I ordered an omelette and they gave me an overeasy or sunny side up egg and the waitress said here's your omlette.failure of a restaurant.

Very bad experience ever. While I am leaving one of the waitress claimed I didn’t pay the money and asked 3 times and I explained 3 times that I paid already money. This is only disrespectful and also poor service that we waited so long time to our orders

جربت المطعم في فترة الفطور. يتوفر في المكان جلسات خارجيه وداخليه. الأكل اللي جربته كان لذيذ. جربت سلة الخبز يقدمون فيها أنواع مختلفه من الخبز مع زيت الزيتون والمربى وزبدة الفول السوداني. عن نفسي ما أحب زبدة الفول السوداني بس حبيت هالزبده عندهم جربوها بتعيبكم. وجربت خبز المشروم مع البيض ويستحق إنكم تجربونه. خدمتهم كانت ممتازه. ولاحظت وأنا عندهم إنهم موفرين خدمة التوصيل من خلال برامج طلبات الطعام. المطعم يستحق التجربه.

French toast was a great recommendation by the staff. Amazingly flavorful and not crazy sweet. Full of calories but yummy and worth it.

The espresso was well balanced but the serving was too high.

And it is the perfect place for you to take your humans! They even could sit next to me in a indoor comfy couch!
It has delicious coffee! Daddy loved it! I met this lovely lady who took care of my nails! The owner is very kind, he even gave me some treat! I am definitely bringing my humans back here, so they can try the other menu items!

The food is great and the service is excellent! However the seating arrangements flow is not friendly - there are limited number of good place to sit "better Feng Shui needed"

Spectacular breakfast menu and pour over coffee options. Staff is friendly and service is prompt. Only shortcomings are that milk based coffees aren't on par with the rest of the menu and there are only three tables outside. However, this doesn't take away from the overall experience and they are fully deserving of top marks. I look forward to trying their lunch and dinner menus, I'm sure it's as good as their breakfast. I just wish their flat whites were better, but I'd easily recommend this spot to anyone all the same.

Excellent! We had great time with our friends here- great hospitality and thank you Maria for taking care of our order and detailed your on menu. Love the Brazilian speciality coffee and the banana pudding. It’s quite and calm. If you are person who prefers to work from a cafe, I’d suggest this place. Great ambience.

Top Tip: the meals are served on trays with wax paper - if you’re ordering soft eggs, the yolk softens the paper which gets mixed into the food and can ruin it. Ask for no wax paper or an ordinary plate, and you’re sorted!

I can't get enough of this place. I feel comfortable just being there. Perfect to work, meet a friend or just sit and enjoy their mouth watering food. Ethiopian coffee is a must! Mary and Julie are sweet, the whole staff are actually great. Keep it up guys!

My wife and I had a great experience at Neighbors, food was soo good and coffee was even better! I had the smashed avo dish and my wife had the breakfast roast, highly recommend for you to try it. Staff were very lovely and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

Excellent eating experience.from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5 minutes. Meal & coffee was served hot and excellent taste. The manager is from Venezuela he’s really kind & friendly he help me to choose my meal. Amazing experience! Well done will be back for sure.

Used to be good. But honestly ordered a simple breadbasket, and they sent it completely charred burnt with a horrendous smell and oil/butter residue from the grill they used. It was so repulsive, you could even smell the burnt oil when the delivery guy took it out of the bag. Bread basket! Just slices of bakery bread was needed! Was so disrespectful to even think that was OK!

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable staff at morning time to have breakfast, delicious dishes & gluten free option for breakfast lunch & dinner, beautiful presentation, the coffee is so good you must try it with dairy free milk! They have a list and wonderful dessert over the display. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. Their management definitely are caring about the staff training and orientation.

المكان جميل ف شارع الثنيه، المواقف متوفره في البيسمنت، طلبنا خبز منوع ساور دو (كركم، ساده، بيتروت) مع سمسم بالزعتر و زبده فول سوداني ومربى، كان جميل جدا و الافطار طلبنا بورافو (خبر مع الافوكادو) مع بيض وكان جميل بعد و طلبنا بيريكفست روست، لما وصلت كانت تختلف عن الصوره في الايلاد لكن طلبوا نغيرها لكن رفضت وكانت بعد ك طعن رائعه.

I loved this place, location food & atmosphere and most importantly the wonderful staff and polite and gentle Spanish manager. We are a French family of 4 and had breakfast for 5 days in row and honestly all what we had was amazing

Great place for a fresh loaf of baked sour dough and they have delicious breakfast too! Cozy little place in a convenient location although parking is a bit of a challenge, they have amazing natas too!

Nothing better than their sourdough bread and kind staff. Teas, iced teas and breakfast are nice. May add few more alternatives for kids.

We got welcomed with a wide smile and cheering that made us like the place once we entered.

Staff are perfectly trained and well mannered that didnt rush us into ordering food, they gave us some recommendations about what to order and they made the perfect choices for us! I trully appreciate places that highly respect their clients and customers. It is in fact the best Cafe i visited in Dubai for the past year.

Food was totally amazing and delicious, and it arrived before blinking so we didnt have to wait for the food, we came in for a brunch and a cup of coffee! The quality of food was above expectations and Neighbors Cafe will definitely be my first destination for a cup of coffee or brunch in Dubai.

Staff are very friendly. The place has wide briers of healthy options and in house bakery variations. Very quiet so it’s a great spot to work remotely in.

Good strong coffee in a very nice setting, basic but with nice green accents. Good service from staff. Will definitely come back to try their breakfast menu, looks promising.

An americano coffee at 18dhs, that's a rip off (even more expensive than a 5star hotel) and it's was not good in term of taste.

The paper served under the plate of breakfast was soaked with oil, which was then falling appart when cutting and eating.

The prices are super high for a street casual eatery.

When you pay AED 61 and get a thin slice of dry, chewy dark piece of meat, then you will be really disappointed with an order of Cubana.

Amazing service and ambience. We ordered a tea and a Apple mint which was delicious followed by a cheese burger. The burger was probably one of the best burgers I had in a long time. Nana and Rachel were very welcoming and hospitable and gave us a courteous service. We will be looking forward to come back to Neighbors cafe:)

I went to this restaurant for dinner and didn’t like the food. To be fair, I think it might be more of a breakfast place. I did not like the atmosphere though because one of the waitresses was not very nice and made us so uncomfortable. She was literally standing right next to our table and staring at us eat every bite the entire time. It’s one thing to be alert and focused to ensure quick service, but this lady was literally just watching us eat the entire time which was so awkward. Also, a man came to the restaurant at some point and sat on one of the stools near the door and when he sat he almost fell and she laughed at him and it wasn’t in a friendly way because she just stood there watching him and laughing at him every few seconds. It was so unprofessional and rude and that alone made me not want to go back there even if the food was amazing (which it wasn’t).

Nothing to write home about. The service is super slow, the food definitely not great. Had the chicken pitta and bread was awful. The location is good and the decor of the place is really nice. What a waste. They can do much much better. Probably needs better management.

Neighbor Cafe is planted in the middle of Jumeirah, an area that needs more trendy breakfast spots and cafes like the desert needs more sand. Within a stone’s throw of this leafy residential area are a number of other places that twin as surf shops or look like they’ve been painted in Gaviscon liquid. It begs the question why anyone would push and park their baby strollers here at Neighbors Cafes given the abundance of choice.

The interior decor is a warmer, industrial look with dark walls and shiny concrete floors punctuated with industrial lighting burning a warm orange glow from metallic instalments. Despite the floor to ceiling windows there is a moody dark vibe throughout. You can look into the semi-open kitchen from the light wooden tables and chairs in the dining room. The residents of Jumeirah have enjoyed venturing to Al Quoz so much for grazing that they’ve decided to bring the outside in.

The menu includes de rigueur, staple breakfast options (available all day) but with twists like a salted caramel french toast, avocado toast with ricotta and pickled chili and a full English breakfast with lamb sausage. Other more unusual options include a cheese and zaatar pide, turkish eggs and a miso bagel with mushrooms.

There’s a lunch menu featuring sea bream, burgers, thai green chicken and lamb shank with pearl couscous.

It’s a promising menu with a mixture of well known items peppered with some lesser seen dishes.

I ordered the Benny Brisket featuring a large slab of Polish bread (shaped like a rectangular ciabatta) topped with barbecue brisket, compressed green apple and poached eggs with toasted wonton topped with yuzu hollandaise. There is a lot going on here for Dhs 64.

Yet, there may be too much going on. The portion is generous but this is a lesson of less is more. The bread is not toasted (or not toasted enough) which makes it a large carb sponge for the sweet barbecue brisket sauce.

But not in a good way, the bread is soggy. The light yuzu hollandaise mingles with the barbecue sauce; there is a lot of sauce here which could be paired back a touch. The crispy wonton is a nice idea to bring much needed texture to this dish which is otherwise distinctly soft. The kitchen should lean in the texture elements more but, alas, the toasted wonton does not lift a slab of sauce-logged bread.

The iced coconut latte is a slushy with trace coffee flavouring topped with toasted coconut shavings. The beetroot and kale smoothie with banana, orange and peppered with chia seeds is a bright magenta lantern, juicy and drinkable.

Would I return to Neighbor Cafe? I would come back for lunch to try some of their other options. Neighbor Cafe has a lot of competition in this area; if you stand outside Neighbor Cafe and throw a stone, you hit four other breakfast places. Literally, there is a bagel shop and other restaurants planted in front of Neighbors Cafe. There is no shortage of imagination here but you do not come back for imagination alone. They should focus on details, ask whether to keep, to remove or maybe to toast, more.

This is a hidden gem. When we entered, I was taken aback by the smell of bread being freshly baked in the cafe. You can actually hear the dough kneading, the grounded coffee aroma. Simply refreshing.

The food is super fresh. I recommend trying:
Thai chicken
Lamb couscous
And oh the bread and butter pudding was absolutely devine. (Tip: order it cold and not warm!)

Walking out, having all that I felt pretty light, the chef really knows how to work the ingredients for sure to have a guilt free indulgence.

Decent coffee shop with friendly staff. They even made an item from the lunch menu as the wife didnt quite fancy anything on the breakfast menu. Good option for people around Al Wasl and Jumeirah.

I had a visit to the place this morning.enjoyed the food and the hospitality

They have their bakery in this coffee shop. The croissant was great, crispy outside and moist inside, a perfect combination for croissant. Also, it’s a family friendly gem.

Quite overpriced in comparison to quality/ service. The ambience is not so good as well. Good for a quick breakfast and catch up, but definitely not a weekend spot.

Neighbors is another success story of a home grown brand, serving some fantastic food and beverage variety to the the immediate community around. Located in the newly developed API 1000, which is perfectly located in the junction of Al Wasl and Thanya Road. Its a mix use proeperty, with retail and residential complex, ample parking and easy access to Jumeirah or to Shk Zayed Road.
The interiors are modern with ample rustic look, green plants around and hanging from the ceiling, Wooden theme and copper finished pipers, all adding elegance to the place. They have a separate area for Bakery and Beverages. There is natural light seeping through, which embraces any icy feel that you may face here. I loved the cool vibes here.
We were in for some more treat from here so we took our chances and went for the Big breaky and Thai chicken skewers. The good thing here is the breaky is all day and this was one full meal, good portion this. Your preferred egg type on top of a fresh made slice of bread, lamb sausages which had spice elements, hash browns, capsicum relish, avocado and sauteed spinach. This Sir, you will surely love. The Thai chicken was one fantastic dish. Simply amazing Thai spices and herbs, coconut rice, peanut sauce, raw papaya slices and sweet soy sauce. FANTASTIC! The food here is top quality, they use premium ingredients, everything is made fresh. The presentation is good, they have gone into good detail of the whole menu prep and delivery, Kudos to the whole team.

Good solid healthy food, price I would say is on the high side, but still affordable. The restaurant isn't huge which is a positive, it's quite intimate, around 45 covers. Food is fresh and tasty and the staff are friendly. A good breakfast option.

I Liked the cortado (ethiopian beans) and the brownie very nice.i would recommend this place.nice vibe and nice people.

The small menu has solid dishes that are well made try the avomash you should also try the Turkish coffee late with cardamom

My recent visit at this restaurant was nice, I had the lunch there. The decor is really nice with casual sitting, the ambience and service is good. I was happy with the drinks which was served, especially Oreo Milkshake which kids will love it.
I had smoothies which were 'Pink Lady' mixed berries, banana, milk, hazelnuts, almond nuts, walnuts. It was fresh and delicious.
Then 'Triple Berry Banana'mixed berries, banana, orange juice, agave and cacao nibs which was ok.

Quite interesting limited menu this restaurant has to offer. The portions are good and at the same time they made it healthy, a relax ambience to enjoy breakfast and light lunch or dinner but I expected more from the cafe.
*Thai Chicken Skewers; coconut rice, peanut sauce, papaya and sprout salad, sweet soya sauce. This is the dish which a liked it light, healthy and fresh.
* Prawn Capellini ; home made tomato sauce, chilli, basil and parmesan, with garlic toast. This dish was very disappointing for me, not well seasoned and so mushy. Only the toast was good.

I would surely highly recommend their 'Classic French toast' if you have that sweet tooth! That sweet and bit of crunchy just was so perfect which I really enjoyed.
Spiced Maple, honeycomb, stonefruit, ice cream, Anglaise, hazelnuts just a perfect combination to have anytime.

Service was excellent. We were served by a lovely gentleman called nicholas who really made us feel welcome. Food was very nice although a tad overpriced. There was a good food collection, alot of healthy options. I was really hoping to try some cronuts which I saw on their Instagram page but they no longer do them which was a real shame. Would recommend.:)

Taste of food need to improve. Ice tea is full of water. Staff doesn’t care about customer need.
