The store is clean and the staff are friendly. I am so happy that such store exists! My favorites back home are here and I get to try new stuff too. Thank you!

When the westzone in jamal abdul naser closed, this is the branch that I recently visited. The shop is clean and big as well. Mostly of the food that I wanted is here. What i like the most in westzone is that they have an offer every week.

The first time we went here last December 30,2023 to buy foods for our Noche Buena. I was suprised because it's 24 hours, big Westzone Supermarket and offers a huge variety of foods in a reasonable price. We are Filipinos all variety of Pinoy foods and meat are here. The supermarket is clean, with good ambiance, good smell in meat section, can shop and move easily. Organize and full stock of products. Staffs are approachable and without long lines in the cashier area. Parking space is big also and easy to park. No waiting that's why last January 12 we visited again to buy Filipino foods esp meat.
More power to Westzone Supermarket and all staffs.

Great Supermarket in our neighbourhood. Always has stock for all household as well as fresh n frozen food items. It offers very cost effective weekend offers. In Short it’s a complete all inclusive supermarket n my go to place for all home needs.
Free Delivery service is also very fast n accurate always.

Because we are Filipino so all the pinoy foods & stuffs we need are all here. We can buy all kinds of meat here.

Fruits and vegetables most of the time not fresh, huge supermarket but limited selections. Delivery also takes a lot of time and sometimes does not respond to customers

This West Zone Supermaket offers a huge variety of Asian foods with reasonable prices. The Supermaket here has a pork section in addition to the meat, seafood and poultry. It is quite big and we can shop and move easily in the time of covid. The manager Mr. Aaftab Husain is always attentive and helpful together with his staff. We are regular customers here.

A place where you can have all the things you need esp pinoy foods, decent parking, some promos and more. It is better here to buy all your needs comparing with other branches which is quite small.

Night staff is very unprofessional. They are not providing delivery taking 1 or 2 hours. And they don't have manners how to talk with customers. Very rude behavior. Some time they are not picking the call. Very poor service.

Westzone al Nahda2 beside NMC hospital.delivery service not good it take 1 to 3 hours of waiting where is the groceries because it's needed to cook.

Products are good. But i dont know why cant they accept cards for purchases below 10 aed. Even small cafeterias are accepting cards for less than 5 aed purchases.

NICE supermarket it's near where we live and almost has complete items. Always having a discount or promotion.

WestZone Supermarket which is next to Al Hawai Twin towers are working 24 hrs clock which makes our life easy and happy. Almost all types of Indian, Philippine food includes pork which is Halal is available there. Fresh fishes, chicken, beef also available.

Cool place. Inner wears, toys, electronic devices, electronics accessories, electronics watches, normal emergency led lights, small type solar emergency led lights, led torch lights, different brand laptops, sound bars, bed sheets, bed covers, pillows, stationery items, toys, different types of footwears; cosmatic items, sprays, powders available.masallas, meat, fishes, grilled chicken, pooja materials, Statues, vegetables, backary items, rice, coffee powder, tea powder, eggs, toffee, wrapping materials, pickles, biscuits, breads, different kinds of fruits, plates, vessels, pots, spoons, sanitary items, cleaning materials, air freshers ect

Very worst service. I ordered few items here and they took 3hrs and called me and said some item were not available. They delivered me the items at evening where I ordered in the morning and I thought to cook for lunch. It happens with me 3 or 4 times.

Small store convinietly located and has unique products that I need home away from home ~ farmers choices sausages ️

I love this supermarket as I filipino all I want to buy and whenever missed foods you can grabbed here inside.even the sweets delicacies have also.

Great shopping experience. Very good offers. Good customer care. Lots of parking outside make life easier for daily and weekend shopping. I love this place.

Wanted to pick some particular product which, I was told, will definitely be available in West Zone. And I did get. While there, did some groceries shopping too. Good range of products and very reasonably priced. Noticed a huge range of products from Philippines. The reason a lot of them shop here I guess. Comfortable to shop at and parking available right in front of the door.

Got some bubble tea and pork, staff are so good among the only supermarket selling pork in dubai

Very poor customer service skills from the store manager. When pointed out that the display price for an item in the supermarket did not reflect the amount asked for the same item at the cash register, this "store manager" started to shout at me instead of acknowledging the issue.
He also called his staff "stupid" - very poor leadership skills!
The rest of the staff is amazingly professional and always willing to provide assistance!

Very poor and bad smell (odor) at vegetables section. All vegetables looks unhealthy and dry. Rest of the grocery section are well organised but not much of promotions.

Pork lovers this is good place for u as they have a dedicated counter for PORK meat.

The supermarket is not crowded at all so billing will be quick.

And Filipino food lovers there is a small kiosk for food near the billing area You can get cooked BBQ chicken 1 stick 6AED, Kwek Kwek 3 for 10 AED, fish bowls and Turon. Its Expensive and they wont give any bill. Depending on customer apperance prices my go up and down.
