I’ve always been a client in Nboutique for lashes extensions and as always they do amazing work. This time I booked for lashes removal with Liezel. I had a great experience with her. She was very polite and skilled who made a difference. She was so professional with the lashes removal, I thought it would hurt but not a single pain I felt. She made me feel comfortable during the service. Keep up the great work, Liezel !

Iv been dealing with salon 2 years now dying my hair and hair cut and also tanning, my experience with them gutting more and more better in each visit from them, I just cut my hair and coloring with Zenaida she is a lovely person and she is professional too and also the others thank you so much lovely experience really

The worst nails service ever and after service is even worst, i called them for my nails refil and facial, first i told that lady on call that i might reach by 7: 30 or 8 so better to keep at 8 on safer side but she forced me to keep it at 8, then they came before even 7: 30 and she started bugging me with calls and messages every 5 mins, when i sent her picture that i’m in traffic then started asking my cook to call me and ask how much time will i take, i reached by 8 and started and the moment i said i wanna do Ombre technician said I don’t do Ombre, first why you have nails service when u don’t even know how to do it! Then that lady on call started forcing me to do no matter what and whatever she can do, I still agreed on French design, but to my surprise my nail broke in less than 24hrs! Nd when i tried connecting them on whatsap and for full day they said we don’t have feedback for your complaint nd no proper response! I started getting more acne after my facial but I didn’t say anything coz it might be my face but if u have given such bad service for nails you have to fix it but such an horrible experience i had, nd this is the first time this ever happened to me even after paying such premium price for no reason!

The lash artist is very kind and quick! I got my volume lash extentions done in an hour, definitely recommend!

I absolutely love their hair blow dry and hair styling. Davina the hair stylist is a magician with the blow dry.

Always a pleasure to get one of these ladies. Spray tan is amazing, in the convenience of your home, mani and pedi too all at home. I’ve recommded them to others as well with positive reviews. I will continue requesting their services while in Dubai at least.

I am so disappointed ️ by the service and the communication.
They arrived 1h late.
And i had to wait another 1h for the atm machine to arrive so i can pay.

Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, The timing was ridiculous, I Finished the services with a headache from the stress i had.please it's an insult to charge what thé did for the service received and treatment i had from the phone operators.
I would never contact this salon even if they offered me a free service.

Always happy with the service. The technicians are on time, efficient and discret. They always manage to find appointments available for me at the last minute. Choice of nail polish is good and they are also good with threading. I have been using their services for at least 5 years.

I have had the pleasure using Nboutique for several services. Each time the professionals have been on time, polite, and work quality has been great. I will continue to use them for home services. They are great for nails, hair, skin, & brows.

I would recommend this place as it is super reasonable. My haircut was done perfectly. My stylist was Zenaida, super humble, understands client requests and more importantly she didn't made my hair short but kept the length and styled it exactly as I want ️

I’ve used NBoutique on several occasions now - both for myself and my family. I always book Myra for my nails; she is very talented and does all her work by hand, shaping, polishing etc. Last experience was again top quality!

Was a complete waist of money and time, I have to redo my nails all over again, didn’t know how to do a straight nail, the comor is smudged all over my skin!

Ordered manicure pedicure and massages at home. Two extremely unqualified ladies turned up. After 2 hours of torturing my nails this is what she did. She called it manicure.
I let the admin know - no response, no reaction. And they dared to call me today offering their promotions!

Rita - senior technician at N’boutique delivered a 5stars service providing great tips for my foot care and was extremely professional while she had to trim and replace an acrylic in sensitive areas. It’s rare to find as I called them only one hour before and had no idea what to expect - being new in Dubai. Price, punctuality, quality, clean material.great service! Highly recommend it!

The ladies are so professional, punctual and offer memorable customer service. Nboutique really offers great value for money.

Do not use this company! They are unexperienced and have unqualified and we have reported them to the authorities with our doctors report and support. They have absolutely destroyed my wifes nails when she had a pedicure. The technician was clearly unqualified - buffing the tops of our feet, she then proceeded to cut out the nail from the side, which was extremely painful and cut my wifes nails SO SHORT. Like under the red line short, like how a five year old would cut their nails. The next day, her nails became swollen and red and got infections which were very painful. We managed the pain, hoping that would be it all but the following day, she got a blood blister and Onycholysis on one of the nails which is caused by an aggressive manicure or pedicure. She is now on a treatment from the hospital to reverse the damage, The company have been SO RUDE and unprofessional, they refuse to take any blame and will not refund or pay for the medication. Our doctor confirms this is all caused by them and the beautician having no understanding of how to treat nails. Absolutely disgusting that a company can get away with this without even an apology! My wife is devastated, Dubai is not the place you want to have your nails looking such a mess when your in flip flops 247! Thankfully we have had support from the right government department in this matter and they are taking our complaint seriously, unlike NBoutique. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And do not believe the positive reviews, I know for a fact they offer a huge discount on your treatment if you write a positive review online for them. They did this for us.

I have tried waxing with a lady named aileen and she is very soft handed and fast and I always ask for her to do the services

Have used these guys for pedicures for myself and my husband, and spray tan. They are consistently excellent and are spotlessly clean! Would recommend to anyone!

I love getting my spray tan done in the comfort of my own home. It’s the best formula I’ve used so far, it doesn’t leave any streaks and doesn’t look orange the next day!

Grace has been doing nail extensions for me for eight months now, and she is amazing! She is so talented at her job, and takes real pride in her work - an absolute professional. Who doesn’t not enjoy a home service that is clean, punctual and professional? ! I loved my experience with Nboutique for gelish mani and normal pedicure. The techinicians know what they are doing and the staff is lovely. Very recommended from a very picky person!

I ordered a mani and pedi twice. The ladies doing the service leave the place dirty And are not pleasant. Also, they over cut the skin around the toe and the toes got swollen. The complain was dismissed and no manager even called or apologies. I have taken it to DED with picture evidence.
Equipment is also dirty

Also to add they ignore calls of complaints and don’t have any courtesy. Clearly don’t want to improve or value their customers.

Don’t use them unless you want to get an infection

I treated my wife and friends to some treatments and was very disappointed by the result no customer service to address the really unprofessional finished and quality. Very disappointed especially by the cost!

We had manicures and pedicures, and the NBoutique team came on time and had all the necessary tools as well as a variety of colour options for our nails. I am using the services of Nboutique since March with the amazing technician Grace. The service done was gel extensions full set + normal polish. It was the first time i was trying nail extension in March and since then I recall Grace to come on a monthly basis! Very ponctual and professional! I recommend 100%
