John from pharmacy is very helpful and generally the pharmacy takes orders via whatsapp which saves my time.

Pharmacy services needed lot of improvement, it's taking time upto 45 mins to 1 hr for delivering medicines.

I like Dr. Sonam Garg, appreciated her care to patient like me, giving advice how to take care of my eye, she was accommodating and she explained well my case. I can recommend her to others.

NMC hospital is excellent, very good doctor, thanks to Dr. Ananth Pai for the successful operation and a nice customer care with Cj.

So far NMC was good, it just nearby to me so it is accessible for me as well. Thanks to also Cj for the help.

Very slow in processing insurance tokens, i had waited for more than 1.30hrs to get the medicines. My advice get the prescription and buy it outside

Very inefficient system. Have to spent a lifetime to get medicines. In any other pharmacy it will take only 2 minutes. Please improve.

For almost one year experience, I can tell most the pharmacist are friendly and so helpful.one day my prescription isn't available.but in same day in the evening they called me to pick it up

The doctors are good in this hospital but the pharmacy staff is very poor specially the lady named REEM. She was very rude and even told me to go to other pharmacy even though they had the medicine and the medicine was prescribed by their doctor. She was talking to my husband that they cant give medicine I asked why then she said I am not talking to you I am talking to your husband. Is this the way to talk to customer? This lady was very high on attitude. I went to the PRO to make complaint against her and the PRO was also stupid instead of making an apology he is telling me I have heard both sides she was not wrong. Is your PRO to solve customers issues or defend the mistakes of staff?

Super slow service I never recommend this pharmacy go waist the time for two hours get Antibiotics only

Based on other two reviewers; the timing for waiting not ridiculous but annoying. Overall; the experience is bearable.

In my experiences; hospital being maintained is of good standard.
