all the problems from head to tees from spa to salon and all aesthetic procedures. What the magic juice which u gave me vanilla flavour what s the recipe of it?

Removal of brows microblading did unbelievably within 1 session only by top master while other masters informed me I would need about 3-4 sessions, ideally done-will do need brows with u honey.

Being a student ‍ with u drive me mad guys, I m so thrilled and wanna get other course with u, thanks for such easy way of explanation to understand and make my life easier, wanna come back to uand your atmosphere.

Nothing but a big scam, they sell packages yet the service they offer is different than what they sell, never again i will use their services

The reception staff are very inefficient, they book you in, charge you and then inform of delays, therapist not available etc. The therapists are generally quite good, however the entire experience is poor due to their booking process

Unfortunately the massage therapist was extremely ill yet still made to work, the 1 hour massage consisted of sneezing, snorting, sniffing and coughing. She didn't have any energy to carry out the massage properly yet was still made to work. Not a relaxing experience at all. Don't blame the therapist, as i'm sure she's quite good when shes healthy. Left with the same stiff back neck and shoulders I went in with.

Ambient is good but massage is really bad. Unqualified personnel with no clue of anatomy. Also male hair dresser is too quick, sloppy and not listening at all. I tried three times to give second and third chance but that's it. Won't go back

I called to get an appointment for sun bed tanning and I was advised that no need to get an appointment as it’s quite available. I even called 15 mins prior that I’m on my way. Once I came it turned out that the sun bed is occupied and there is another lady is in the queue.
So my question is why don’t you take appointments instead of wasting your clients’ time in queue?

I visited Naturopathy in cluster D on 1st of March at 7.30pm for a facial where I was charged in advance before the treatment Aed 208. In addition I was informed it's a 1hr 15min facial which includes sclap, neck, shoulder and hand massage too. The therapist did an ok job for the facial, it was nothing different or unique. My treatment got over in 60min when I asked her about the hand and sclap massage she said that's a separate package not in this. This deal was advertised on groupon tooo which is misleading. It's not worth it NO value for money. Never going back.
