Have purchased a brand new Nissan patrol Platinum V8. The car has significant difference in body & bumper color.
Tried to contact the dealer ship. The guy on phone line was very rude.
Deliver check of the car was also no done.
The pulls the words left side while accelerating it & upon striking the breaks.
Poor delivery system & poor after sales.

So, I should've done this earlier.but here goes.over the last 6 months, I've had two of my cars changed and I went to AWR used cars - there were beyond good! They had all the right inventory and the best possible prices given the market and availability these days. To satisfy my offroading urge, I gifted myself a '21 Patrol Y61 and recently my wife traded in her old Jeep to the '22 Fortuner. On both occasions, we've had the best advice, service and confidence of Gautam Peketi (Sales Manager), Shamseer and of course Sales Head, Hilaal (my friend for life!). They will give you the right information and are very transparent in communication. All other processes and formalities of registration etc are a breeze, all you have to do is pay the bills lol! Much appreciate all their help and VERY highly recommended!

اشتريت سيارة نيسان كيكس ٢٠٢٢ بعد أقل من شهر ظهرت مشكلة فى القير بكس بعد انتظار طويل وكذب قامو بتغيره.
وبعدها أخبرتهم بأن السيارة بحالة غير جيدة.
أصروا ان كل شي يعمل بشكل صحيح.
للأسف انا املك كراج فى القوز فحصت السيارة وجدت بها مشاكل فى الكهرباء.
و وضحت الأمر لهم أصبحوا يتهربون من ثول الحق و المسؤولية.
و المصيبه بعد تقل من اسبوعين من تصليح السيارة ظهرت نفس المشكلة مره اخري.

Not at all recommendable, sales people are thinking that they are over smart and customers are nothing, offered registration passing are free initially once the loan approval came.it became payable.and sent me to all the place to do all registrations.sales person was sitting at the chair and ordering me to do the requirements.informed the customer service and they said just sorry.their part is over.they are least bothered about customer satisfaction.

Not much of a option, their website says free insurance etc but when you go their the sales stuff would deny any such offer as well the prices for the used cars are on higher side compared to other used car dealers.

Nissan Deira showroom is where my search for a new car came to an end. Met Mr. Shamal Parambath on my first visit to the showroom, he helped me decide and zero down on the vehicle of my need (X-Terra - 2021). Arranged for a test drive with my family. An enjoyable experience buying my car from Nissan deira, Mr shahnawaz salesman assigned to me was very courteous and professional.

Service is good. Quality of Nissan CVT gear box is bad. It very expensive to replace it in case of an fault and it’s a common problem with Nissan cars.

Appreciate much the service by Mr. Shanawaz he is the type of sales person you wanted to be. He is helpful and supportive.

Absolutely fantastic to buy a car from Mr. Prabhu. The gentleman goes out of his way to assist. I had a few hiccups but when I called him, he sorted it out right away. His colleagues especially from the Sharjah location can learn a lot about customer service from Mr. Prabhu.

I was searching for a car for the last 3 weeks and couldn’t get convinced with any seller till i visited Nissan Pre owned Certified cars in Deira and i met a guy called Kamal he is just simply amazing in terms of satisfying his customers. I felt so relaxed, comfortable and happy dealing with him.
I had to worry about NOTHING as he took care of the car insurance maintenance registration handing over the car everything from A to Z.
I am so happy with the car and the service i got.

I purchased my car Infiniti X50 from your show room in Sheikh Zayed road. The Sales man who helped me gave a great experience. George Farah was one of the best sales man I met in Nissan showroom. My expectation that the process will take more time but George finalized the process with short time. The full experience was perfect and sure I will advise all my friends to deal with George especially as he is having customer service skills.

Servicing department is appaling and not trustworthy. Hardly 30k n already both front n rear brake pads been changed. Wrong information was passed on. These people cannot be trusted.

Just walked in to enquire about the pre owned cars. Small office for pre owned cars. There is a big office adjoining to it for brand new cars. But wanted to explore pre owned hence. Eventually booked one. Good sales and promotional offers. Financing options available. Cars can be taken for test drives from here upon appointment. Since it is pre owned you have to come down here for test drives. Genuine and good condition cars. Good brands available at genuine prices.

Worst customer service.will never by Nissan as long AWR is the dealer.go to ABUD they are better

Very poor customer service, Just posing everywhere as customer is at first priority but in reality Money is first priority.finding all sort of ways to Rip the customer money.finance has different policy compared to the manager in charge of the showroom, then why the customer needs to contact the manager for issues he can directly contact the finance, which is not happening in reality. I have been a customer of nissan for last 6 years but not anymore henceforth will not refer to any one to this brand

Unfortunately I bought Nissan X Trail and had to deal with the Diera service centre. Siphoned money without any transparency. I went with a complaint of flu and cold and they did dialysis and liver transplant.
Very unfortunate for Nissan. I enjoyed my X Trail for three years but had to opt for other option due to the poor handling by the service centre.

The staff here are good. They do show interest and give you all the options they have. I somehow felt they do not have budget for lesser budget cars. May be less than AED 30K. If you are ready to pay slightly more, they do have a lot of options. They currently have offer on Renault Duster, 2018 model. They also have a website where you can find the cars available and once you have filtered out, you can go and visit for a test drive, look and feel.

I went to Nissan to buy a pre owned car. The Sales Executive George Farah was really helpful and polite. He explained everything and noted down things that I did not understand. He helped in every way possible as I was travelling back to the UK. I would highly recommend the Nissan showroom.

If you want to buy or service ur Nissan, This is the best place. Very co-operative staff. My father bought his Patrol and I bought Maxima from here. For both the cars they gave amazing offers and the best service.
