I went to the boutique to repair a milk foamer bought in October 2021. I was told the warranty expired 1 month ago so there is no solution. They don't have a service center to repair the machine. The only solution is to buy a new one. If The quality is so bad that it can work for only 2 years and there is no after sales service why should I continue to shop with this brand? Too disappointed being a customer of them for long. Zero customer service.

The lady serving us was so cold. I desperately wanted another sales person to assist us. I really did not enjoy my shopping experience. Even after we paid for a new machine and purchased a couple of boxes of capsules she still was so uninterested. Can't imagine she didn't smile once nor did she even say thank you at the end. She just gave the bag and carried on. Hate that I gave her my business. Bad name for nespresso. Horrible experience.

Extremely Disappointed with Nespresso Vertuo Next and Poor Service

I purchased the Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee machine on 13/07/22 from Nespresso kiosk inside the Carrefour MOE, and within a month of very light usage, it started malfunctioning. The red color blinking light appeared every time I wanted to make coffee, and I had to unplug and plug the machine back in multiple times just to get it to work. It only got worse from there.

The machine became increasingly unreliable, taking up to 15 minutes of my time just to make a single cup of coffee. Frustrated, I contacted the service center for assistance. They provided me with a temporary replacement machine while taking mine for inspection.

After nearly two weeks, my machine was returned to me, supposedly fixed. However, after just two days and a mere four cups of coffee, it started leaking coffee powder and hot water all over my working desk, creating an absolute mess. I immediately reported the issue to the service center again.

This time, they took my machine back for further examination. Shockingly, it took them almost three months to reach out to me, only to inform me that my machine had no problems and that they wanted to return it to me. I was appalled by their lack of acknowledgment of the ongoing issues.

Despite my refusal, they failed to provide a satisfactory solution. I even requested to keep the replacement machine they initially provided, but they outright denied my request. Their final offer was a mere 30% discount voucher for another Nespresso machine, which I find absurd and insulting.

I strongly urge anyone considering a Nespresso Vertuo Next machine to think twice. The poor performance, recurring issues, and abysmal customer service have left me incredibly disappointed. I expected better from a company with such a reputation. Save yourself the frustration and consider alternative coffee machines.

I have being calling for a particular water tank since three weeks now and no one is interested to place the order or get back for the same. I have being calling but no customer service is being given

I had great experience and the staff where really helpful and smiling all the time, had to wait 5 mnts but once they’re done they apologize and thank me for waiting and offer me another cup of coffe.
Amazing how experience I recommend this botique.

Staff on this branch are always helpful and accomodating. Very well versed on their products and helps you choose which coffee suits you.

One of the cleanest Nespresso boutiques I’ve been to! The staffs will attend to you immediately once you stepped into the store but not in annoying way. This branch has the most accommodating and friendliest staffs. ️

No good customer service.
Coffee machine I bring for asking to make service and staff don't want to accept said discountie model, ok fine I asking to try fix I will pay but still said no we can't, after they said I have to pay 200 aed to 300 for only inspection, that not acceptable.
Finally I bring this machine at al Rashidiya pakistan shop they fix just 30 aed only. Soo company nespresso don't want fix their own products.

The coffee machine is extremely good and very satisfied.but the employees in MALL OF THE EMIRATES are extremely rude and discourteous. Thy do not explain or give proper information, they kept making faces and they all have such poker face as we enter.not a good vibe at all. Absolute disgraceful towards customers.

Faulty goods - I just want a cup of coffee!
Constant issues with Vertuo
Staff advised that there are known problems with the product so after 3 supposed repairs it is still faulty.
When calling the shop the staff were more interested in filling filters than sorting outstanding issues with clients.
Multitasking is great but being rude and disrespectful to customers is not - needs to understand that when dealing with an issue - ignoring the customer just aggravates the issue.
So promised response after 2 repairs 3 visits to shop - faulty machine still not working
Attitude of staff - unprofessional
Recommendation - no chance
Response from NESPRESSO- can we try to repair again
NO I want to have a machine that works - it was a present! We paid money for a working product not a product to be in repair shop

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Love nespresso coffee and the possibility to recycle used capsules.

Disrespectful staff at MOE, incompetent and arrogant. I bought a milk frother in Jan 2019, it’s not working now. They initially said I can trade in with a new one and get a 25%, when I came to do so they changed their mind and said it’s not repairable. An Nespresso milk machine at 120$ can not last 3 years…

Lovely boutique with a lot of options. But my 5 star review mainly goes to Anthony who works there. Honestly the best sales person I've ever seen! Hr gave us an AMAZING in-store experience, super professional and such a nice person!

Great coffee, however for recycling in my opinion they should give a discount to those who bring bags full of capsules. It’ll help motivating people to save the environment.
