The customer service was excellent and the transaction was completed quickly. The Sales Agent (Mr. Sujesh) is extremely accommodating. It is also delivered on time and without any hassle.

Team that come to pick up my fridge is not respecting the clients, not answering messages! This is not the correct way to treat clients after buying many items at there stores.

I highly recommend NIA Home especially Tom who assisted when we were looking for AC unit for our new apartment. He was very objective and supportive 24/7. Even when our building NOC was delayed he kept assisting us. We had limited AC knowledge but he guided us towards the right purchase. Delivery was prompt and it was properly installed. We were glad we came by to this shop.

I was impressed with the speed of your reaction. I went to the store and was directed to you. I immediately phoned and was assisted to send the address. As it was on a Saturday afternoon, I was only able to recieve the item on Monday - which is totally understandable. Thanks for your promptness and speed of reaction.

I had the pleasure of meeting a great sales person named Tom, who helped me tremendously by thoroughly describing the specs pros and cons of each air purifier and helped me select the two optimal models of blue air purifiers for my home. Tom exemplifies what a great salesman should be, thank you Tom and I hope your dream of attaining that Mini Cooper becomes a reality soon!

Bought a washing machine, they came to install the washing machine and said all is ok
First use, flood in the whole apartment
Called them they said wait till tomorrow, while the water was still coming out from the washing machine.
Their stuff are unprofessionals and liars.

The person to make my experience smooth here was Sujesh. I purchased two items from them - Microwave & Electric Oven for Commercial use. Both came with a one year warranty and the delivery was spot on. They also have a best buy section with amazing prices.

(NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT) I was wrong when I decided to buy their product, and no one wanted to help after the sale, they delivered damaged A/C since last year and I'm still struggling to fix it or change it (it is under warranty).

Very good staff, supportive has excellent knowledge about the technical details of what he is selling, which means good internal training. Highly appreciated and recommended, thanks Mr. Sujesh!

NEVER GO FOR THAT COMPANY…. They don’t have proper customer support! They deliver damaged products and do not help during warranty. They will find a way how to refuse to implement warranty! See pictures how their customers support work!

We liked going back to this showroom, the Salesman provides us good service and has well knowledge about the product. We bought AC yesterday evening before closing time and requested them to deliver ASAP. Considering next day is Friday, they still able to deliver and installed the AC in the morning. Thumbs up to the delivery guys as well.

Initially, I’ve given the above comments with 5 star. But 2 weeks after that, I am totally upset. I can’t give them even single star. The AC we bought was not working, we raised the issue and technician came after 3 days. They checked and change the AC, but again 2nd AC is not working properly also. We demand for a stand by AC while waiting for the replacement. They gave us old AC but still ok than the new one they brought before. After 2weeks of follow up. Technician called up saying that they have to collect the stand by AC so that they can process the refund. We have no choice but to buy new AC again before they get the stand by AC as they will not refund the money without giving back it back. 23rd August they took the stand by AC and until now 7th September refund did not happen.

WORST SERVICE. Even customer service also don’t know how to talk and update the customer. They don’t support when you faced issue with the product.

Very bad, I can’t proceed without giving 1 star ‍️‍️‍️

NIA was recommended to me if you are looking for any decent appliances, good quality and afdordable price. Excellent sales service, on time delivery and most importantly their after sales and repair service is tremendous, I never experienced same.
I have 3 Gree appliances, my water dispenser bought from Carrefour after 9 month the tap started dripping one water drop every hour or so. I called their service number, next day someone came too it and after 2 day they returned it 100% fixed.
Didn't have to take it to Carrefour and wait for 2 weeks like other brands.

Good customer service and great product knowledge. Direct dealer for Daewoo appliances and very helpful to explain the different models and the pros and cons. Showroom has a separate section for display models which are at a very competitive price and with the same service warranty. Definitely recommend a visit before hitting the big box stores.

Good durable products from NIA, I have 6 machines 4 sense+ and 2 Joy S for the clinic, and am really satisfied with their performance.

Most of the appliances at home are from the showroom the fridge, the gas range, the vacuum cleaner, the washing machine, and the air purifier and all are working fine. As a regular customer, the affordable and good quality products and professional service along with personal care received from the showroom particularly from Hakeem are the reasons why I keep going back to the showroom. In fact, I also recommend the shop to my relatives, colleagues, and friends in every opportunity I get.

Daewoo is an amazing Korean brand. We bought a fridge before and it lasted us 10+ years back in India. So buying another one here in Dubai. Amazing quality and good service too!

I bought the window ac from this showroom and brand name was Gree. I called to customer service, they explained about benefit of ac and shared the picture in WhatsApp as well. Mr. Hakeem was the obe who assisted to me. He had full knowledge of product, well approach and super patient. Even after sale, he was followed up with me. And another thing was super fast delivery. (Morning time around 11am did transcation and already received the ac by 4pm.)
