Excellent Italian Furniture. Great designs and Furnishing. Good for premium projects. We bought few styles of furniture from here and shipped Internationally. The furniture is quite expensive considering other premium brands.but quality was not up to the mark at times. One of the furniture side stitching came off and the feeble low quality wood which they used inside one of the sofa was exposed. As an architect who suggested and persued the client to buy, I was disappointed to certian extent.

Lovely furniture, would highly suggest you to visit this exact showroom given that they have the largest collection on display (in my opinion) as for price point, its fair to see that it is relatively pricey.

Natuzzi has the best leather sofas collection ever, I loved the showroom its absolutely one of the best in Dubai, I encourage those looking for quality furniture to visit Natuzzi Dubai.

Terrible Cheat of a place. Bought two expensive armchairs. One was ex display with a small scuff. Salesman convinced me to take it else I'd wait a long while for new one to be made he said. Had to sign a declaration that the small scuff was ok and no returns due on it. Scuff was literally 2 milimetres so i accepted it. All Agreed! A Year later the entire arm paint is wearing and scrapping off! Called them to say that this was a problem with the ex display piece that has extended to the whole arm and they quoted my signed declaration to me. Manager refuses to answer my calls and gave me a large bill to fix the arms that i did not damage! So much for bloody life time guarantee! Feel extremely cheated esp as I paid nearing 3k GBP a chair. CHEATS! AVOID!

If you have an eye for sleek well built furniture then this is definitely the pace. You also have to have deep pockets

This is a very good furniture shop! I buy a lot of furniture from them when they have sales. They normally have fantastic deals and the furniture style is very modern and high end:) all of our customers love it.

NEVER AGAIN.
I bought a living room set with a marble table.
The marble table had a hairline crack which was not visible when we first bought it. We found out a month later and informed them about it. They sent a team to inspect it two weeks later and they kept us waiting with repeated promises that it will be replaced. 3 months later and after many promises they finally send us an email telling us the warranty is not valid.
We dealt with Franky who gave us the runaround for three months.
Natuzzi failed with after sales support and communication.
They dealt with us very unprofessionally and will not be going back.
