Dr Alluramma is friendly, my kids love her. Without any doubt she is the best child specialist in Karama, 5 stars for the doctor as well as the clinic. It was a good experience with them.

Very good facility they give good treatment all are very friendly they gave good care highly recommend the pediatrician she is the best doctor for babies.

I have been visiting New Apollo clinic for more than 12 years and my issues taken care by Dr. Lal David very professionally. I had an excellent treatment for all my medical issues. All the staffs are very caring and their approaches to treatment is super.

We have been visiting from last 12 yrs and everytime we have visited Dr Milan we have got good results. Dr Milan always gives us honest advise. We would definitely recommend visiting New Apollo clinic.

I am so pleased and grateful to Dra. Meera Tripathi for checking on my eyes and finding someone who could watch out for my vision. She comes highly recommended, so please do check them out.

The New Apollo Polyclinic is an absolute top notch medical facility in Dubai. We had to utilize their services for emergency care in Sept. 2023 and found their Doctors and Nurses to be the best of the best in their profession. Dr. Lal at the clinic is one of the best doctors we have encountered during our travels around the world. His diagnosis of the medical issue was absolutely spot on and his patient interaction was as compassionate as any human could be. The Nurses at the clinic were highly skilled, caring and compassionate as well. We feel blessed to have found Dr. Lal and the New Apollo Polyclinic during a medical emergency and would recommend their medical center for any medical services that one might be seeking.

The most unstructured and non systematic appointments and illogical priority queues. Doctors are extremely good though, but to get their consultaion you have to wait for whole day even if you are first to the clinic. There is No appointment numbers or appointment systems. The receptionist will tell you to sit and then you are made to sit whole day. None of the staff take responsibilty. Neverthelss, doctors are good enough, but reaching them is painful. I am pretty sure the clinic will become one of the best in town if this issue is handled, as the clinic already has best facilties and equipments.

A well maintained clinic with good facilities and hygiene. I had a great experience in the clinic when I got my physiotherapy done by the physiotherapist named Aswathy.she is an excellent person in terms of her skill and is very friendly and understanding and although it's a very painful session but her proper guidance makes it very soothing and after 4 sessions only I m feeling so much better.my shoulder pain is almost cured and just few sessions are left.
I would highly recommend Aswathy as physiotherapist.do get your treatment done after following up with Doctor Anwar.

Physio therapy department is very dedicated and supportive. Therapist is well experienced and does the therapy analyzing the case closely and closely monitoring the progress the patient makes.

I visited New Apollo Polyclinic hospital recently to have a consultation with Dr. Meera Tripathi, the Ophthalmologist. I must say that she is one of the best in the city. She gives time to each patient and explains each and every concern clearly and in detail.

Her staff is equally supportive and helpful.

Had good experience with the reception staff as well.

Last week I visited Doctor Meera Tripathi for my Son, it was really a very warm experience that she is very patient and caring. She sat along with him and done the examine in very comfort level. Thanks doctor Meera.

Very unprofessionally run clinic. There is no respect for the appointments
The staff thinks that they are the managers and utter waste to visit. We had appointment and the nurse was sending people to doctor who comes after us.
We had to wait 2 hours after appointment to get to the doctor.

Very unprofessional staff and nurses.
No use of taking appointments, they will decide whom to meet the doctor even though you have appointment.

Early this year I became a mom for the 3rd time to a beautiful baby girl, it was a dream come true for our family since we’ve been wanting to have a daughter. Our happiness for the new addition to our family was unfortunately cut short when we found out that my baby had a deranged liver enzymes. The neonatologist of my baby that time told us that my baby was in liver failure and won’t make it which broke our hearts. We decided to bring my baby back to India to continue the treatment. Lucky for us it was all made possible thanks to Dr. Rajeev sir he was very helpful and went out of his way to contact all the doctors in India to ensure that my baby was well taken care of. At present we are back here in dubai and my baby is doing well. Again all thanks to Dr. Rajeev sir for all the help and assistance he gave us.

Dr. Milind Damodaran - Homeopath is the Best doctor in this clinic. This clinic has process issues but its only this doctor I visit this clinic

I visited on 20/03/2022 but Doctors are very good but the reception ladies and nurse are not responsible person they are not following the timing and wasting our time also. Customer service very very poor services.if doctor ask anything to do the test please ask him how much the cost will come if you don't have insurance. This is very important they are charging for unnecessary test. BECAREFUL ALL

I come 8: 30 am morning and first receptionist said doctors will come 9: 30 am and second receptionist said its will take time 1 hours. I wait 2 hours Nurse said doctors still not come. I seem doctors already come. Nurse only looking kerlist patients not for others religion. For me very bad experience. Staff are very bad attitude.will not recommend other patients.

Receptionist and administration are pathetic! We waited for 45 min in reception for no reason even though Dr.was free. All Dr’s are good however administration, nursing employees need training on customer support and patient care. Zero star

Doctors are good but ineffective operating system. Statring from frontoffice and reception frustraing deals. Really very poor.

Doctors are very good but the sisters/nurses have a very bad problem in communication and delivering information and they get attitude when you follow up on your appointment. I go there even if the customer service is poor just to see the doctors. I am going to stop visiting this clinic after my last visit

Such a pathetic experience i had in this clinic since the first day.
First day itself we had a fight with the staff due to their arrogant attitude. All the staff especially the reception staff is really unprofessional. I never experienced such an unprofessional handling from any of the clinics in Dubai. I am giving 1 star only because there is no option to give 0.
Please don't chose this clinic for you or for your dear ones.

Very disappointed with staff attitude, especially from reception. We had almost every month appointment and all time same issue, delayed time to see the Doctor. And moreover no one is responsible to tell us how long should we wait.we had to wait more than 3 hours past to our appointment time without having food. In pregnancy its very difficult to do so. Being in a clinic at least they should have a common courtesy to tell us the status, like if it getting delayed we can go and come back. There is no point of taking an appointment.

We usually visit Dr Gee Varghese (the dentist) who i cannot recommend enough. A wonderful doctor with excellent people skills and makes the patient feel taken care of. Based on this experience my Mother booked an appointment with the ophthalmologist yesterday. Dr. Anitha Mathew was extremely rude and unprofessional. The minute we entered her cabin she was standing in the middle of the room and without so much as a hello states that her (my mother's) insurance does not cover the visit. Which is not true because my mother has a comprehensive insurance plan and has visited ophthalmologists at other clinics (Example Prime medical centre). Even when we offered to pay out of pocket she made some excuse and made my mother feel uneasy and insulted. My sister stepped out of the room because of Dr Mathew's conduct. When my mother asked where she needed to sit Dr Mathew replied "you can sit wherever you want" and didnt seem to want to treat my mother. This is definitely not how people of a society interact with one another, let alone a doctor. We are definitely not visiting Dr. Anitha Mathew ever again and would never recommend anyone to do the same.

Wonderful experience with (new apollo). Dr. (shaheena) was a wonderful dentist, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a, tooth filling, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose (new apollo) and would highly recommend to anyone.

It's very pathetic situation that the patients are waiting for long hours to consult with doctor.

Had a good experience with this clinic during this pandemic situation all the staffs are very supportive customer support staffs/reception staffs are very co-operative and supportive, when we have some urgent inquiries.

Unfortunately no ones cares in there. I have been waiting for an hour to be attended and patients who came after me where attended. I have asked for my documents to leave where else and they refused to give me back my insurance and leave they kept saying you’re next. I’m working in an industry that involves different people from different nationalities and travelers, with the COVID-19, you never know, despite telling them at the reception, I wasn’t attended and I’m still waiting now while writing the review.

One of the best family clinics in karama neighbourhood. Good location ample parking Good hospitality and thorough professionalism exhibited by staff and doctors, special mention about the radiology department (technician and Radiologist) who made sure we were comfortable and explained in great detail the procedure before taking X Ray and Ultrasound scan and availability of the test result.

My mom is one of the centers patients.due to their excellent experience she discovered alot of issues she weren't aware of.

Been going to this clinic for the past many years now. I have found the staff extremely friendly and the doctors are experienced and knowledgeable.
Located in a convenient spot in Karama is another plus point.

Me and family been there many times with various health issues. The medical and non medical staffs are excellent in patient care. We are very thankful to the radiology department especially to Mr. Bobby for giving extra attention.

We were shopping at Karama centre, when suddenly my kid fell down and hit her chin. She started to bleed and we thought to rush her to the nearest clinic (Apollo polyclinic) right above on the first floor. We informed the nurse of the situation and asked if we could just see any doctor available (atleast to have a look at my daughter and to stop the bleeding). She went to check and came back telling us that none of the doctors are willing to see her. I found this behaviour/attitude very rude and insensitive. I understand that this may be just a clinic and that there is no emergency section but what is a clinic/ hospital stands for? To diagnose and treat diseases and injuries right!

It is amazing that how such an unethical health care organization still exist in a place like Dubai. Doctors are running behind the ways to make money (few are exceptional) by advising for lab tests on different causes. They ask for X rays eventhough if we have x ray from another clinic one week before which is creating unnecessary exposure to radiations. Very bad experience of getting a prescription for the lipid lowering drug when the total cholesterol was 220. Never advise this clinic to anyone.do not get yourself in trouble by selecting this clinic for any cure to your health issue.

Vary bad staff not respect patient time
For registration only they take my one hour and fourtyfive minuets.
When I enter thay collect my insurance and id they ask me to wait after one hour i check what’s the update they forgot to upload my insurance details because registration Staff is new.
When check the update that time only they update.
They not care patients time value
After the updation I wait like one hour more.
It’s too bad.
I just want to see general doctor not specialist or any athor.
