NBAR Nail Spa & Salon Emirates Towers

This place is my go to for Mani Pedi.
Not only for their excellent service and attention to details but also the friendliness, I feel relaxed and refreshed after visiting them.
I tried the head, shoulder and neck massage this time and believe me it was so so good!

The customer service desk at Nbar lacks professionalism and clarity in their communication. When I approached the manager seeking assistance, she provided no help or effort in addressing my concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

Mawi is the best as a waxing specialist i have been going to Nbar for years and she always exceeds the expectations in her service.

Master Krista did the threading for me so inaccurate, disorderly and carelessly that I had red spots and dots with blood for about a week after the treatment. I have never had a threading done so bad and painful. Manicure lady (MaryGrace) was doing good, but after only 3 days my 4 nails were broken and the nail polish on those started coming off. How is it even possible if she did me that super strengthening polish that was so expensive?
Also after all the treatment all of them (brow lady, manicure and pedicure) came to the reception looking at me and looking how I was making a payment and seeking for the tips. I am absolutely unhappy with the visit

Had the new On the Go Lashes done by Mary Grace it was absolutely amazing, timing was spot on and she was very gentle with steady hands.

I’ve been coming to this branch, and this branch only, for 8 years or longer. Why? It’s because of the amazing girls: Ruby, Rita, Remy, Helen etc. The best in the business. The salon is clean, brightly lit and very comfortable. Unfortunately I’ve left Dubai now and I miss them dearly. Will be back for regular visits

I would like to highlight the ladies that specifically take care of me professionally, and I always wait to see them to make me feel better.

Mary, is amazing, she always sorts out my appointments. Gemma, Rita and Bella are brilliant. I have ingrown nails and very hard feel, so Gemma and Rita are the best. Daisy, with and her sensational massage, removes all my tensions and makes me feel so much less stressed by the time she’s done with my massage. Mawi, I adore, no one makes me feel as relaxed as she does when it comes to my waxing, I don’t feel any pain. She is also brilliant
with threading, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything that I do at Nbar. I would also like to say that Marge also makes me feel special.

I want to say a huge thank you to all the ladies, and hope that they will be rewarded for their qualities and services.

This has been my favorite nail spa since I moved to Dubai 7 years ago. It has always been super consistent, especially when it comes to cleanliness. The main reason I am very loyal to this place is the girls I work with. Ruby & Rita have been doing my nails for a long as I can remember, they are incredible technicians, very gentle with their work & they pay attention to every detail. They are perfectionist and only accept the best. They are always smiling and very welcoming, they know exactly what I like and how I like it I never have to repeat myself. In fact all the girls I have worked with are just as qualified and just as impressive. Rhemy, miles, Grace, gemma to name a few. Helen for the Massage is excellent and maui for hair removal is incredible! I cannot live without her. The ladies at the reception are also extremely friendly and helpful, merge is always there to assist and accommodate everyone - always with a smile and trying her best to fit everyone’s needs. The prices though have been increasing for the same services which i find absolutely unjustifiable, and the fact that parking now has to be be paid is also very inconvenient. I hope the management works on these two issues.

I have been a customer of NBar for more than a decade.and my reason of coming back is because Ruby and Rose are the best! I have friends I recommended to go to NBar and ended up having their nails done by the same ladies. The specialist knows what we want and what’s perfect for us. I believe that perfect filing and perfect in applying the polish are the key to have gorgeous nails. Thanks Ruby and Rose for always been doing a great job, making me happy and and giving me the best nail pampering ever.

I cannot rate this wonderful salon enough, it exceeds all expectations. As soon as you enter, ALL the ladies greet you with a wonderful smile, making you feel so welcome.
For waxing, Rhodora, is superb! She makes the environment comfortable and relaxed which I find very important. She is professional and highly meticulous in all she does.
For nails (acrylic), Gen is fabulous! Always greeted with the warmest of smiles and a hug. Professional, happy, and a great sense of humour, Gen not only provides me with flawless nails but also a lovely experience!
I can’t fault any of the ladies that I’ve been to over the years - they’re ALL great at what they do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

If there was 10 stars I would give it to them! Ruby and Rose are AMAZING! Very attentive to detail and very welcoming. Definitely the best! Also Maui is excellent with my eyebrows (she’s the only one who is aloud to touch them) the girls are super professional and a lovely clean stylish salon.

Ruby (manicure), Rhemy (pedicure), Mawi (eyebrows) and Daisy (massage) are the magicians! Consistent results with a professional attitude and a big smile that never leaves their faces!

Gen as nail technician and Rodora as waxing specialist are both EXCEPTIONAL, I highly recommend both

I’ve been coming to N bar for 8 years now and to say this place feels like home is an understatement! The ladies are so wonderful and warm. Ruby does her magic on my hands every week. She’s a master at what she does and is always recommending the latest services and offers! I’ve known her all those years that she’s now family ️️

City walk branch: I dont reccomend, a indian staff burnt my face by wax.she wasnt professional.

The Mall branch and emirates towers branch has abit better staffs and good for nails not bad.

Have done my pedicure twice there and both times it was a pleasant experience. Very clean and the staff is very friendly.
