Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai

The place needs more restaurants, better location directions and a scale down on their prices.

I am writing this testimonial with immense pleasure to express my heartfelt gratitude for the unforgettable experience we had during our recent stay at Nikki BEach in Dubai. From the moment we stepped into the opulent lobby until the day we reluctantly bid farewell, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of magical.

Our journey began with a seamless check-in process, where the courteous and attentive staff made us feel not just welcomed but truly special. The attention to detail was evident from the exquisite interior design to the personalized service that catered to the unique needs of both families and couples alike.

The rooms at the hotel were nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, elegantly furnished, and boasting breathtaking views of the city skyline, they provided the perfect sanctuary for relaxation and indulgence. The attention paid to the comfort and convenience of guests was evident in every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the state-of-the-art amenities.

One of the highlights of our stay was the culinary journey offered by the hotel's exquisite restaurants. My friend was not even settling down that they directly asked her for her room number and since she wasn’t staying in the hotel they asked in an agressive way to pay for the longchair and after she did they just put a random bottle of water without telling her what it was and left. Last time when i came i had to wait more than 30 minutes just for a drink. The service really needs some improvement the only nice person we encountered was Mr Kingsley.

Great hotel. Lux room was fantastic, service was 10/10, food was great, pool
and beach area was great with first class service. The only gripes I have are: that the wifi was awful. We had to do a few work calls while we were there and wifi calling was just not possible, we had to use data. That is not OK for a 5* hotel in 2023. We also had a few “computer says no” moments around the half board meals and check out. Whilst it was all in policy for the hotel, it seemed a little unfair in our particular situation and we are used to a more personal touch from a 5* rather than a flat no. That said, it was a beautiful hotel, the pool and beach area was beautiful and service was great. Based on all of this I would definitely return, but unfortunately the behaviour of kids in the hotel/pool/restaurant, and lack of consideration from parents means that we will opt for adults only next time. Nikki beach is not responsible for this of course.

Went for weekend breakfast. Staff were nice, but not many options, average quality, and relatively expensive for what was offered. Not planning to go back.

I recently stayed at Nikki Beach Hotel for the past 10 days, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were consistently immaculate, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. However, what truly stood out was the staff at the pool area, especially Aaron. All the gentlemen there were always incredibly helpful and attentive. The same goes for the restaurant service personnel. I felt like I was among friends! Lisa, Mariia, Jason, and Fauz did an outstanding job. They were consistently friendly, positive, and made me feel right at home. I sincerely hope to encounter the same wonderful people during my next visit, especially Lisa and Mariia, whom I've grown particularly fond of. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the concierge service and, to some extent, the reception staff. The service in these areas was not as stellar. In particular, the concierge service was unfriendly and unhelpful, quite the opposite of the welcoming atmosphere created by the restaurant and poolside staff. Additionally, I noticed that the staff at the hotel entrance treated guests differently depending on whether they arrived in a taxi or a luxury car. If you arrived in a Ferrari, you were greeted with a red carpet, but if you came in a taxi, you were almost ignored. Perhaps the entrance staff could learn a thing or two from the exemplary service provided by the restaurant and poolside teams.

The food was outstanding! The selection and taste were fantastic, especially the salads and the Tiramisu for dessert were excellent! The pool area is also great. There are plenty of lounges, and thanks to the adjustable sunshades, you can always find shade if you prefer. All in all, we will definitely come back!

There’s a lot of bias about the location, but i really enjoyed the stay here. Close to Dubai and I can get up and swim every morning.

Sh’’t place, there is so much security that you have the feeling that Osama Bin Laden is there. They are everywhere. Although the tempreture is 30 C staff does not allow you to walk without your tshirt on in the hotel. I dont know why but you get harassed by security, waiters, receptionists stupid questions.
I dont recomend it.

Very bad attitude and experience from someone works there called Youssef Samuel, he is so aggressive and gives bad attitude when you speak to him in regards to any issue, apart from taking guests personal mobile numbers and annoying all the time by searching for jobs vacancies!

Heaven in Dubai? This is by far my fav spot. Spacious rooms with nice view, clean beach & pool, super yummy breakfast & super excellent service. I totally recommend it to everyone.

Faisal (bellman), Claudia (receptionist) Siraj alden (valet), Junior (lifeguard) are the best staff ever will definitely come back for the nice accommodation!

The rooms were clean and the sunbeds comfy. The hotel is not too far away from downtown and has a private beach️. BUT the service has been much better 2018. Unfortunately, the beach staff is not quite responsive. Often they are not at the spot to hand out a towel or water and the remote calling device is not given to the guests (I guess to reduce the workload). Please improve it) But the other staff at the enterance or reception are lovely and helpful.

Reservation procedure for beach club is a nightmare! We reserved 2 sun beds 14 days in advance. Reservation email received, but no confirmation email, therefore our reservation was canceled shortly before. When we called them, they tried to upsell their most expensive packages to us. This happened also to the other people we stayed with.

The place have very nice views but if you don't have professional staff it's not compatible.

The beach front villa was amazing, really refreshing and relaxing.breakfast was delicious.the only complain i have is that the reception staff were not really trained to deal with anything probably.and they took really long time to answer the phone when I called, i had to call twice every time for them to answer.overall the experience was great

Terrible terrible hotel, breakfast was very poor, no satisfying resturants, the reception staff was nervous and too sassy, i dont recomend this hotel at all, under the expectation

Fantastic decoration and atmosphere. Service average, we called for assistance to pick up our luggage from the room. 30 mins later after several calls we had to carry on straght to the car. No one at the entrance to help, not even a guard! Never seen in a hotel of this category.

Absolutely Fabulous. Great help from Grace and Kingsley. You have to pay 200dhr to use the hotel facilities but well worth it.

Modern, stylish and beautifully decorated resort in Jumeirah Pearl. My favorite resort in Dubai in terms of beach, pool and facilities.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The chilled water swimming pool is perfect during summer seasons.

The suites and rooms are clean and well furnitured.

As a frequent visitor, this will remain my favourite resort in Dubai.

Many staff were not very helpful in giving me difections
I was not provided with water by the pool although I was told I will, a menu wasn't provided.
When I pressed the button for service nobody came. I had to fetch a waiter myself. Coffee came without sugar by the side, when I asked for it they brought it without a spoon.
I am very surprised at all of this given that I was there when it wasn't very busy by the pool. Service was just out of place. Assistants didn't seem like they really wanted to assist people

I even was rushed for the bill although I wasn't leaving

And the main washrooms and showsrooms for the pool and beach seem like an after thought and they look like a store room
It's sad to have to experience all of this in a such a luxury property

When I gave my car for velvet parking at the hotel, the staff told me to park my vehicle on my own. Which was awkward for me because if you go to any other 5 start hotel hotel you will not get this kind of response and normally vallet parking is free in these big hotels.

One of the best hotels, I visited it one time so far, I found it so good, unique, and classy. Rooms sizes are really large. Thanks to Ms. Amina from reception services for her kind hospitality and respect.

A very nice place, tasty food, and amazing shisha.
What I don't like is that we cannot have shisha in the pool or beach area. There's a specific place for that (it might be an advantage for others).
The other thing is the entrance fees it's a bit expensive and its included of towels and water only.
However, it's recommended ;)

Very nice beach club, very good atmosphere and music. I didn't stay in hotel, I've only been in the beach club. Pool and beach are also very nice. There are also a few restaurants. I 've been in Caffe Nikki. The food was really good, it's not very big choice, but it's really tasty.

It's a great place for relaxation away from your work, facilities are very clean and very classy, staff are very helpful as well!

Staff aren't trained to be a 5 star hotel professionals. Starting from front desk to housekeeping. The property overall is okay and nothing special at all.
