If you want to buy a new or even pre-owned nissan/infinity vehicles I would recommend to come here because this is one of the authorized dealership and before they give u a pre owned car they are going to run some tests to see if there is any damage and they will never sell u any damaged car. The refundable deposit is NOT refundable, please make sure you are 100% certain before you put a deposit down, cos the company will use some excuse to hold on to it. In my case, they first said it was being held back cos of the tinting that was offered ‘FREE’, then they changed it to say it was being held back against the paint protection - which was also offered ‘FREE’. VIP treatment until the deposit is made, but worse than step motherly treatment (sales does not answer calls, customer service does not respond) if you decide not to go ahead.

Absolutely Pathetic. Unprofessional, not good at all. Had an appointment scheduled by a guy over the phone and was given 10a.m. As the time. Got there only to realise they don't have info regarding my booking. Finally got assigned someone who then left and I was told by another gentleman to move a different service advisor. That took another 20 mins. So, by this time I've waited a total of 30 mins. Eventually, handed in my car, got the service done and went to collect it. On the way back, I get an indication that reads 'Washer fluid low'. This is after I HD specifically informed the advisor and checked woth them who said a 15 point check up would be done and if anything misses will be replenished. Nothing got replenished. Annoyed, I called the customer service and informed them of the mishap. Its been a week and I still haven't recieved any call. Absolutely Pathetic service by this point I don't even know if they actually serviced my car.

This showroom is located in a strategic location on sheikh Zayed Road and all cars are shown in this location.

This was a good place last several years but now customer service is use less no one answers the phone/mob.even manager does not want to sort issues hard to get.i do not recommend

Availability of the Vehicle was not there and waiting period was almost 20 to 25 days. But overall sales team is very cooperative and helpful

For the First time called for a manager there and as the manager is changed. The manager was very Rude and didn't even attend to me.

I would rather deal with polite salesman who attend to me.

Or go to another showroom from now on.

Why promote the 370Z in Dubai when sold out and no idea when it will be back in stock! Salesman said car will be back in stock in December 20 but will be different model yet another saleswoman said it will be back in stock in March 21 and original model will be available! Also told car is very popular so sells out fast however not willing to put me on the waiting list to buy one! You have just lost a customer!

Recently Purchased a Pre-Owned car. Mr. Gautam was the salesperson and he assisted us throughout the process very professionally. Kept car ready on time and shared all the information of the car like previous ownership and maintenance history. Appreciated his effort.

the worst experience to go to collect your car after your service and to recive it dirty in a bad condition as i recive it from a garage from industrial area! Why should i pay such amount if you treat your client in this way better pay less and do it out side @NissanME!

I think the reception and admin staff is good and polite.
Sales staff in my multiple experience was not friendly or helpful. Non of them smiled.

Very very bad customer service. If a normal person (like middle class family) go there no one will bother. They had called me for auto exchange and gave appointment at 5pm with an agent. I reached and wait there 2 hours simply and inform many times at the counter.and nobody is ready to attend. I left from there. It is very bad customer service and poor meet & greet service.

Reception staff are unhelpful and not welcoming at all. They appear very disinterested in assisting new customers.

Extremely disappointed.
I bought a Nissan Juke from Alaa in 2016, he told me that the car had original paint and never had accidents. I did not verify myself as I (wrongly) assumed that I could trust someone working in the Official Nissan showroom.
Today I did the process to sell my car, and after doing a comprehensive test I found out that Alaa lied to me at the time of the sale, in fact the car had an accident.
Two of the doors, plus the back of the car were fixed and repainted.
His behaviour was absolutely unethical as he took advantage of my inexperience and stated something not true in order to finalize the sale for his personal gain.

The worst company ever and the worst maintenance service ever they steal parts from the cars and they don’t fix properly till u pay tips! I’m having an experience in two cars

Went in to look at a new Nissan car. The place is nice and the services provided are great.

They have calm seating areas as well as good amount of cars in display. However, the prices are not displayed for all car ranges which is not pleasant for most customers i guess.

Nice people but some service procedures don’t make sense to me. Like changing only front brake pads without changing rear ones or skimming brake discs even if they are perfectly flat and don’t have sticking out rims.

Very bad service. I got very bad experience from this showroom. For each and everything we have to visit the showroom. They don't even respond our emails or calls. I don't even like to give one star.

Free valet parking. Offers are much better when compared to the showroom in abu Dhabi. The sales person I met was very friendly. He (Roby) was very cool when I said I would cancel my booking. Helped me to get the refund sooner. Big showroom.

Excellent place for someone who is looking out to own a certified pre owned drive, huge collection and wide variety to choose from.

Purchased a Super Safari from the showroom (2nd hand) and had a great customer experience. Aside from the car, which is a fantastic product in itself, I have been particularly impressed by:
1. Customer experience at the Sheikh Zayed road showroom (ease of parking with valet, comfortable area for seats, modern furniture, everything is clean)
2. Welcoming and available staff even when I showed up with my 3 small kids (never had to wait longer than 2 minutes to speak to someone qualified, everyone is always smiling)
3. Very balanced and constructive sales approach from Haytham Youssef: never too aggressive and always really working hard to listen to my expectations and build a tailored offer on that basis, where I really feel I received value for my money

I have visited a number of showrooms in the last months. I have to say that point #3 is the one which made the deal. Finding the right salesman in this industry is a real mission, and I can tell you that the quality of the sales teams I have met at other brands was really low compared to what I have experienced with Haytham.
