I'm not sure how to feel about this place.
The ambience is good.
The food is OK (we only ordered for grill)
The service is poor. In terms of waiting time. But the waiters were very respectful.

They could be better.

Shamsuka, the boss of this hotel, knows that even a small hotel in Dubai has a bathroom.the family had to go to another nearby hotel to use the bathroom after eating together.

Excellent food at a competitive price. I recommend the family platter for 2-4 people depending on your appetite!

It was an nice experience we ordered dragon chiken as a starter it was astonishing and fabulous in presentation and tastewise, poratta was flaky and suprerb chiken curry and beef fry and peri peri alfahm was good it was juicy and tender

Had ordered Chatti choru through Noon App. Quantity and quality was less. Chicken fry not seems like fresh. Not recmnd chatti chor.

Very poor food. We ordered kizhi beef last night as parcel, reaching home when we started eating we found the beef was stale.

Am regular custemr in your resturent.the atmospire foods everything is ok.but you should choos some well carected and well behaived serving staff for there….

I and my family had charcoal normal spice chicken served with kubuz, Hammus and garlic sauce. It was super yummy. Good presentation also. My kids also really liked it. The lemonade also was yummy and refreshing. Thank you Nells. Will surely recommend to our friends and colleagues. The staffs are also very friendly

Nells cafeteria Karama is well known for their best Avil Milk in the Town and very friendly staff especially Mr Vinod, his service makes us go there again n again.keep the good work

One of the best chatti choru and charcoal you will have in dubai. Must try. Also neat and service Is good.

The worst restaurent in Dubai. Not clean at all. Very very bad. The quality of food is pathetic.

I don't think this Cafe is useful. Nellara is obviously way better. The bells Cafe doesn't even have a proper burger. I was very disappointed to see this. I hope they just make it nellara and it's more convenient.

Don't kNow about all dishes, but tried "Palli Chor" (combo of beef and ghee rice) was supr.

Such a pathetic restaurant, don't go to these restaurant, I ordered chicken chutty chor and lime juice from them chicken Fry n curry both not cooked well, no salt, the side along with rice betroot n pickle were just average. Lime juice was too bitter.
Shame on owners at least taste the food before serving to your customers.

Very poor quality. I ordered chappathi and chicken fry combo and porotta beef combo through noon food. Today, and it was worst experience. Combo cost 20dhs. I thought it will be great dinner and it turns into a sad dinner. Chappathi is bad than a pappad. Chicken fry 4 pcs where ther for just name. 2 of chicken bone fry and one small leg piece. Porotta was fine but beef OMG. It is just red chilly water. Not even taste of any masala. I complained in noon aswell. But they said they will refund it when i ask them to take it back. Better dont serve food rather than disappointing people at their food time.

Some of the food are delicious. Beef roast us like half cooked. Need to improve more. Nice ambience in outdoor dining. Reasonable price. Pay Parking available in one side. Food need to improve more & no washrooms available.

Very bad experience.not hygiene kitchen always check the plates and pots it's not cleaned or washed properly 3 times they change the plates and pots. Hight chance to chemical contamination.

Very worst food.ordered peri peri chicken and had request him to cook proper and still it was raw.very bad service.

If Non-veg is what you're going for, go worry free. The porotta-beef roast combo especially is something to cherish!
And as for vegetarians, if you already know how it's like to be the second child in the family, better not to relive the experience.

The cleanness and ambiance were good. The food not up to the mark. I ordered beef and It was cold. Maybe they didn't make it heat sufficient time.

No quantity and avarage quality compare to price value.
Better ask the price before ordering.
Can't recommend to anyone.

Compare to other Restaurants Nell’s cafeteria Quality is very Bad, waste of money (Ramadan special combo)

A must try place for all the people out there in KARAMA who wish to eat Quality food for a lesser price. This Cafeteria can become a usual hub for all the bachelors in the evenings too. Some people might misunderstand this place as a "CAFE". But it is not. This is purely a cafeteria and i personally don't think that there is any other cafeterias are available in Dubai that provides "Quality food" compared to the rate of Nells Cafeteria. Go and Try it Out!

Bad experience. Had Shawarma but did not taste good at all. They use mayonnaise instead of tahina in Shawarmas. Also the quality of the food wasnt great because I had an upset stomach the next day.

Compare to other Restaurants Nels cafe Qty is very less, Taste Average (2 porotta 3 tabel spoon beef COMBO 12 AED)

Quality is very bad (ramzan offer), instead of coming here for iftar better u look different restaurant…

Had a smashing meal of some delicious Kerala cuisine.

The Beef Fry is certainly a winner though I'd have wanted more beef with it. The prawns speciality is totally worth the price.

Spacious restaurant with Tasty Kerala dishes and decent ambience. Food quality is good, and have varieties of dishes to choose from.

Hands down the best Indian food in Dubai! I cannot fault this restaurant - superb food at great prices without compromising on quality.

I hosted my baby’s first birthday party @Nellara’s party hall. Very satisfied with their customer service. Food was delicious. Very cost effective as well. Would highly recommend

Pathetic. I tried this place bacz I have good experience from their Sharjah restaurant. We went for the breakfast. Ordered puttu and egg roast. The egg roast was poured with full of pepper powder! Sent back and replaced with Kadala curry but not upto the mark

Went for a tea break at Nellara Karama. Since it was hot outside, we sat inside. We asked for the tea and the snack items. The staff informed that tea and snacks which is served in outside counter will not be served inside. Very uneasy to know that since both are part of the same restaurant. We had tea ordered inside. The price made us nuts. AED 3.75 per tea. Very expensive and never to be there anymore. There shops are for the elite class who does not know anything about food.

Don't even try to for delivery.
We have called before before 12pm and placed order. It should be delivered by 1.30.but even till now after nearly 6-8 calls to restaurant and delivery person still not delivered.everytime they say in 5-10 min they will deliver the same story from 2pm

Always Thali very nice and tasty all branches. Also should try their Mango curry. Biriyani. Chicken is good like calicut style.

Nice restaurant with good ambience and service. You can enjoy the street from inside hotel through the crystal clear glass near the side seats. Totally I loved it. They do have a seperate tea shop with snacks for people to have and enjoy it by making a small space outside the restaurant and enjoy the evening.

Very poor, they don't have wht they have on menu, I went with my family for south Indian food but they dint even had dosa which is very common, I would suggest some other restaurants

Onam Feast or Onam Sadya is a feeling for every keralite. Meal served for 35 m. Mango Side dish is awesome

Too expensive for a Nadan Chai - AED 3.75 (while it's AED 2 at any restaurant in Karama) but the chai (tea) was good!

It is one of the traditional kerala restaurant in uae. I am not a frequent visitor of this place. May b once in a while i go there. I feel like the food is too spicy and not that great but okay. Not very expensive.

We had fish curry meals and a chemmen (prawns) roast today. The meal was good. But the Chemmeen roast served was half cooked and we returned to the server.but again brought back to us without properly cooked. Service was not upto the mark may be because it was at 3 pm in the evening. The restaurant manager told us the family hall is closed after 3 pm and provided us a place down stairs. That itself was not a great way to welcome the customers.and our grievances were not handled properly.

Prawns roast 1/5 gave (1 for the gravy which was nice though)

It was a long awaited visit to this place since they opened. We went there by 7pm, and surprised to see no one inside. We just went back to the car and read the menu carefully, and decided to go back in 30 minutes.anyway, that decision was worth.we ordered dragon chicken, pandanas chicken and Gai Thod chicken as starters, among which the Gai Thod was outstanding.other two were just Ok.

We ordered Kappa, Kallappam, Pathiri, Kerala Porotta, Beef curryveppila fry and Kozhi nirachathu as main course and sides.and they offered us some Fish gravy as complimentary.all main course ordered were really good.especially the Kozhi Nirachathu was exceptionally good.

And as desserts, the tropical sundae which was full of fruit pieces, nuts and icecreams served in a carved pineapple was really a nice sweet treat. And when reached home, noticed that they charged only '0' for it. (no idea, why).

This is a very late review. We had conducted our team iftar from Nellara, Karama in the month of june. The buffet was good with enough items for the amount we paid per person.
Traditional kerala dishes were served in the buffet with friendly staff and good ambience.

Tasty food. Kerala traditional lunch is nice also that sadhya. Staffs and management is very good.recommended

Service is good but the food really disappointed us because which we had ordered beef khozhikodan really zero mark it was full with sweet and juicy type beef we never see this kind of beef in khozhikode and chicken it was like chicken less and priority for oil. Really sorry I used one star because the person who serve to us was good.hope u will consider this comment for your serious improvement! Great day!

Food is tasty and maintained the quality, but no quantity and not enough value for your money.service is very bad and too delay to get food in table.

Too noisy. Food is ok. Service is not good.
You have to ask for menu card with price.
There are better restaurants around here with better food and good price.
