They don't know how to behave with customers even they are not serving the food on time and if we r asking the reason they will behave with us very unprofessional and unethical specially from the customer service teams.

Great good! Great experience! Loved the fact that it is open 24X7 and the food is yum! I have tried North Indian to South Indian dishes and charcoal grilled chicken is my fav!

I live in garhoud. I was passing by in the early morning 2 am after work and ordered mutton curry. I took it and went away home with parota. When I opened pack and ate one piece and found curry is burnt and black every where. I immediately called their landline and no one pick the call but this restaurant mentioned 24 hours. Next day morning I pass by 9 am and showed the pack and it’s burnt condition. The manager of that restaurant did not accept his mistake and started arguing that I should return back in the same night. I live far from BURDUBAI how could it would be possible to return back at early morning 2: 30 am after too much tired, so I made call to explain but no one to pick call nor accept next day morning their fault. I even requested let’s share half the price again I pay please give me new, but they refused. I left that curry back in manager hand & left sorrow. So be careful. These restaurant staff have no mercy including cashier, manager and other staff around were all together. No one to understand my side. I always enjoyed food there but with a misery situation like this for the first time. Please see the picture of the curry to my verdict.

Their grilled chicken is so soft that it melts in your mouth. I'd recommend their GC. Not sure about other dishes.

Waste staff/uneducated staff in receiptiation they don't know to take order also such a worst staff in receiptiation.

On 2nd july night I ordered pepper charcoal for dining, but when they served me charcoal it's looks green colour. I was sure that it's was not pepper charcoal because it's my favourite and I had tested many places. I just wanted to try here as well so I came. When I asked with waiter, he said here pepper charcoal is in green colour only I didn't say anything for that and had it and obviously it's green chilli charcoal which I really don't like. If they accepted as due to some issues they served me green chilli charcoal then i would accept it. But it is your actual pepper charcoal then it's worst charcoal I ever had. Bad experience. It is green city restaurant near Al fahidi metro station.

The food quality is really good and authentic. The service is great but the menus are not really well translated.

I recommend the place for a good food with friends, couple or family.

I have only visited this restaurant once. However the ambience as well as the hospitality is remarkable. You'll likely find pocket friendly food with above average taste.

Very bad beef roast. They make it too spicy and no feel of anything. Quality of meat was too bad. Go there only for biriyani.

One of my frequent visited restaurant. The service is great, you get kerela style food which is there signature dishes.
Value for money

I recommend this place for kerla food. They are serving late night and early morning also. Have a wide range of menu and are pocket friendly. They deliver food quickly without any service charge. The seatings are bit packed, but food is great. Walkable distance from Al Fahidi metro station. Parking is a real mess in this area.

I saw their flyers on the reception of our building since I’m craving for a Grilled Chicken, I didn’t hesitate and placed an order. Been told to wait 40 mins even it’s few blocks away from me, after an hour of waiting and several calls finally received it. Surprisingly even it took so long the packaging is not good at all not to mention the 2 pcs of hair mixed in the fresh salad.

Instead of acquiring new customer, you get disappointed one.

The restaurant is open 24/7, but the question is, is it worth operating 24/7. Food is just okay, neither good nor bad. Serving time is pretty less when compared to other restaurants. Ambience is not really great but the tables outside the restaurant gives a natural environment feel. Food is priced on expensive side, as in, shelling out money for this restaurant is not that worth it. On scale of 10,5 would be suitable for this restaurant. Scaling parameters include taste, quality, quantity, ambience, pricing. Customer attention and service could be rated at 8 on 10. Overall, it's a restaurant just to have a quick bite.

Good food at reasonable price. Average customer service. This is 24 hours open which is very much appreciable. You can get all kind of foods here. The kerala style foods are really good. I will never recommend the grilled chicken. The chicken was very watery and hardly had any taste.

I am a regular customer of greencity.after my late work I came room and ordered a biriyani as am so hungry.they send me old biriyani which have bad smell. I didn't expect this from them.this is the second time they are doing to me.

Tried there Aalu (potato) paratha. It was good actually as I heard mich about it that they are good in it. Other than that I cant say because delivery was a little slow but staff was nice and caring. Will go there again to try some other parathas.

Great for south indian break fast recipes, you will get both veg and non veg. They serve Brk fast, lunch and dinner, outlet is 24 hrs open. You have family dining area and wash room. Staff are so polite and good. In morning you get a warm welcome by the fresh staff.

Just love it. Traditional south Indian Taste. Every dish has something special in it. Love the chicken biriyani I had from here. But I feels like Quantity is less.

Very nice food at very reasonable cost in the heart of bur Dubai. Staff is very friendly and the manager himself will keep checking on customers if they need anything especially during busy hours.

Superb eatery, specially their poti biryani, u ll go crazy to eat there. Must visit if ur in Dubai.

Fantastic malabar food.

But my experience towards mutton dum biryani was pathetic.

When I asked the manger if DUM was given in it he was like yes kerla style Dum

Then I realized I was having mutton curry and rice.
