Sent my mom (Sr citizen) and son (minor) to dxb. Booked through navita. All pick ups. Drops. Sightseeing etc. Day one had slight hiccups but rest five days were super smooth. Everything was on time. Also they accepted our request to change pick up point from downtown to bur dubai. I wud rate 9/10. Even the desert safari was excellent. Unlike the crowded places where people fight for food (seen on insta reels). Maybe next trip would be 10/10. I'm sure!

We had spent good time with Navita Tourism, mainly with Arslan had given us a good and taken care of us every where, when we have traveled to Abu Dhabi city tour. Arslan is very nice and good experienced person. He knows how to behave with clients.

Today we’ve enjoyed the full day Private Abu Dhabi City Tour with Mosque with Ganesh from Navita Tours and Travel, as we were staying in Dubai, it was good to see and compare the differences between both cities, the Mosque is a must see, it was amazing, we had a wonderful day.

We’ve just enjoyed the Full Day Private Old (Heritage) & Modern Dubai City Tour with Yasir from Navita Tours and Travel, we had an excellent day, we learned a lot about Dubai and visited many sights, we would recommend this private tour over a group tour.

Contact numbers and email provided in the Cobone voucher is not responsive. I have to search for Navita tourism and contacted the number provided there and was able to reach. @ Navita tourism, update your contact number or respond to emails.

Pros:
•Bradeep is a nice person. Working very hard. He treat us with coffee from the gas station. (complimentary)
•when he drove, he told us the history of Dubai. Famous Dubai / Abudabi buildings, road names, bridge names, pearl trading…. Etc.
He really knows a lot about the places.
•He offered bottle water after we asked.
•he waited us from our last stop Louvre. We came out a bit over time at 19: 20. Thank you for the waiting.
Cons:
•late almost 40 minutes. We was told to be pick up at 9 am. He arrived at 9: 40 am. The tour coordinator Vishnu did apologize. (however we still hope Navita tour can be on time, so our grand mosque won’t be that rush)
•gas station stop by (we wish the oil is filled before the tour)
•driving while booking our tickets for the spots. Very busy with all the phone, talking while driving. Originally I thought it will be organize before the trip. Also, doing all this while driving seems a little bit danger.
•Not sure because we are late and stop by at the gas station, our ticket for the grand mosque is at 12: 40. He arrange us to go to Miraj museum. It is just an ok stop. We rather spending more time at the grand mosque or the Louvre.
•a little bit hard to understand the accent for me.
•he looks very tired. Maybe you should get more sleep.
•navita tour didn’t inform us about the outfit rule for the mosque. (or maybe we should look it up by ourself?) We bought Abaya at the mosque shop, spending another 350Aed. My mom wish to know it before our tip, so she can bring the scarf to cover her hair and wearing long shirt. For 350 aed, we are looking for buying better quality abaya or rather not to buy.
(Our abaya looks cheap, not worth the money) we will only wear one time for the experience, it is kinda waste.

Terrible tour company. No communication lack of customer service driver arrived late. DO NOT BOOK AT ALL COSTS

DUBAI HALF DAY TOUR
Not all tours are the same, this one was amongst the very best. I had a Marvelous half day out. A perfect way to see the highlights of Dubai. This is an excellent tour. Bilal is Charming, and knowledgable and has a good sense of knowing when to talk and not to just say something for the sake of it. This is a well paced tour with plenty of stops and convenient breaks along with the very best photo opportunity stops to capture the wonderful architectural delights and scenery of Dubai.
Thank you Bilal for a brilliant, and visually stunning day out, he is Passionate about Dubai, a passion that is infectious, Bilal knows allot and showed us some beautiful areas including the Dubai marina, with the tallest apartment building in the world. The old spice Souk markets and new market mall. Le Mer beach the Burj Al Arab Hotel the worlds only seven star hotel along with Palm Jumeirah island and the Atlantas hotel.
Excellent information and interesting facts of the history and future of Dubai. There was a lovely final photo stop on the way back looking at the city and the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, Beautiful. Bottle water Is supplied and the car very comfortable and spacious with air conditioning. I highly recommend this tour for the perfect way to get a feel of the city, it’s highlights and your bearings for places you might want to go back too and spend more time.

I visited Dubai in July 2021 with my sister and my experience with this company have been OUTSTANDING. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleaseant stay. 5 stars with no hesitation from start to finish.
We actually booked 2 activities with them: The private abu dhabi tour and the shared desert safari in dubai.
First Rahul the rep from Whatsap have been very patient, informative and pleasant to speak with from the beginning. He answered my numerous questions before I booked and even contacted me after my 2 activities to ensure everything has been great.
Then VIKAS! OMG, the most patient, helpful, galant service ever. He was our guide and driver to Abu Dhabi and gave us a ton of cool information regarding the area. Very polite and really a gentleman: ALWAYS opened the door for my sister and I.
He has been very caring, ensuring we did not forget anything, and really went above and beyond.
Not to mention our first day to abu dhabi got cancelled due to us not having a recent PCR test and getting refused at the border. Not only Vikas ensured we do not loose the full day, and arranged the safari desert the same day, but on top of it, he arranged someone to meet us at our hotel for the covid test so we could go back to abu dhabi the day after with our results. Also, they did not charged us any extra amount despite the fact that we attempted 2 times the Abu Dhabi Visit.
Then our driver to the desert safari: Abdul! Very friendly, funny and PATIENT. My sister and I were part of his shared group safari which was arranged the same day (a total of 4 guests so covid friendly). My sister and I had a back luck and were very late for our pickup, 45 min late. He has been extremely patient as he waited for us even though it was a group tour. Was greatly appreciated.
The ride was fun and pleasant. He let us put our music on his car so he could learn a bit about our culture. Very nice.
100% recommand this company. All the 3 employees were super accomodating
