Stay away from them, poorest customer service you will experience. App not working properly, coupons in your balance incorrect, they will not answer any complaints, promise to call back.enough alternatives in the market
They will come to your door step to sell coupons and expensive empty water bottles which other companies give them free of charge, as soon as you run of coupons you expect them to call you and ask to top up so you can continue using their service no you have to call them and after several attempts someone will answer to tell you download their app, register and buy the coupons, is it that simple? ! No it’s not you cannot buy coupons on their app it always says someone will get in touch with you to add your account so you can buy new coupons, did this several time never received a call back, tried to call them they are unreachable anymore.worst water company ever! It’s been a month since I run out of coupons no one even bothered to call, couldn’t buy through their app and I cannot get hold of them! Useless…one star is too generous!
Bad experience with this company. We paid for 25 gallon of water in advance knowing delivery will be made every Mondays. Our delivery was skipped for 3 weeks in a row and customer service is useless. Just waist of time and money. Stay away from this Nestle water service.

I am getting leaking bottles once every month or two. I request earlier deivery and get the confirmation but no one shows up. Last similar incidents were yesterday. Service quality is bad, water quality is good!
Worst company to deal with They pretend to give you a new dispencer for free But its already used and non functional and they said 1 year warranty and now they dont want to replace it
I had a very bad experienced with the delivery guy. He was rude and doesn't show any respect to their client! I ordered a week ago and the delivery should be yesterday Monday, but I received a call from the delivery guy and he asked if he can delivery the next day. I give leeway to it and waited for another day. But he arrived today (Tuesday), and only for 5 minutes I'm waiting for the accounts to give the Boucher payment the delivery guy went upstairs and took the Boucher stab from me and said call the number hotline if you need water! What? I've waited for you for a day dude! And WORST he even doesn't want to took the empty bottles! Very Very Worst Experienced I ever had! Is this Customer Service?
The most unprofessional water service we have come across. They are never on time when asked for delivery. Hardly make any visits to their customers. I am switching to some other company and i would suggest other people to do so.
