I recently had a bitter experience at the chicken stall that left me quite dissatisfied. I requested the chicken to be split into two types equally - biryani cut and boneless for chicken 65. However, upon returning, I found that they had only provided a single pack of biryani cut. When I asked them to cut half of the chicken into boneless for chicken 65, they appeared confused and only started to cut a small portion. It seemed they didn't understand that I needed half of the chicken as boneless for chicken 65. In the end, they refused to provide boneless chicken for chicken 65 and simply split the chicken into separate packets. I was talking to them politely but they didn't seem behaving nice to me. I hope such conflicts can be avoided in the future.

It's a good supermarket with decent products and fresh produce. But I really wish they were more organized and much cleaner.

Their fresh produce section esp.vegetables is not always perfect and clean. Too many flies and inefficient fly killer machines.

The bread and bakery area is haphazard storage and very disorganized.

Its also unfortunate that their meat and fish section is not ventilated well, resulting in that entire section being too smelly (other supermarkets manage this factor much better, so maybe add additional fresh air and extract).

Overall, its a reliable place serving the neighbourhood, but can definitely improve its hygiene.

Good place to shop. All the essential grocery items are available, shopping deals are there, small counter of cooked food, bakery and meat section also there. The only problem is finding it difficult sometimes. Prices are competitive.

The prices for vegetables, fruits, fish, and meats at this store were remarkably reasonable. This makes it a fantastic option for budget-friendly everyday shopping. Additionally, the staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist shoppers.

Prices are higher than other stores, they should think about prices of each product even routine house holds.

All good only one concerned in butcher department who ever cut lagoon chicken they take over the eggs and liver when we said don't remove they are getting upset and not cutting chicken properly please take over about it

Meat/fish section always stinking there's no cleanliness there as compared to other supermarkets. So, my suggestion is please maintain hygiene.

Very wide range of products and very reasonable prices, with deals available on lot of products. It is a little crowded in the evening, but nothing to worry about.

Mr. Hariharan is highly customer focused with excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Always a frequent customer to this supermarket friendly face everytime.however today the cashier (counter 2 invoice 17) due to busy times scanned someones items with mine, her attitude was very unpleasing after that and used very insulting bad words and cursing can’t even repeat what she was saying, Very Bad Customer Service.

From this market specially vegetables and fruits very good price to you can buy. And all daily needs items available here.

Our all grocery we bring only Madina because the price is very reasonable and easy to purchase even my relatives also come from sharjah to purchase. Insha Allah in future we will continue.

I appreciate the service offered by your entity and im a regular customer. As a customer i would like to share an experience i had experienced just awhile ago. We called up the landline number and asked the gentleman attend our call to connect the fish section and so he did and we ordered prawns and also mentioned the name of person who will be collecting the same. They noted it and the call ended. After that we called up again the same number asking for the closing time since it’s Ramadan. The person who attended said its 6: 30 Madeena close fr prayer. So we reached there by 6: 10 and the security said we are closed. This is really not acceptable. The information passed to customers should be correct and on point. Then we accepted the fact and went back. Thereafrer we came around 7 pm to collect our fish order. The staff at counter said they haven’t received the order at all. That was so unacceptable and very unprofessional and this is wasting ofa persons time. Please take time to train your staffs well and teach the telephone Etiquette so as to it doesn’t question the reputation of the firm. Please train them to pass correct information also if placed any orders try to note it instead of just saying we haven’t received any. I respect the team Madeena but as a customer would like to bring these points into notice.

This was the first time I visited this supermarket. Nice place to do shopping and a variety of things are available.

Very economical, a one roof purchase of groceries, electronic items, appliances, textile, frozen items, perfumes, mobiles, watches, etc

The cash counter staff was very arrogant. The selling stuffs are good and the staffs are worst. Especially in the attention to details.

I am a regular customer from the starting of this supermarket. This supermarket is now went to a high level. Because here we are getting all items such as food and beverages, dresses, house hold items, electronics, mobiles or accessories, fish, meats and Oottupura ready made foods service also.

The another great thing is, due to Covid-19 they are maximum maintain limited customers, social distances and providing sanitizers and golves also. Moreover they are support us home deliveries if purchased more than dhs25.

Free parking facility is also available behind the supermarket.

The only one negative point is the staffs are not supporting the customers completely especially if someone asking a help to get the product, they will only tell us the location but not ready to come with us to show. So I give 4 stars rating.

Expired and near expiration products are mostly adding to the offers as well as low quality food products. Several times i was experienced. Attached pic is food product purchased from same shop and inside the product first layer is fully covered with candle wax! ️️

They are giving good offers, but some of the staffs behaviour is not good, and they're not giving any offers for fruits and vegetables, that's okey, but they should have to improve their staff quality,

In covid-19 situation it is not recommended to go because it does not maintain social distances

Today I have purchased lot of household items from new Madina super market while I was paying my bill I asked the cashier can you please deliver my food stuff to my building which is located next to new madina building and the guy was was horrible and having very negative attitude doesn’t Even respect the valuable customer I am a regular customer for madina the experience which I had today it was a pathetic too much attitude.

Dear respected madina management please take care of your staff or else people will react and you will loose your valuable customers like me, now I am really thinking whether I should buy from madina or should I look some other super markets

Even all groceries and supermarkets are delivering on these time. We found this madeena is the only place without delivery

Please do not issue any more rewards (loyalty) card if your system does not work. This the third time in a row I did not receive points after shopping

I am a regular customer for Madina.but today i order something urgent to deliver to my house they said after 30 min it will take time.customer service is zero. Rolla management team is very poor.change it

Indian based grocery shop, where u can get all spices and vegetables.
Also it's becoming as super market now, soon all will get various products.
Cost is normal according to the products.
Shop location is easily identifiable.

A household name with several branches all over Dubai, covering not only the daily necessities for a home, but also garments, electronic products and electrical items. In all fairness, this is more of a mini department store. And the weekend offers aren't to be missed.

Its not a good experience at all.

Being a Retailer myself and working for an esteemed company.it was very unfortunate for your cashier's how they are treating customers who happens to shop there almost every other day. Just because I have a Note of 200 and bought a grocery for 20 AED I was been spoken very rudely by one of your cashier as if was taking my grocery for free. I understand you people are sometimesare out of denominations, It's okay for a customer too but talking rudely to go any other counter. Very unfortunate and very unprofessional cashier's.

Give some training!

The same incident happens to me twice. One time I took a dig and shout back and the other time I feel pitty for the people working there.
