Horrible service in business bay branch waiting 1 hour for my items then niha who answered the phone said delivery came and no one opened while no one came at all.
She did not give me any manger said he is not here and i will not send the delivery again.
What kind of service is this to let me.wait more than 1 hour then decide not to send my order!

I love this supermarket in SZR since it's not crowded. The fresh selection are not cheap but I have to buy minced chicken yesterday so I got a pack for 37.5. When I opened the pack when I got home, I saw some black spots (moulds). I just wasted money on this.

Had a great shopping experience here, they have lots of discounted stuff, the store has a good atmosphere, it's not crowded so it makes it easier for me to take my time and shop peacefully.

Also i noticed lots of USA imported products so if you are looking for something that is made in USA you might find it here.

There are many types of ready foods, fruits snacks and pastries.next to the store is A flower shop with lots of party supplies. A vet clinic and Turkish restaurant.

New lock. Super market bakery side so good and not expensive. Same building I visited alfalah vetenirary clinic for my pets vaccinations. Excellent doctors and services with acceptable price. I will change my veterinary clinic to Alfalah veterinary clinic.

Very nice shopping experience. Conveniently located in the neighborhood with great restaurants on the second floor.

A pleasant supermarket that sells everything you need at reasonable prices.

The store is clean and bright and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Dishonest employees, and the grocery says they close at 1AM, but they close at 11 pm or 10pm sometimes, it's really unprofessional.

Newly opened store, good selection of location, near to Metro station.

I stay in FIRST CENTRAL and this super market next to my building. Closing time is 12pm but every day I come back from my work and this is what I see, security guy not allow people to come in since 11: 40. They say system is closed. Today they didn’t allow me to come inside at 11: 50 to grab my staff, it would take me 3min because I know what I want exactly and I respect working hours. Security man just closed the door in front of my face and didn’t allow me to come in. So DEAR MANAGEMENT IF CLOSING TIME IS 11: 45 PLEASE WRITE IT ON THE DOOR AND DON’T HUMILIATE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO BRING YOU MONEY. Just check your CCTV. FOR THE CUSTOMERS: just walk 100m to CARREFOUR, it’s 24h, much cheaper, cleaner and more polite. And One more thing, kitchen stuff is cleaning the throat behind the working place with disgusting sound, I don’t know might be they spit on fish eather.

I do all my shopping from New Safestway supermarket, very nice staff very helpful and they have everything.

A real good supermarket with varied product offerings at reasonable prices, and really friendly staff.

I gave it 4 stars because its a bit pricey however I get all my American products from here that I cant find in other supermarkets.

Very rude staff and they lie about their opening hours i came two hours before closing and they closed before their closing times not caring about customer service!

Expensive things as compare to other markets they enjoy the monopoly bc there is no other super market in the area

I found dead cockroaches in the meat, two times in a row.
Don't buy from the poultry shop.

Always see it around but never done my shopping there before today surprisingly it is avery convenient place with all groceries requirement with nice fresh bakery and a lot of exciting special offers

Plenty of imported American products. Although it's over priced but if you want it price doesn't matter. Fruits and vegetables selection and quality not the best. Worth a visit if you want imported American groceries.

They dont know how to entertain the costumer like to help which is some item that you need to find nobody assist.

They were a fun place to get things from home.now they have upgraded and WOW! After there remodel they look fantastic and they had my most favorite Amaretto Coffee Creamer! I bought them all!

A small shopping centre on the by lane of shaz zayed road between first and. Second interchange. They have the safest way super market an d couple of restaurants one Turkish. One fried chicken ome ie SFC one that resturant on the first floor. And couple of shops which are very egeric. Nothing much here

This place was recently renovated so it looks a lot more spacious. Staff are helpful and it's not too busy.

Butchery is really one of the best we tried in dubai, but i wish the prices less as its not cheap comparing to other groceries

Just a normal shop got everything you need. Closest one to city walk but just don't like everything is in closed fridge instead of an open self freezer because u can't see from far what's there you got to walk past each part. Only bad when your in a rush other wise good exercise. #kokoreview

Safestway Supermarkets with its new look and a wide range of imported food stuffs, is a gr8 shopping therapy.

Safestway is an a very handy local Supermarket. I have lived close to this Supermarket for more then 5years and they have made so well needed modifications on the interior and exterior.

The service is good better then the bigger more popular brands of Supermarkets.

It has most of the things needed e.g Fishmongers, Fresh Bakery and Fruit & Veg section. However the variation of food leans more towards Asian and US selection. Which is ok for a quick small shop.

The same building also contains a Restaurant, Beauty Parlor and a Popular Kids Entertainment area.

Oh yes and Free parking.

Good ladies saloon good pharmacy good supermarket and great bakery also. There is laundry mobile shop, flower shop abaya shop and gift shop

Silent place.shopping is calm and you get a lot of groceries you can relate if you are from anywhere west to UAE. Not a place for Asian household shopping

I like the remodeling. Please get back the phone shop kiosk. It was very convenient having it there.

Also please stop advertising your shopping-cart space as a special need's parking and add proper designated parkings for special needs. With proper size and proper marking.

They have upgraded the location noticeably from the previous design, and now it's easier to move around and navigate the isle

Apparently this place just got renovated and it does look and feel nice to be inside. The supermarket is big and has many food options. The location is good as well. Vegetable and meat selection is large. They have a small bakery area too. We bought our groceries here and cooked our own food instead of eating out at expensive restaurants.

I came here once but left disappointed realizing that almost all the items I bought were years old and had only a few days/weeks left till expiry. The front entrance was also closed for renovation, I believe.
