Honestly the worst insurance. The network doesn’t work half of the time. Today was the most frustrating having to wait for more than an hour to get a claim approved for my 2 year old. Would not recommend anyone to choose this network. Also need to add that you can never get through to their customer care via phone call, even while the hospital agents try to reach them. Seems like they do everything in their power to avoid customers from getting through even their WhatsApp agents seems to bots replying

Worst insurance ever, I dont recommend them for any maternity and any emergency for new born. And they play with coverage for out-patient as they just charge you without going back to the coverage.

4 Hospitals, clinics and emergency wards and 16hours later and still cannot get NextCare to move forward on an emergency case for my Nanny. All the advise I’ve taken from their representative has been worthless to this point. You should be known as NoCare…. I am seriously disappointed, and I am pretty sure that I am one of many.

If I was able to give -100 i would have given NEXTCARE that rating. I am a resident in dubai for the past 11 yrs and have had so many insurance TPA in the past but never before have I experienced the inconvenience and humiliation which I have had to face with NEXTCARE.
First and foremost they have to decline the approval request for anything and everything by saying that this condition wasn't declared how can someone predict the future when at the time of getting the insurance that condition did not exist.
Secondly I need to keep on following up for my approvals which BTW is not my job its their responsibility to provide me with that service given the huge amount of premium I am paying as a platinum member.
They just sleep on your approval requests and never reply in time.
The biggest mistake I have made by opting for NEXTCARE. I think I might need to report their pathetic service to higher authorities as well because of the inconvenience they are causing to their customers.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM NEXTCARE.

Approval for a simple medicine takes an hour and many mistakes from agent. Pharmacy called agents 3 times to get one simple approval. Not recommended!

I am not under next care provider. Another patient is using my personal phone number, i have contacted Next care more than 4 times now and every-time they tell me they will remove it from the other patient file and i keep receiving constant text messages. It is really frustrating.

Third class, it doesn't approve the insurance claims timely, my medical services provider sent request since 8 days for medicine insurance approval yet it's going pending, my doctor also responded them and sent them mail with required documents, but still this insurance company is not giving approval, they are waiting for paitient until die. But they will complete their documents satisfaction firstl. Strongly condemn their attitude on helpline as well. Please no-one should consider next care.

If it weren’t for an agent named Saleh this would’ve been a nightmare as I had spent 3 days in the hospital and would’ve spent an extra day if Saleh hadn’t helped me with the approval

Shameless company. They will do absolutely everything in their power to reject a claim and then not listen to you if you appeal it. Would not recommend if there were no other options available. I would rather have no medical insurance than use this company again

I have also experience the same we just wasted out money this insurance is fraud and fake company they don't care any thing except money.we experienced two times still going through a lot bcz of this pathetic company.always late for approval not giving approval always they extra reports from doctors seems they want to do their clients treatment while sitting in their office. May Allah destroy them so they will not play with patients lives.

2. There was an fraudulent medical document on my daughters account.informing us that because of this fraudulent document they will not accept any claims

3. Suspending our account because I filed a case in DHA and IA. WITHOUT INFORMING US!

4. I got a new insurance and my daughter needs to be transferred to another hospital.told us it will take days before it get approved.

5.connects all disease existing to preexisting condition + fraudulent documents added to your account.

Insurance is good but the supervisor Ivan is the worst. Needs to get coached on how to converse with people and show respect. And this review is after experiencing his rude behavior for the 3rd time.

Hands down the worst insurance I had to deal with in nearly a decade in the UAE. Nothing works really from customer service to claims. All claims are automatically rejected and all follow ups with Hospitala and Insurance are left to the customers. No clear explanation given on the rejections ever, never been able to get anything more then a consultation and an X-ray everything else always rejected. Just to be precise I have been on a silver permium plan which is far from basic. A WASTE OF MONEY! Disgraceful!

Useless! Utterly useless my family and I went to this clinic, the doctor was a nice experience we went to the pharmacy to get medicine we waited 1hour and 30 minutes just to get medicine.

I wasted my time since two weeks in discussing 120 dhs worth test although I paid 24k since a month and I didn’t get benefits till this day. I called the “medical professionals “ in nextcare and they know one word “terms” only this word. I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied, if mine is premium and category A. What about the others!
As an advice, do not take this insurance even if it’s 1 dirhams. You pay to rest and not to fight over stupid things and cheap tests
They will let you be amazed by the payments and the “1 million coverage” which is all fake! They reject all tests within 2 minutes of application! And they approve after hours and sometime days (if they barely approve)
This is the first and last experience with this fraud

Disaster practices, a patient goes to doctor in chronic conditions, takes him hours to reach to a specialist, gets the prescription, guess what, nothing gets approved. Even Panadol is rejected, as per formulare, after chasing customer care, hours and hours of arguments, finally alternative medicine is allowed, guess what, alternative medicine meaning substandard medicine, is not available in market. 24 hours gone, complaints are raised, nothing happens.

The worst customer service, they will put you on hold for hours and not trained to answer the questions of customers.
Even for your claims they will follow no logic, same medicine one invoice was approved and other rejected.
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Don’t use them!

The worst insurance provider I have ever dealt with.
Living in UAE for 12 years, have dealt with several insurance providers and can confidently say that this is the worst one.
They are doing their best to find any reason to reject claims from treatment facilities for services which is already covered by the insurance policy!
I do not recommend anyone to go for such terrible company, unless someone wants to spend significant time of your life waiting for their approvals which in some times never come even for a service that is covered by your policy.
They do not deserve any stars, but the review cannot be posted without, so I have no other option.

The worst insurance! Unbelievable! Everyone lies and no one gives an answer! I’ve been trying to get an MRI approved for the past 11 days and after going back and forth between the hospital to provide all the papers needed, and making sure the insurance got all the submitted papers! They keep telling me “we created a ticket and escalated the case” and no one gets back to me with either a YES or NO answer! How could you be so heartless when a person really needs to get things moving for the sake of their health! I will never ever renew my insurance with you nor will I ever recommend it, in fact I’ll make sure everyone knows how horrible your services are! It’s only fault I didn’t check the reviews here before becoming a member!

Patient in the hospital with deep cut since 1300 and it's past 4hrs and even after 10-15 calls these people are still escalating it.

Stay away from this awful insurance company. Every doctor visit and every test requested will be a pain when dealing with Next Care. They request for tons of medical reports and info and still decline test requests while the plan costs 10,000AED. It's even better not to have an insurance plan at all than having to deal with Next Care. They literally make whatever health condition you have worse because of the stress they give you when you try to get your tests and medications approved (and they too often do not get approved even after this).

I would like to bring in your kind attention that please avoid dealing with nextcare insurance company in UAE.

I bought a medical insurance few days ago from nextcare through a certified Insurance provider in UAE.

I did a big mistake to buy this insurance as they are keep refusing to provide approval for my treatment.

My suggestion is to please try to stay away from nextcare and avoid to deal with them and buy some affordable and genuine insurance service provider.

The worst insurance company that can be. All doctors call their reasons for refusal ridiculous. They even don’t want to cover important treatments that are needed in an emergency. You are just fooling people. No one will be able to heal with you.

The worst service provider in the entire world. I'm 28 weeks pregant and was taken to emergency as my baby wasn't moving. I called twice for approval for scanning as the doctor recommended but still didn't get the approval. Even if the patient die they will not give approval in such emergency cases.

Customer service extremely rude. They have a different definition of emergency (person should be dying) to give approval in hospitals. Approval takes hours and mostly first time rejected with many irrelevant reasons which they are not able to explain as well. Pay extra and get a good insurance for ur family cause they don't understand that your tensed but rather increase your tension and stress.

Absolute sham. They are there just to collect money and give no benefits. My housekeeper has been insured with them for 3 years. Never used them once. When she needed some emergency blood test 3 years later for 240 dhs they rejected it. Why do people even buy their policy is beyond me. Nextcare is more like Nocare. And they get away with it because “they can”. Don’t waste your money people. Look for an alternative. I feel they they have a wheel in their office that has one slot for approve and 49 slots for reject. They just spin the wheel and laugh.

One of the worst health care insurance available in UAE. 90% of the clinics and hospitals don't cover it. Well hospitals 100% dont cover, you can ask their call center. If you take it for family keep in mind 99% of clinics in dubai that are open after 10pm wont cover it. They have services with very few clinics and not the best one. I took next care and then opted for the plan above basic, should've opted for another insurance or taken basic as its of no use anyway.

If I saw all these reviews I wouldn't have bought this insurance. I had to wait for hours in the clinic for approval and they rejected my ultrasound scan but approved my blood tests.we got this insurance just because they said that the gyno consultation is covered. The insurance provider state that I have only 40 days waiting period until I can consult the doctor for pregnancy but the clinic says that I have 6 months waiting period stated in my insurance I have no idea what to believe.

Very happy with the speed of getting requests approved. When we've had to call and ask questions the nextcare service staff took the time to explain our policy and coverage benefits, when we had further questions they took the time to explain procedures and laws in the UAE. Excellent customer service and very positive experience for my whole family.

I never state where I am calling for, and I use my personal experience (family and myself) to genuinely test the quality of response and service. My call was answered within less than 10 seconds, and the person who answered courteously was able to assist. In the end, the case was not covered and the agent proved it. I could not recollect the name of that agent to thank him personally.

Hi Nextcare,

I was apply my daughter’s insurance in August. In mid of November I am going to clinic for my daughter’s treatment. VERY UPSET. I was found my daughter’s Emirites ID didn’t linked with insurance.
I was called to guy who was done my daughter’s insurance. He was given me insurance number after 2 days. No any apologies, nothing, very strange.

My concern is that why this negligence.

When I ask Insurance guy regarding my Emirites ID linked with insurance, he told this is company fault not my.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would
They’re traders in human health
Even though I’m category A they’ve been rejecting my pregnancy related tests because they claim I haven’t declared my pregnancy
Where the fact are my card is issued on the 13 nov and I conceived on the 21 of nov and up to this date is I’m only 5 weeks pregnant
And after complaining they will stick to their decision not to cover my maternity even though it is included in My insurance.
This will be followed by a case against the insurance company for fraud

Last week was my first experience with nextcare. I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. It really radiated a large sense of professionalism and emitted the feeling that the nextcare team is organized, determined, and hard working. The second thing that I really enjoyed was the services themselves. After all, what good would variety be if each service isn’t properly fleshed out? I’m glad to say that nextcare seems to understand this principle, and I felt like every program was almost perfect. I was particularly impressed by the technology of the video consultation, where a Dr. Esther really helped me with the medical issue I was facing at the time. Thank you Nextcare!

I had my wife pregnancy tests last week, 2 out of 5 were rejected but when i called on the call center for justification they give me proper notes why my claim was partially approved as per policy.

This is possibly the worst provider I have ever come across. They will give you every flimsy reason to reject your claim.shockingly they rejected my claim for a CBC stating there is a waiting period of 6 months. When I called their call centre and explained for over 20 minutes that the policy is a renewed one, they asked me to resubmit the claim and they will approve. Once I asked the clinic to re-submit, it was rejected again. This time they gave me a reason that the condition is pre-existing. How on earth can a condition/infection for which a doctor required a CBC fo find the cause and prescribe medication be pre-existing?
I was really shocked and wonder how would they treat a case of emergency with such excuses.
I am highly disappointed with their service and its the first time i have had such a bad experience with a company in UAE.
Hats off to their auditors and clients who do not find anything wrong with their business ethics that they get away with their unfair, inhuman practices and continue to operate their business.

Worst worst worst. No wonder why you guys have such a low ratings and all reviews are disappointing. No prompt responses and they take their time on everything. None of the customers are happy with you. How you still have your business? Couldn’t refund me my tickets money. Even though I explained them Whole situation they could have say everything in the begging that they are not going to refund me and I could sell my tickets to someone else but they decided to take their time and give me hopes and at the end after whole month emailing back and forth they just wanna refund me my insurance cost. Haha. How funny is that. If anyone is reading this before you go with them, please don’t you will regret it. Not worth it. There much better insurance companies. If I could give you no stars that would be it. Nextcarehealthinsurance. Not even close to what they named themselves.
