Please educate the staff at the reception, provided completely wrong information for the product, as per her the cost of painting the shoe is AED 150/- and can be done in any used shoes and for that we need to visit Dubai Mall.upon visiting Dubai Mall they told that this can be done only on new purchase and cost of painting is AED 450/-

I went there to buy a new pair of shoes however there was nobody from the staff in the shop to help.only the two people at the cashier. I noticed 2 other people waiting for someone to help them. When I asked the cashier is there someone who can assist me they both gave me a look like I was rude them and told me to wait. I ended up leaving the shop.

All the best from stuff and product just wished they had a wider variety of products similar to DM branch
