Dr Bhushan Jayade expert surgeon, he made the procedure look easy and skillfully helped me overcome the issue - I am writing this feedback after 1 week of procedure and my healing is upto the mark aswell.

I had a complicated wisdom tooth extraction and I am a high anxiety patient. Dr Bhushan Jayade made it quick and effortless along with his nurse Jessica who helped me get the appointment. However, the nmc call centre and whatsapp is not up to par with their responses. They are never able to accomodate requests for applintments on certain days and say that they will revert but do that only the next day or after half the day has passed which is rather slow and incompetent in the healthcare industry.

Dr Saumya Sundaram Bulusu is the best Dr.
I had laparoscopic fibroid removal. I was very scared because it was my first operation also the fibroid was huge. I couldn't be more thankful to Dr soumya. She was very informative and assuring. Very talented removed my fibroid 26cm and 6 others laparoscopy as she promised. Always supportive and guiding me to what to do.
Thank you Dr soumya for all your efforts.

It was nice to see the new section of baby’s for emergency. Very decent and neat extension. The entire team were very supportive and friendly. Service super start from the reception end up with the new pharmacy. In general it was fast to clear my sun case and leave the hospital.

Excellent experience with NMC Royal Hospital DIP. Dr. Anantha Narayanan was giving full explanation about my child case, took enough time to discuss signs and symptoms with my son. NMC Blue is a disaster. Nurses are inexperienced and can not understand or communicate efficiently in English. The billing dept do not seem to understand the basics of health insurance. The catering for in-patients is beyond catastrophic.as every task is undertaken here it seems to be the first time. Nothing is efficient, nothing goes smoothly. It is very uncomfortable being treated in an environment where you do not trust your health provider. My advice - go elsewhere.

I came for my sleeve gastrectomy but after all said it failed tried reaching out to Dr but he's ever too busy. Post opp treatment is zero I ended up having a swollen tummy by the side. Not happy.at.all

I just want to give this feedback to pharmacist Adam. He is very smart and polite explained my medicines better than the doctors and he also explained how hospital procedures work and why sometimes it takes some delay, the only problem is they do not have enough staffs that is why the services are slow including other departments so many people but they do not have enough manpower

If this hospital was a restaurant I wouldn’t even let my dog eat there. An average waiting time of 7+ hours, staff that’s rude and incompetent and that has the organisational skills of a group of goldfish.
If this hospital was a museum it would get four stars because I got to see every room in this goathouse of a hospital.

If you every need to go to a hospital in the UAE please stay far away from here because a children’s daycare could give you better medical care.

Reception staff seriously needs to focus on managing appointments. I went in emergency for my elbow, to which doctor took care of me and receptionist told me to come after 3 days that she have made my appointment. And when I came on 3rd day, neither was any appointment for me and even doctor said no check my plastered hand. Great concern towards your patient, even when it was your team who miscommunicated.

Don't go for PCR without appointment. They will keep you waiting 3-6hrs. Staff don't even value your time. They don't even know how many appointments and resources they have to work 24hr PCR facility. Bad experience, and don't recommend to anyone.

The 24hrs PCR center is pathetic. The lady at the counter is loud, bit rude and highly unorganised. She just can't understand the mobile numbers and keep asking again and again. The booking of appointment is worthless.

First of all, I want to thank Dr. Sriram Raghavendran from the bottom of my heart.
I have gone to several Psychiatrists in the UAE, and almost all of them have misdiagnosed me and gave me unnecessary medication, which only worsened my symptoms.
Dr. Sriram spent an entire hour with me during the first visit, diagnosed my problem as having cyclothymia and put me on the right type of medication.
My life has totally changed thanks to this great doctor.
Dr. Sriram is kind, professional, educated and such a lovely and caring doctor. I felt my problems melting away in the first visit itself.
More power to you, and may you be the guiding light to so many people suffering from mental health issues.

Had a horrible experience at NMC. MY 1.5 year old daughter had Hernia and we were referred to the DIP branch. We went into emergency and the nurse was so inexperienced. She tried to find a vein and pricked my daughter and realised its not right and took off the needle. She should not have pricked if she was not sure. They took hours to arrange a room in the ward. When we got to three room i waited as they said there is an IV to be fixed. I had to go ask the nurse how long they will take should i put her to sleep. They said they would slowly put the IV i should puther to sleep. After she slept at 12: 30 they decided they want to test antibiotics on he. Is that how u treat a small baby? They should have planned the medication earlier inform me better.

Had very good experience with NMC. We came to the emergency with our two year old daughter with a twisted elbow.watching our daughter crying Dr. Lama came us and recognize it was a temporary elbow twist and gave her immediate treatment.she was very professional and extremely nice to kid. The “best” experience, jail type hospital, 4 hours in the ER to diagnose an internal bleeding cause, then try to dispatch the patient against her will (sign on your behalf” because “as a tourist” with a travel insurance they are not ready to collaborate with the insurance company (located in Dubai) willing to pay the amount for the reason “they don’t exist in our network”
People in pain, please Do visit NMC DIP you will never forget this near death experience:)

Visited the Radiology, at the counter was only 1 operator and clients were on the queue. After requesting, operator called and managed one more operator and queue served much faster. Thank you guys to taking steps to make our life easier.

Only 1 person works at the counter on the peak hours (6pm to 9pm) and snake line queue with children. Issue is not only queue, operator at the counter was very rude attitude. We requested to call someone (more operator) for a help to her and it helps to us - clients as well.

Super slow, unorganized, luck of information. Exactly 2 hours passed and still couldn't see the doctor.if you want to try your patience come and visit.
Adviser doctor says your spine is critical and need surgery but while I'm hardly walking still doesn't transfer me to the specialist doctor. He says first you need to drink pills and can see the specialist doctor after one week. Unbelievable!

edit: after one day they called me for help and to say sorry.thanks for their interest & concern.

And they told even doctor will not visit still consultation charges will be charged. It’s like a monopoly they are running. Nonsense hospital and it’s not a hospital it’s a commercial institute. Doctors also like that and. For money being charged at least ask the nurse not to ignore patient

Worst experience ever! Please never ever go to this hospital for emergency services unless you are willing to spend 5-6 hours to go through whatever tests available here and come back without a proper diagnosis and treatment. This is my 4th visit over a period of 2 years and this is the same experience whenever I visit the emergency dept. Reception, tests, insurance approvals, pharmacy are extremely slow…. Looks like all staffs have to do lots of data entry work before the file to move from one dept to another. No one in this hospital respect your time… poor management!

Dr. Charu in dental department is really good doctor. My experience in the complete process has been good. The nurse and supporting staff were very much cooperative.
Also, Dr. Kavitha in gynecologist department is also caring and one the best doctor including the supporting staff, I had come across.
Our experience with both the doctors and hospital was great.

It's like a exhibition here at PCR test center. Approximately 100 ppl waiting and they have only one staff I waited for more than 2 hours ridiculous.to whom to communicate they have one staff and one security here although they have answered whatever questions we asked but how will you serve these many people at a time by assigning one staff I blame hospital for this. Already people started to make noise about delay.don't underatand if they have short of staff or all on leave at same time simply waste of time. Please don't come to this hospital if you are in urgency or traveling next day. I already go to another place don't mind spending 20 to 30 dh more than this mess. If you don't have staff then give appointments accordingly and for walki n NEVER COME TO THIS HOSPITAL.

Had been visiting NMC for past 6-7 years. The experiences were good. But since past one year it has deteriorated. Last week was recently hospitalized in NMC hospital, DIP. Initially was refused saying "there is no Bed" though I was in a terrible condition of pain and arrived through Ambulance. Later when I was admitted, almost all the nurses were taking too long to respond to nurses "call button". Finally, was discharged with diagnosis but "NO treatment" of pain saying "We do not have surgeon of this speciality, so please find one and get yourself treated outside". The standards of Hospital have come drastically down.

Not the best Hospitals to visit. Doctors are not kind and shows an attitude, I believe the most important thing is to listen to a Patient rather than shouting at them. Had bad experiences with Urology department and Gastroentrology. The Doctors seem not interested to work and just does their job for the sake. There are far better clinics where you havr better doctors are ready to listen to your concerns! The minimum waiting time at the pharmacy is 45 mins so better take print of your prescreption and go to any pharmacy to get the medicines quickly.

2nd visit with my child on 12/10/2021
The process at the Nurse Station and seeing the doctor was smooth, but at the lab, there was only one staff with 10 or more people waiting in queue and the lady is not at all bothered! Why is there not enough staff to accomodate these many patients.

The worse experience ever i had in my life
I want to stress more about the reception at the emergency Area: a Western European lady who’s super rude with the patients with no exceptions, regardless if the passion has an insurance or going to pay. Shouting at passions is not acceptable, unfortunately, a man with kandoura on the 12 October around 1700 or 1800 was again shouting at a client who just asked a question! Since the services in the emergency are super sloooooow i had to wait there for hours and experience the NON ACCEPTABLE SERVICES EVER in DUBAI. DUBAI is the BEST city in the world, those kind of attitude should not be there at any cost, specially in a hospital, a private hospital that either the insurance is paying them or the client pay cash, knowing the the cash amount the passion is paying could be the receptionist monthly salary.

I hope this comment reach the people who are in charge, and could take an action.

I wont recommend NMC hospitals to anyone ever in my life.

Never Come to this hospital! Come to traumatologist because cut fingers with nails and Meat. Waited 3 hours in line, after this they give me stikers and send at home for coming next day to steech fingers, because no doctor at night. For next day they must to call for visit doctor, my husband called all day, no result.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff especially April and Maricel and Dr. Sreedipa were all very friendly and helpful and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care I especially loved how Dr. Sreedipa really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital

This is my 3rd visit in this hospital. In the previous two visits, I had a prior appointment with a gyn and I still had to wait for around 2 hours. This (third) time, I couldn't get an appointment so I have just walked in, and I am waiting for past 3 hours now.

I'm living in IMPZ for about 07 years nkw therefore is Hospital is our go to health care facility.
My elder son was born here in 2017 courtesy, My wife has been admit here for our slip disk, my second son's circumcision is done here just last week. All in all the hospital is excellent perhaps the best on RN-3 level insurance.
Doctors we have can give our word for are as below:
1) Dr. Asma Nasir (Gynaecology)
2) Dr. Manoj Kumar (Pediatrician)
3) Dr. Brancica (Nenatologist)
4) Dr. Venkateshan (Nenatoogist)
Facilities are very good.

I recommend Dr. Bhushan Jayade, in NMC at DIC. He is very profressional, polite and calm. Recently i had an experience with him to remove my wisdom tooth.all went well and i am satisfied with their services.

Writing my review only and only for pharmacy, very bad experience always, too much waiting usually and after 5 staff reduced, it’s seems no issue with staff but related to management to reduce the staff at peak times. Secondly patient has to wait even they don’t want to buy form pharmacy and can’t avoid delays because they don’t have prescription. If at least they can give the prescription without token or a separate token can be produce for the same.

Please look into it, sometimes it’s really very much annoying.

NMC Royal Hospital is located in easily accessible part of Dubai Investments Park. The hospital has ample amount of parking spaces.

The hospital is covered by most of the insurance service providers and is one of the Main Go-to hospitals for Dubai residents for both out-patient and in-patient services. The front desk representatives are generally very helpful, friendly and cooperative.

They provide 24/7 emergency services and their health team is effective. They have experienced Doctors to provide all kind of vital and selective services under one roof. Their in-house Pharmacy is located on the ground floor, while laboratory is stationed at the first floor.

Overall services are nice. They shall do something about the waiting time which is increasing ever since. A patient spends excessive waiting time for all procedures starting from entering the hospital, registering his/herself, provide vitals, see a doctor, buy medicines and leave.

NMC Royal Butcher Hospital
I visited on night of 2nd January with my friend in ER. There was a male doctor who had so much attitude that he didn’t even let my friend to tell his problem or check him, instead he said that he will give some pain medication and will do some investigation and then he will see. He was in such a hurry that no whatsoever explanation was given by him. Nurse started the medications after 45 min till then my friend was in pain. The nurses were chatting so loud that it felt, we were in fish market. After the test result the doctor said he cannot tell what exactly my friend had but advised to be admitted in hospital. When I asked the reason to be admitted he asked me whether I m the doctor or he is? Then he called the nurse and told the nurse if we were willing for admission then fine otherwise empty the bed. I told him let us think then he said better sit outside and think.
My friend was in pain and made us sit outside and then we left the hospital. We went to another hospital where the doctor diagnosed without any test and within few hours my friend was much better while in NMC butcher hospital only the doctor wanted to admit him without any reason and without knowing what is going on with the patient. Hopefully will never visit this hospital ever again

On behalf of my entire family, I would like to extend our gratitude to Dr. Bhushan, Maxillofacial Surgeon for successful surgery of my daughter’s left eye orbital wall, floor and trauma.

We had major accident in Turkey and my 7 years daughter got severe injuries on head and face. We returned to Dubai after 10 days of initial recovery. Our next challenge was to find a competent surgeon with right sort of credentials and experience. Alhamdullilah, by the grace of Allah we found Dr. Bhushan.

Since our first meeting with Dr. Bhushan, we realized we’re in the safe days. Dr. Bhushan along with Dr. Soonam, Ophthalmologist and entire nursing staff handled the case with utmost care.

Alhamdullilah, my daughter is now recovering well. Apart from their professional skills they are really inspirational, kind hearted and pleasant personality. We owe them big time and would highly recommend them.

All my families and friends were so thankful that you had given me hope to live. I was so scared at first knowing that I had a tumor, but with what you have done you had given me hope. Thank you so much also to all the nursing staff and everyone who took care of me during my stay in the hospital. All were so helpful and caring. Thank you for the support as it is so hard to be away from family with my condition. But, everyone was just amazing with the service and care given to me. We were lucky to meet Dr Kavitha Leela Mony, she took care of me (Sandhya Yadav) in my pregnancy. She is the best doctor we have ever met, you do not feel like a patient while meeting her, very cheerful, motivating, caring and very much concerned about her patients (also to mention.she has impeccable sense of humour).
She handled the complete pregnancy with a very close follow up of every minute thing. While consulting her I could feel that I am in safe hands, she is very intelligent and knowledgeable.
I had got influenza in my 8th month (just before delivery date), she took extreme care, was always accessible over phone.
For my delivery she turned up early in the morning.the minute I saw her I was so delighted and after that everything went smoothly.
Overall experience was very delightful, I would highly recommend Dr Kavitha to all the expecting ladies. Good Luck!

I have been in Dubai from the past 10 years and I work in hospitality scatter,

during those years unfortunately I had several medical conditions that makes me visited many hospitals around dubai.

This hospital is something way deferent!

The moment I stepped my foot inside I found only a true and real worm care within immediate respond from everyone I got an attached with to my appendix medical condition that was needed an urgent surgery!

Imagine I felt that even when am in excruciating pain.

The team has done almost 11 hours analyses to make sure they got the correct resort I finally went to do the operation.

From the moment I started to talk after the surgery,

Dr. Mahesh krishna, was always been with me and explained in details the challenges after operation and provide a resorts for it with Indeed a professional manner and good skills of making his Patient comfortable. He never left me with Doubts
He was always honest with me.

Ahh, there’s a punsh of nurses angles around my room to look after me during my 5 days stay, they really takes care of me, he never left me with

But I wanted to mention In particular this lovely lady

Nisha george and the gentlemen Sharad, those two are such a sweetheart!

Clean hospital, 5* Room, good quality food.

Wish dubai will have more of NMC around.

Worst service ever. Doc suggested for the xray and we waited outside the xray room for 45 min. Then the attender said the technician is on 1st floor and to go there. When we went other guys are saying to go down again. When we went the technician was sleeping in the g floor. Complete mid management.

The only reason I considered visiting NMC DIP is because when I searched among the doctors on the website, I found a qualified gynaecologist in Gynaecology and Obstetrics department. She not only proved to me that she is theoretically experienced but she was friendly and really made me feel like I am in good hands. I felt like I am dealing with someone that not only is giving me advice for the sake of the hospital's reputation but because she actually cares about her patients and their wellbeing. Unfortunately, the reason I won't be visiting this hospital anytime soon is that I understood that Dr. Basema Jaber won't be there. And, letting go such an amazing doctor in such a specific and difficult field isn't a very reasonable choice knowing the number of loyal patients she has.

I have never ever in my life been through such a mesrible situation.
This is my second visit to NMC, first visit wasnt as a patient.
Now I am reviewing while I am at the moment ER.
A Zoo is a closest description I can think of, from an organisation perspective, I am being passed from one nurse to another without any explanation.
I saw the Dr explained the situation, he asked me to go with another nurse again with no explanation.
My temper was building up, some administration people realised and sent a anotherrr nurse to see me, afterwards a dr came, clueless and without any check up he decided to give me a pain killer injection before even an xray, which ofcourse I refused to take.

I have spend more than an hour now clueless and literally hopeless with the situation

Thanks to Dr Bhushan for the correct treatment given to me. The best Doctor in UAE. He deserved 10 stars. I've been to other famous hospitals in Dubai but I found the best Doctor in NMC Royal Hospital, DIP under Dr Bhushan. I highly recommend Dr Bhushan to all. Thanks also to all the staff who took care of me during my admission in the hospital.

Visted NMC Royal Hospital DIP with severe disc prolapse and got treated under the miraculous hands of Dr. Santhosh Sharma, one of the best Neurosurgeon in UAE. The entire team from front desk to nursing staffs were very caring and highly professional. Thank you very much!

My third baby was delivered in the hsoptal with Dr. Kavitha. Dr kavitha is an excellent doctor and you can discuss anything openly and doctor shares everything to us. All the staff's assisted in delivery deserves big salute. Thank you NMC and all the staffs for taking care of us.

Not professional at all, I visited the Dr Bassima, she didn't say a word and she told me follow me on social media you will find everything there. The consultation took 2 mn only, and even though she didn't put any of my information on the system. When I came back to see another doctor we found only my name on system. How come?

Unfortunately aftercare has been very poor. Specimen slides were suppose to be sent for follow up treatment but till date (over 3 months) I have not received it and nothing is been done about it. This has hindered nescessary follow up treatment. I think NMC is more concerned about its marketing than its patients
