I have bought washing machine with 10 days dryer issue happened and we tried to reach technical team but they didn't turned so for, this is the worst service after sale service,
No one answers the phone. On contacting - what’s app - the customer service staff is very rude! They are over priced and TAT is very slow! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Let me share my expirence with Nia Care Technical services. As many of expats I left the UAE due to COVID19. Just recently after more than 6 months I came back and what is my suprise the refrigarator stop to freeze. And you know what is the stay without freege, moreover I brought with me some food from my country which should be put in freege! I called to Nia Care Technucal Services and customer service support staff Mrs AIZA listened me attentively, and did all possible and impossible to take measures for fixing problem. Very nice lady who does her job in very good and nice way. After dispatcher called me, arranged the time and 2 porters came and took it and then returned my refrigirator in working condition. GREAT JOB, GREAT TEAM! VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SERVICE. RECOMMENDED TO ALL! Thanks to all team especially to mrs AIZA. With best regads/Angela
Great Service for a BlueAir Classic Machine 680i a problem was found with a firmware upgrade and the machine went into hibernation so would not work. Nia came out next day and collected the machine, found the problem as above and they retained the machine and provided me with a brand new machine all within 4 days and kept me fully updated via Whatsapp as to progress.therefore I have given them 5 star.
Great all-around experience during COVID19 pandemic. Never even questioned social distancing or his need to wear a face mask. The serviceman really knew what he was doing and quickly fixed our dishwasher.
Very very poor customer service. This Filipina lady Aiza is very very rude. I dont understand why she is assigned in answering customer inquiry when she is not willing to help at all.
