Worst and unprofessional service of the receptionist or cashier.

I would say money is more important than the treatment, i was told to pay the amount before the consultation otherwise you can’t consult.
I think this is the only clinic in the UAE that charge the full amount before the consultation.

Such a pathetic management.

The worst customer service, I went to doctor today and consulted room no. 16. I waited in the room for 10 minutes because she was on call. Then she inquired as to the nature of the problem.
She didn't even properly check me. Then send me to the pharmacy. Then, after waiting 10 minutes, they told us she didn't send us our prescription.
Dr. Arshad Banu was the doctor, and she provided the worst treatment I've ever had. I sat there for three hours with a fever and this type of service they gave.

Very crowded. Corona days are over, even then doctors stay from you in a distance and based on what u say they write the diagnosis they doesn't even care to check. I felt like they didn't even have a stethoscope.

Dr Mahadevappe Neurologist is really experienced dr supporting me for my leg feet numbness.
I went many doctors for numbness and pain in legs and feet and now 1st time I am getting improvement.

Easily accessible from Abu hail metro and bus station. Wheel chair available. Take lift to M floor and meet reception. Please carry emirates id and insurance details. Ground floor pharmacy available. Ample parking for a fee of 2 aed per hour in front of nmc. Staff nurses and doctors are good

The service is very bad, and the wait is long for more than 3 hours. When asked about submitting a complaint, there is no manager to pay attention to the patients’ complaints, and the response was made to submit a complaint online. Very bad service

I'm grateful to Mr. Salman of NMC Abu Hail Pharmacy for his help and professionalism in handling the approval for my son's medicines. There was a little problem with mednet (my son's healthcare insurance) and he went above and beyond of his job just to make sure that we were able to get approval for the medicines. Though we only got partial approval, that was okay with me, and I appreciate his help a lot. Kudos to him and the whole team!

Mr Salman Shafi from NMC deira pharmacy is very unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to treat customers and unresponsive behaviour. Waited for long time just to know that the medicine is out of stock.

Byju was extremely warm and helpful. He went out of his way to connect to the doctor for my prescription- as the doctor had forgotten to post it. Overall, he was great.

NMC is worse hospital I have seen in my life. They don't answer their call and keep transferring from extraction to other. Better to go some another hospital

I'm staying for 1h in internal medicine line and their service is very slow. They don't do anything here. For simple work you have to spend hours in line.

Good service. I visited general Dr husna for consultation. Excellent care and treatment from her. I would like to recommend everyone nmc deira for consultation and treatment.

I had a dental appointment with Dr. Reena today and she was amazing. Kind and caring and had very gentle touch, felt no pain at all. She discusses the treatment clearly and always puts the patient first, i will be back again for further treatments with her and highly recommend her.

My Niece was treated by Dr. Subhash Shankar Desai she was treated extremely well. Didn't feel like I was in the hospital! I would surely recommend the hospital to everyone! Wonderful treatment by him! And the nurses

Ms Shagufa Hussain is one of the best speech therapist who helped my child in terms of speech development, vocabulary, behavior and clarity. Her therapy helped my child a lot to progress in main stream school. Thank you soo much for your help and support. We strongly recommend any parent who needs help for little ones pls consult and take speech sessions as per Shagufa recommendations you will surely see results within few weeks. The most dependable clinic. Some of our most favorite doctors are here. Dr. Reena Jenice Rodrigues, is an amazing dentist. She is so detail-oriented, empathetic, qualitative, kind, super friendly and what not. She helped my child with his dental issues and was very very helpful. She is truly an asset to the clinic.

It’s very good clinic very clean and quick service. I have come five times now every time I receive best service. I got assurance card discount card for those who don’t have insurance as I m visiter it was very helpful for my baby to get best treatment in this clinic. We love this place and people staffs around. In writing this so it can help others who r in need of eye specialist and gynecologist!
During my pregnancy I had severe vomiting and instead of looking after my cause, dr said I wud have to abort my child! Then I moved to aster and service n hospitality der was unbelievable!

I visited eye specialist at deira branch, for stye, an eye bacterial infection, the doctor there gave me minimum dose for such a spreading heavy infection and was asking me which antibiotic I prefer instead of looking into the case. And treating the bacteria, as if a waiter at restraunt was asking me which menu I'd prefer to eat.
Realy horrible experience this eventually worsened my eye infection like hell, then I went to Medicare and got the treatment required.

I request u all not to attend nmc for these two speciality aster n Medicare are way better

Managment staff and hospitality nmc is very great, pediatrician also r v nice.

Absolutely a delight to visit a hospital where the doctors are extremely friendly. Put you at ease, treat you with patience and skill. My first time ever in NMC deira branch. A special mention to the staff, nurses, lab and xray division where I was treated like a royalty and thanks for a quick service with insurance approvals. I called many times and waiting for long time but no one answer my calls. What’s the use of your call center if nobody answer the inquiry of your future patient.

Utterly unprofessional and pathetic service from the call center staff. They are incompetent and will say anything just to get you off the line with them and pass the buck to next person. Made us drive for over an hour for an appointment that never existed because the department was already closed.

We have had an amazing experience at NMC Deira. Dr. Reena and the staff from the dentistry department did a miraculous job with my son's teeth, producing astonishing and unbelievable results. She made sure that inspite of the complexity of the procedure, she could present it as simply as possible to us. My son was comfortable going through all the procedures that were required. Dr. Reena is a very friendly and extremely talented doctor. We believe she is the best doctor we have ever met.

I really enjoyed receiving medical care in NMC LLC Deira, Dubai. Mrs Binu of insurance department was amazing in making sure that I receive all services on time. I had a prostate and kidney stone problem I was treated by Doctor Akief Yassine, Urologist, he is excellent doctor who solved my all problems and the procedure done by him was painless and extremely accurate, his supporting staff is also excellent and always smiling and ready to to help. My mother suffered from severe knee pain for the past 6 months. We were initially hesitant to get her treatment in Dubai. But we decided to visit NMC hospital as one of our close family friend suggested Dr Rajanikanth there. Neither me nor my husband have even seen such a kind hearted doctor ever. He is extremely patient and answered all our queries in a detailed manner. He even suggested a few exercises which are already showing results.
