Very tasty rice dishes with a selection of meat, fish, shrimp and vegetarian. Always have a plate of raw vegetables in advance. Afterwards there is tea and biscuits with date sauce. Service is very courteous

Devilishly delicious haneeth shoulder, very large meat portion and represents very good value for money. Restaurant itself is packed with customers, service is very friendly and fast. Will definitely come back!
Great food and friendly service. This was the first Mandi restaurant we’d been to it did not disappoint, delicious flavours and good quality ingredients. Also very good value. We spent 40 AED between two of us and left very full!
Arabic cuisine, another "eat with your hands" experience. I have so far tried all of their fish plus Mutton madhbi and chicken mandi. Portions are I would say for 1.5 person - I would have trouble finishing it alone but might not be enough for two to get full. Before your meal you will be served some veggies and a bowl of soup. After the meal you will get a small desert and delicious (although very sweet) tea. Service is nice and so is the overall experience. If you need a toilet, you need to go to the opposite building - the restaurant only has a "handwash" room. Prices could be lower from my view as a customer, especially for fish but I'm not in a position to say what is profitable for the owner. We come here quite often which means I would definitely recommend this place. Oh, they do have vegetarian mandi as well.
I have ordered the prawns Mugalkal, the order came only with 5 pieces only even though it cost 63 AED. I was forced to order Pomfert Mandi and pay extra 55. I spoke to the manager who gave 30 AED DISCOUNT. I did not felt welcome in this restaurant at all
I tried mutton mandi and it was delicious. I loved the rice as well as deliciously cooked mutton. I am not a fan of mutton but i loved this a lot. Flesh came off from bones very easily and it was well flavoured. Quantity was enough for 2 person. Soup, salad, raitha etc come along with this. Additionally they served a plate of Lugaimat (dumplings). I highly recommend this place.
Somehow other branches are much better. Meat we got was extremely dry and looked old, as if they wanted to get rid of any leftover meat from their afternoon service. Only saving grace was the service of our waiter. Won’t be coming back to this location ever again.
It’s a nice place, good ambience with good food and budget friendly. We had chicken madbi n we really liked it. Rice quality was bit less compared to other restaurants had to take extra rice but it was tasty.they give free sweet balls which are equally tasty so yeah its worth trying
Not recommended at all because wasting money for unexpected food.yesterday I order 2 ribs and it was worst this already second time I eat there and still same the Mouton it's old age I think they buy it cheaper price that's why the bones its big and not tasty also it's hard to eat m. It's very disappointing that ZamZam when was before the best it's become in this level now. Never will back again there
Had their mutton madhgoot and chicken madhbi. The mutton was really cooked and came off the bones. Madhbi was ok. The rice quantity was not great but good for two with extra rice. They serve complimentary dumplings as desert.
This restaurant is one of the most popular brand for mandi dishes in UAE. Good food. Usually it wiil be crowded during weekends. We may have to wait a bit for getting a table. A full set of big mandi can serve 8 people
Arabian mandi is very tasty and sweet dish n Black tea after the mandi was excellent. One thing is the customer service they are treating the customers very well.must visit place for mandi lovers?
Great food and unfriendly quick service. Price is quite reasonable and great value for money. Sweet and qahwa was served complementary. Both were good but qahwa was outstanding.
Zam zam Mandi (just behind city center) *WAS* my favorite spot to gather with family and friends monthly twice in terms of their quality, taste and service
2 weeks before I went with family and we feel that something happened in there overall quality come down, we thought it was the day due to any other reason
Yesterday again we visited @ 11 pm all the way from Jabel Ali and ordered chicken madfoon and chicken madbi, after 30 minutes another service staff come and said Madfoon not available… is it good service? Why there is no communication between kitchen staff and service staff? It’s lack of supervision and lack of customer care, Again we waited 15 minutes to get our order (restaurant wasn’t busy)
Totally disappointed with the quality of chicken and rice, chicken was very hard and no taste at all.
To the owner: - Please don’t stick with the thousands of positive reviews, take this genuine note very seriously to keep up your business…
We had a good time there in the Majlis. Really Tasty Dishes.especially I've really enjoyed the Madfoon yummy! And nice people there in thier service team?
Authentic Yemeni cuisine with excellent quality, very good prices and generous portions. Haneeth ribs are among best. So us meat Madhbi. You can order camel meet here which not very common in mandy shops of Dubai. It comes in small soft and tasty pieces with rice. Caramelized raisin and onion along with meat joice makes the taste of rice amazing.
Coffee and lugheimat (desert with fried dough balls soaked in date syrup) come complementary. Rice top up is complementary although the portions are big enogh for a big foodie man or two to three healthy eater ladies.
They put the bill of those items which we hadn't taken and when called the supervisor he was looking at us like we are lying and stealing something. The Rice being used is no eatable. Will not recommend.
Amazing food and amazing service to match. This spot is the kind of spot that you could go to regularly and just never become weary of. I genuinely have never experienced such good service in a restaurant as much as I have in Zam Zam ever, and I mean it! Their food is tasty and affordable. Like everywhere else, there’s still room to improve on and they are not perfect by any means. However, if you are looking for amazing food at a very good price point and good service. This is the place to go!
Mutton Mandi was good. The texture and taste are just right. They serve Arabic sweet ball and suleimani. It was a great experience l. I'd visit in future. Thanks fellas
Staff, food, quality and above all cleanliness whenever i visit here I always find quick service smiling staff and ready to serve you and sweets and sulaimani as free offer is awesome and i ate almost every alternate day grilled chicken mandi yummylicious
Awsome place for dining. Very friendly staff, food quantity and tests is very good. I love the fry chicken and specially after food cawa tea and sweets. Highly recommended to everyone.
Soup and salad served free was good but the meat mandi was very average. Maybe I'm comparing it to saudi mandi which is much different than the ones served here. Service was 5 star though.
The most scrumptious mandi around. Their meals are value for money with outstanding customer service and the most fascinating part of their service is that you can ask as much you want.
They have the best hospitality i ever seen, very delicious and full of taste dishes, I'm really happy to had time in this great place, thanks to the kind staff. Strongly advised
Zam Zam is the go-to place for Chicken Madghout - a flavourful, aromatic rice served with a half-portion of tender, rightly juicy chicken and the sides of fried onions (ask more as this stuff is great), soup and the tomato paste.
The main dish is followed by a serving of Lukaumat and Mint-Tea as a house-complement, which perfectly rounds up the dining experience!
Dining area is set well, both table and majlis options available. There is a section reserved for families, separated from the main dining area.
Service is good, attentive and quick (and this on a Friday afternoon after the prayers). Place is hygienic, as expected from any Zam Zam outlets.
Prices are reasonable. I felt the portion size (especially rice) to be less compared to the peers, but there is no complaints. Extra serving of rice (chargeable) should address this.
A Madhghout, an extra serving of rice and the house-compliments would fill two people well.
Since not taking a particular liking to Mutton, I haven’t tried any of the Mutton Dishes or even the Chicken Mandi or Madhbi, which looks ordinary (by normal standards). The Madhghout takes your attention off the menu itself.
Mandi was so delicious and mouthwatering dish and in the end refreshing Sulaimani qehwa I really enjoyed the food, place and environment. Staff was also courteous and hospitable. The amazing thing is all it was in an economical price in county like UAE.
Customer service was superb! Staffs especially Asif is super helpful and kind. The best customer service in Dubai so far! Food is affordable and delicious as well. If you are looking for a budget freindly yummy food plus excellent service, this is the place to be! It deserve seven star rating!
This sweets amazing, tasty like ever, I recommend everyone to try it, good for those who don’t like too much sugar and who’s love sweets because it’s medium sugary, I had it with black tea with mint and it’s really good dessert to have in the middle of the day or after lunch. I heard this restaurant has also good meals with cheap prices like 20 AED (chicken +rice +salad) but I didn’t try their meals yet
We tried the madfoon and mandi. The rice is like Indian style with raisins. Not the best one I tried but they serve with a variety of compliments. They even give dumplings as desert.
The place is nice, the food is delicious, the staff are very friendly nice/ Id totally recommend the place, but ill be giving 4 stars because I personally prefer other mandi restaurants, they taste better to me and they have more variety and rice options.
Translated:
I used to like the taste of this restaurant, but unfortunately now the taste is not as before it used to be. Tried their new branch near DCC and it is better than Karama Branch
Mine and everyone's favorite yemeni place now. See a lot of crowd there.
Love their serving portion and the taste of the meat. Rice is fragrant and easy to chew. The other condiments along with the food is also given great attention and work great as a whole.
Fabulous taste and services, I've never had a better Mandi in my life, after you finish you food they give you kawa and honey ball that's something else
Visited Zam Zam in Port Saaed on Sunday afternoon after shopping at the massive City Center Mall. The owner is Shaijal Hussain, a very nice man and excellent manager. Several creations are his own. Grilled Chicken was great. Saw I was tourist and rovided several samples. All good but fish was very tasty. If you go try the sweet balls.
Amazing arabic mendhi rice both mutton and chicken was succulent and properly cooked! Service was made by Mr. Ahmed from Egypt. Very kind and nice guy. Explained to my parents on the origin of mendhi rice and the desserts, Luqaimat and Kunafa was wonderful!
Zam Zam Mandi has the real traditional Mandi Taste specially its Mutton and Kahwa Special Tea along with sweet was a wonderful addition. One must visit Zam Zam Mandi when go to Deira in Dubai.
Went here today with some friends. The food was good and the portions were amazing. The staff were fairly quick and brought us everything we asked for.
The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5 star was because it was a bit dirty in places.
However, I would recommend this, it is a unique experience.
It was amzing experience with zamzam tradition style of food arranging so please and nice staff from all cunrty after food have black tea and somebarabic style sweets near deira thwy have 2 branches and both is so rush even i was there after 3 oclock evening
It was very crowded, may be because it was friday night. We had to wait to find a table to sit. Taste of zamzam mandi is better in dubai mall branch but here in deira they have more variety. Their luqaimat were not as good as dubai mall one's, may be because of too many orders. Will visit deira branch on some week day to compare the taste n quality with Dubai mall branch.
This has always been my go to place for Mandi in Dubai. Just love their courteous service and their fantastic food and atmosphere. Always a thumbs up from me.
One of the best Mandi in the town. Decent seating area. Very interactive staff who makes sure that you are comfortable. The green chutney, raita, pickle etc are very good. They don’t charge extra for it unlike others. After you are done, they serve you with sweets and sulaimani tea for which there is no additional charge. Paid RTA parking is easily available.
After getting stuck at the Dubai mall in the taxi line for what can only be described as two excruciating hours, zam zam hit the spot perfectly. The service was warm and excellent. It was our first time having Mandi and we throughly enjoyed it. Will be back for sure if we ever visit dubai again.
Food was really good, the service is amazing complementary tea and arabic snack comes right after its really a great experience I recommend to all to come and dine.deserved to give 5 stars
#mandi at it’s best with good ambience and awesome food. We ordered chicken madfoon which was rich in flavours and tasted excellent. The sweet ball was good as a desert. And finally the refreshing black tea completed our full course meal.
