I ordered on what's app they always have issues with delivery they say we need to come to parking to collect within our office hours

There is Rotten Coackroach in my Biryani, one of the worst experience from this restaurant.i was so hungry so i ordered from this restaurant but watching this coackroch my mind is blown off.

Today I order food.delivery boy come
After two hours I send him back.
And before I order here I miss some food items

Really disappointed with satwa branch.i have called my friends for treat of hyderabadi biryani.shock this see parcel there was only 3-4 pcs of mutton in 45 dhs mutton handi.total we have ordered 3 handi all have few mutton PCS.taste was also not good, i suggest go eat at hor al anz branch.dont order from satwa branch pls.u

Nice vicinity with reasonably-priced and exceptional food. Bought chook biriyani and turned into sufficient for an person and a kid. Take away better as space is restricted and is in crowded area, Finding parking also is hard. But it is standard satwa dubai uae area.

Not worth the hype, Food quantity was good bit quality was below par, ordered items were missing and while I went to pick up the guys didn't even inform about this. Bad experience not returning to this resturant again.

1. Tandoori Chicken - 3.5 out of 5
The only good option out of my list (flavourful and fresh I guess here was taking good)

2. Chicken 65 biryani family pack, - 1 out of 5
Feeds more than 5 ppl, but chicken pieces were so hard maybe old 65 prices just reheated and packed. Taste was OK ok, nit worth the hype and price. Maybe the taste and experience would have been good if the "CHICKEN 65 PEICES WERE OLD AND RUBBERY, RICE WAS UNCOOKED AND HARD", can feel that hardness of uncooked rice.

3. Ordered chicken tikka masala and I got paneer masala. 0 out of 5
Firstly team please let us know if you do not have the items and then replace by informing the customer. Paneer tikka masala or whatever the dish was ok ok just added some paneer Capsicum and come old gravy tossed & packed

4. Gulab jamoon- 1 out of 5
Tossed in sugar syrup taste like sugar not a dessert I'd try from this resturant.

5. Rumali Roti: 2 out of 5
Not the original one they had prepared it a bit on the thicker side, rumali roti is supported to be think guys. Think not thick like

Overall would rate this resturant 2 out of 5
Not returning to this restaurant ever again.

Most authentic hyderabad food. Suoer delicious. I always go there on weekends to ewt the special dish called "MERG" I would say you should eat it once atleast.

Try the Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani. Won't be disappointed in terms of quality and quantity.

Food was all good and the price were okay but i could not accept the service which their providing if you order the food it will take minimum two hours to deliver they wont care about the timing promise to customer. Best Of Luck try to improve your Service if not you will loose your customer very fast.

Taste is acceptable but quantity is not sufficient for 1 person. And also lil expensive compare to locality.
