When I bought Jordan shoes and shoe cleaner tissue the previous evening, the service and upselling (shoe cleansing tissue) were both excellent. But even though it was made explicit that the refund would be issued within 7 days, today at around 2 p.m, when I went to the counter to request a refund, the manager in charge confirmed the shoes but rejected the shoe washing tissue, wasting 15 minutes of my time. After bit of talking then he told to cashier to do refund instead this addressing to me directly, Customer service score zero & unacceptable …. Location is Nike showroom in Mall of the Emirates.
I bought a shoe from them and within months it’s damaged. Later I found out it’s third party store sun and sand and may be they are selling bad products as I don’t think Nike shoes will get damaged like this faster. Very bad service from their team leader Jamie Camia. They said they have the right I don’t have.
Rude staff.not assisting and only standing.kabayans are not like that but the staff their are especially kabayans are very rude.instead of buying ended up going out to storr.very disappointed.
The team is professional and helpful and the variety of shoes are amazing. There's a shortage of sales assistants during the peak hours so shopping took us more than an hour which wasn't pleasant. The prices are relatively higher compared to online.
The staff is very cooperative in a fantastic way. You will always get what you are looking for. Make sure you try the sizing machine to know your true size.
I really loved the place and the service was great they were all laughing and smiling and really treated us well which I respect. The prices were really fitting and pretty affordable although some of the stuff was pretty expensive you cant really complain!
A member of staff here sent me to Dubai mall for the last pair of shoes in my size. She confirmed the stock on her computer.
I drove to Dubai mall and asked for my shoes, they were not there nor had they ever been in stock. After kicking up a huge fuss because the manager basically called me a liar saying no one had ever called his store and asked for the shoe from mall of the emirates, I drove back and confronted the manager there. He looked at me and said "well there is worse things that could happen"
I mean are these staff trained? Yes there are a lot of worse things that can happen other than wasting 2 hours of my life but I expect a basic level of service and a little empathy. To cap things off the guy promised to call me back within a few days as he found a pair in another mall. Guess what, I'm still waiting, and nobody answers the phone.
I have been today in mall of emirates Nike shop and the service that me and my son recived from a sales guy (Robbin) was very good he had passion to explain each use in every particular thing of sport shoes I hope each store has some body like him Thanks Robbin
