New W Mart Supermarket

I ordered couple of items and chicken.
The whole bag had spilled chicken water all over the rest items. Do not recommend at all! This is not my first problem with them but this was too much!

The security in the suit and the young boy working cashier at during night shift are very hard working and polite!

Very good service and helpful staff specially cashier am not sure his name may be neerutha she is from nepal i think …………she is very helpful and welcoming when i come first she is help me to find my thing what i want not one time every time now i visit this market every day.when i come next time in Dubai i will visit this market again surely.highly recommended

Amazing prices available all the time. Sometimes it is much cheaper than any else supermarket.

They have Free Delivery Service that they offering. Don’t be fooled they will make you crazy as they Promise 45mins Delivery time but after confirming they will call you by 1 Hour just to tell you that they don’t have the Items that you are Ordering. Ridiculous as they don’t care for your Time. Please closed your Delivery Service if you will only do this one.

My experience before with you wonderful but before yesterday my wife buy from your shop mutton and today she cook till 4 hours but still hard and the color become black that's is not nice I don't know what kind mutton your selling this time please care human health and give fresh items

Very bad service for tecom branch they have bad staff unprofessional and I ordered something today they are not delivering on time they more than 3 hours only for my item in same location in tecom and staff is very bad not answering very poora service and bad staff

Worst checkout process I've ever seen. Only two cash counters are there and one is closed most of the time. The staff takes forever to handle just one customer.

They don't answer the phone and when they rarely answer they forget to send the order last time i waited for almost 2 hours

Ordering in w mart opposite dusseldorf Hotel takes more than 1 hour. Service is so poor. Their reason is only 1 man delivering, so why don't they add more staff to delivery. Very bad service

All I can say is that on some days, you can't even walk through the store as aisles are blocked with shelf filling. NOT a bad thing as products get sold out but at least time your shelf filling to quiet periods. Paying for your goods is also another nightmare on par with carefour. It seems that people in dubai don't know the meaning of queuing, if you speak Arabic u automatically assume u can push in! And if you're you're Indian or Pakistan or African well queuing is an alien concept!

Tcom W mart Customer service is very bad.for home delivery they sending wrong items.if we ask for replace they treat like as a enemy.

Very bad in their service. Delivery takes over 3 hours. When I made a phone call all they did was kept passing me on to their staff but of no assistance. This will be my last order. Extremely bad service.

Now a day's no much offers and android App is also not working can't able to place orders please fix it

Found water cheap here.all the daily needs essentials are found here.including a mini meat market inside it. Carefully go through price tags as they aren't so clear. (even we got confused and only after coming back to room, we saw that we were charged more.)

I am satisfied with the products and promotions. Every week they’re sending messages on whattsapp regarding promotions. Most of the staffs are really helpful and attentive especially when I order on whattsApp. I would to like commend one staff namely Melissa for being helpfull all the time really thankful

I ordered today October 21,2021. The delivery service was so bad! I waited for almost 2 hours! (Attached call logs for your reference). Everytime I reached out to asked for an update, different guys were answering and then when they don’t know what to tell, they suddenly tell me that theh forgot my delivery address! Why didn’t they called me then and asked. I’ve been waiting for nothing! I called for delivery because I’ll cook it for dinner then I received nothing. Very bad service! Not recommended at all! Plus the guys who will answer your call were rude! They don’t know the answers to your questions. Are they even working there! If WESTZONE management read this, please take action urgently! You’re losing customers!

Worst ever experienced i ordered 1pm and they delivered it by 4pm.some items that i ordered was wrong and missng! I will never recommend for sure

Worst experienced, many times i received products not soon to expired but the items seems expired like cooking cream, condensed milk, even frezon foods like french fries full of water inside can't fry because the oil splashing while cooking, specially fruits, vegetablesthey gave over ripe but the expiry date is notyet due, and fish they gave smelly and like torn fish flesh.can't even wash the fish becaise if you put in water only bone will be left. And when i inform them they don't even say sorry.

Very worst experienced.i placed an order thru whatsap yesterday around 6pm.i was follow up my order by 7pm and he/she msg me the delivery is on the way.i've waited until 9pm still not coming.i ask again what the status of my order but all my msgs was seen only without reply.i cancelled all my schedule yesterday just to wait.and the worst thing until now no delivery comes! No explanation what happen to my order.the one who handled your whatsap order is very unprofessional

They punch the bigger version of the product instead of what I've taken. I've had this experience multiple times. I bought Candy that was clearly 0.50, I even double checked and it was 0.50 but they punched the bigger version which was 1.50. Also I bought Nutella that was 7.50 but she charged as 13 something.

Very worst behavior, all staff arround cash counters only, keep on talking with cashier girls, even they also never care about customers. Advice is dont keep indian or napali girls in counters, or will close sure.

They need to improve their behavior towards customer. On Delivery they will say on the way and then later on they forget. One time the delivery man blamed me wrong for room number that was written for him. If they are busy and cannot take the volume of delivery please inform beforehand. A good attitude is an important factor for customer related business like this

Because all employers are very good behavior and they are very helpful for costumers. And one more thing, why i like this supermarket? Because they are given to many offers on all the items. After 15 days they gave again special offers to the customers.

Some of employee behavior not good. Because of good offers we are coming your store but (2 am cash counter employees) he thinking we are buying free not paying. If he have issues with others don't show with customers.

I ordered on their WhatsApp number at 11.30 am asking them to send fast.
At 12.12 pm after following up I am being told that they don't have few items. Means 42 mins they took to check basic items
