Store is nice but unfortunately they don’t hold all the World Cup jerseys, seemed unaware of the 2022 Qatar World Cup…

Went in to exchange a pair of Jordans, as the original size was too big. Upon finding one available staff and explaining my situation he told me to go navigate in the shoe wall and check if the size is available. Very disappointing.

Lady staff was arrogant and we asked for the size and she replied saying this is last piece if you need or else go

The good part is that they have a full range of current models. The one that I selected was available in all the different sizes that I asked for. Salesperson was cooperative too.

It’s the football World Cup, Nike is the official sponsor of our national team. We’re trying to buy our national football jersey:

« Hello, do you have our sizes?  »
« No »
« Okay, then we buy these two jerseys for the kids, can you customize them?  »
« Sure »
1 hour later:
« Hello again, we could find our sizes in neighboring shops, could you customize them?  »
« No, we only customize our products »
« But these are Nike products »
« Yes, but not from our shop»
« We can pay the customization »
« No »
« Can you tell us where we can do it?  »
« I don’t know »
« So you are Nike, and you say that you can’t customize Nike products, and you offer no solution?  »
« They come from outside »
« It comes from Sun Sand and sports, same group as Nike Dubai mall (GMG)  »
« No, we only customize our products »
« These are Nike products »
« You said it twice »

1 hour later:
« Hello again, we took back our jerseys where we bought them and we were reimbursed, because we cannot customize them. We know that you don’t have our sizes, but can we order them with you?  »
« No »
« Do you know when you’re going to receive them?  »
« No »
« Do you have any solution, as a sponsor? We already bought two jerseys from you today »
« No »
« The jerseys on the mannequins (a female one and a male one) are exactly our size, can you sell them to us?  »
« No »
« You’re displaying them while you’re out of stock?  »
« Yes »

This conversation was with the rude manager of Nike Dubai mall. This man seems not to understand that he doesn’t only work for a store, but for an international brand who’s the official sponsor of a national team. The worse part of the story is that we walked miles and miles back and forth in the Dubai mall, because of the poor management of this store, and we finally received smart advice from Sun Sand and Sport (another shop) kind and helpful employees: we can customize our football jersey at Go Sport, the sport shop that is right in front of Nike. So this rude manager couldn’t tell us from the beginning as a Nike employee that the service he’s not offering is available right next-door.

We really feel sorry about the poor and rude management of this beautiful shop. The empathy and human dimension is clearly missing.

The store is big enough and offers a good variety of shoes and clothes. You can also find new models here as soon as anywhere else in the world. It is placed above the fountain of Dubai mall and borj Khalifa which has a great view over the fountain. So, visiting the shop for at least once is recommended.
However, the prices are higher than EU and US. That makes it not a reasonable choice for tourists to shop there.

Heaven. I think the biggest Nike showroom in the world. Staff was super friendly and authentic nike equipment will blow your mind off:)

This branch has everything (Air Nikes, customized shoes) and their staff is extremely professional

Nike UAE does not honor the 2 year manufacturer warranty that Nike has to offer. They just give you 30 days for it. Customer service doesn’t exist, why would it? They’ll still sell thousands every day even if a few have a problem. Buy from Nike.com and get the full warranty instead.

Why bother providing customers with a phone number you donot answer?
Left my Jordans to be modified and I was told I would get updates and pics of the work done, never received any thing, can’t reach the store by phone

Wide range of products but overpriced, I bought a trouser and the price was25 Dirhams more than the price in website

If you are a Nike lover this shop got you covered from socks to clothes. And the customer service is excellent here. I bought shoes and socks, while paying in the counter the girl there noticed that my sock size doesn't match shoe size and got the matching size.very impressed of the quality service

Went there for AirMax and they try to sell display piece again n again, what a ridiculous attitude for 300 USD shoes.

Staff is knowledgeable and they advise you to choose the best sneakers for you. There are all the new collections available.

Shope is fine and large but most of the Nike items are not available in this shop so no need to go there with fully expectations. As per attached photo sandals (Nike ACG sandals) is not available in this shop.

It was good but would have been best if every store of Nike had the shoes I was looking for NIKE AIR FORCE 1 Or NIKE Jordan OG.or even like more color and design option in Air force series.but sadly none of the store had.

The shop is very big and full of wide collection but since they stopped Issad card I feel not good since I was a regular customer using Issad card

Best NIKE store ever been too. Massive one that. Friendly staff. You can view the fountain show from here or from the Apple store which was right beside this one as far as I can remember.

HUGE! This place is massive and has a whole lot of products. I've bought two of my football shoes from here.

I usually like to just window shop by the store as it's a pretty cool place to visit.

Nobody helps you they ignore you and bad customer service, always talking on the phone. No Arabic speaking employees.

Great place to visit for all sports lovers especially the Nike fans. They have created a state of the art experience in the showroom. Their community space is worth looking at.

The biggest retail shop has 0 Tennis shoes. Had to go to a competitor store opposite to buy a NIKE Tennis shoes.

Store is amazing, and the service in person is terrific but the customer service on the phone is horrible. She closed on my face

The biggest Nike store I have ever seen. Each sport has it's own section and there is even a person making custom Nikes in the store. There is also floor to ceiling windows in the women's section that looks out to the Dubai water fountain.

Security in NIke wants to assume because I am a black man and build relationships with "ALL" of the team members that I have to be stealing or up to no good with the cashiers. I think that is very bias and will be talking to management. I pay with a debit card pretty much every time I am in the that store and pretty much buy something every time I am in that store and I am more than upset of hearing this is what they're security thinks of me including the management who talked to a specific employee to refrain from talking to me. Sounds like a pretty miserable security guard after buying from Nike since December of last year and have a record of buying from the nike/Sandsports brand in Dubai where I have bragged of buying 8 pairs of shoes from them in one month. I think this is pretty awful as technically I should be a VIP member of the brand. As I say with a clear conscious of who buys more than me. Shoes are specifically held for me and transferred as I am known to keep my word when I ask for a shoe to be brung to the store in my size if it is currently available. I am highly disappointed in nike management for them to even think that I have to be up to no good and side with the unremarkable security guard of which they complained for whatever reason. Really sounds like Jealousy because they are not able to do what I do but that's another story. They check their tape and find no guilt or anything done wrong other than false allegations only aimed to be proven right by some Dubai security that obviously don't have much to smile about daily. I aim and do very well to have myself and all of the employees have a good time when I'm there. Who makes employees smile and buy practically buy every time if they are up to no good. They pretty much just lost a customer and I am definitely make sure I will spread the word through Dubai to be careful of these assume the worse security who assume theft is going on. That makes no sense when I am paying debit and overall have never payed cash. Such losers

Amazing Nike store. Huge corner outlet that contains all-you-need Nike items. Clothes and shoes presentation is very good, properly categorized sections for men, kids, and women. Prices might be higher than other Nike stores, but if you're searching for the most newly fashion wear by Nike, this is the place to go. Highly Recommended.

One of finest Nike store (Nike Town) in Dubai, must visit for the best collection and prices. Their Air Jordan and Air force collection is too good. Best place to buy shoes.

The Best and Largest Nike in the world. If you visit Dubai you should pass by for your custom shoes.

I finally found the vaporfly and was able to try it. It stands more than its reputation. The store is extremely impressive and I was lucky to visit. The only drawback, they do not have the Gait analysis machine. Other than that, the whole experience deserves the time.

Very good collection of nike items, however not so good on the footwear section given its the biggest store! Could do with more of your designs, staff was friendly and the location was good
