New West Zone Supermarket - Karama 2

You can buy all your daily necessities from here at good prices. They have plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, etc. The behavior of the employees here is very charming.

Very Good, very lit, very organized, easy to find and the staff is very helpful. You can be in and out of the store very quickly.

The staff is not knowing about the available products. When we asked about a particular product, the staff will be confirming it's available & later they will inform us that we won't have that.

Do not know about other items but vegetables, fruits, meat and fish is available here at low rates compared to other supermarkets. The items may be not extremely fresh but not stale either. Head off to your nearest West Zone supermarket for reasonable grocery shopping

Located in heart of karama old regal textiles, normal setting for a small Hypermarket two enterances have all items for a house need

DELIVERY IS THE WORST PART IT WILL TAKE 2 HOURS FOR 100 METER BUFFER DELIVERY. BETTER I SUGGEST DONT ORDER FOR DELIVERIES.

Both the 2 tender coconuts I purchased was rotten and was smelling. Even the color of the pulp was almoat red. The price of items also is high compared to other supermarkets around.

Check what u buy item by item, i bought Jenan eggs with expiry date 1/2021 to find it all ruined and having blue spots, black from inside! Through it and they didn’t even bother themselves to change it for me! Don’t recommend at all! I wish i could post the pics!

I went to west zone opposite to karama center few days back but the service provided was very disappointing. As i was not feeling well i got some of the veggies and forgot to weight it and at the cash counter there was one lady cashier who had bad attitude. She could have just said to weight the vegetables instead she let the security to weigh it and she was very angry. When she finished doing transaction she didnt bother to give me my receipt and i was confused and waited for a while. Then she realize i was waiting for the receipt and gave me as if i was asking for something for free as she even didnt look at me. There was one customer behind me who was i think same nationality with her and suddenly her mood changed and she was talking to that customer in her language. Today also i went to west zone next to same west zone and again same things cashier dont have good customer service and they are even very lazy to pack our things that we bought from them. I think west zone near karama center really need to work on their employees as their attitude make us feel humiliated. I always go to west zone in different places and most of them are usually friendly and helpful.

Its a huge super market almost available all daily purpose uses and household electronic materials

West Zone offering low prices on broad range of products; a hypermarket where shopping and working are always a pleasure and where the customer is always provided with that special experience which is best products at its best price.

Little cramped but all the groceries you need including pork with helpful staff. Parking might be a pain and traffic slow moving in the area.
