I was admitted on 18.9.2023 for spine surgery Dr. Mehendi Hassan is very professional doctor. I was kept one day ICU staff there was so caring and attentive. One day I was kept pediatrics ward and nurses and male staff were so helpful and friendly. I can't remember the names thank you all.
Worst Experience with the insurance section of Emergency department.we admitted our 4 year child in emergency and tried to get a approval for room. Almost 6 hours we waited there and there was no response and update from the side of hospital and only one staff was there for handle all these cases. It was very pathetic condition. If I get a chance to give a negative star, it will be best.
Vivet and Ansa were great Nursery Nurses they helped me at night and they helped me learn to nurse. There was also a few others whose names I didn’t get. There were a few nurses whose weren’t helpful at all and when I asked for assistance after my surgery they said “they were short staffed”. My husband did make a complaint and management took quick action. That’s why it’s 4 stars because of the nurses who were very helpful and management who took our concerns seriously. I appreciate them for that.

Very poor service. I went to Dr Praveena Sharaf. Apparently, looks like here doctors or nurses are not bothered to call back after insurance approvals and do not remember / prepare themselves even when patient takes appointments. So everytime you have to repeat the story from day 1 and help them recall. Absolutely disgusting.
We are glad that we met Dr Praveena Saraf one of the senior most Gynecologist in NMC Specialty hospital. She is very experienced, calm and friendly in nature. She listens to patients carefully and always care patients like a family member. Our experience with her was very pleasing and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good gynaecologist in Dubai.

Emergency department is not good at all. I had a chest pain and after I am going there, doctor came after 45 minutes to see me. How can a patient tolerate the major chest pain for 45 minutes in emergency ward? And even the lady doctor was very rude.
Dr Sanjay the plastic surgeon consultant came at Friday night and did a wonderful surgery to a partially amputated distal 2 fingers of my son with great results now, I can not thank him enough for his professional and kind attitude
NMCHealthcare - dubai - PCRTest - dhirams - this is a lie which is been informed through call centers for travel PCR test. Once ur arrived in hospital they say it's 125 dhirams for border travel and 85 is only with air travel. In call center they say no appointments needed and walkin, when arrived we got to know it's 2 to 3 hours waiting and this is only walk in. This info will be usefull.
Sorry to say but I'm not happy with some services in this hospital, most important thing they are not providing doctors number if we have any emergency or anything urgent to ask we are helpless and we need to wait till doctor reach hospital. Nurses are sitting inside the room but they are not ready to talk to us before their duty time start, I am talking about reception in gynaecology section. I'm pregnant women but we are not getting doctors number nor they are allowing us to talk to nurses before their duty time start after requesting so much. In another hospital gynaecology doctors are providing their number freely to their patient but here doctors are clearly saying that they cannot provide the number. This Friday I called to talk to my gynaecology doctor but they told doctor is not available today nor they provide me the number and instead they talk to me very rudely and while talking in middle they cut the call on my face.
I had an excellent surgical procedure done by Dr Sanjay Sharaf from NMC Speciality hospital, Al Nahda Dubai. There was a small mass and lump over my nose that was removed with exceptional expertise of the doctor. It was absolutely painless and safe surgery and recovery was very quick and good. I had very bad experience from your emergeny department. Triage assessment staff (in between 9.30pm to 10.20 pm). She is very rude. I went to this hospital with my two and half year old daughter. I asked about the delay, she told me to go and check there, we don't know where to go because first time visited there. My daughter had intermittent fever since morning and started bad cough from evening, again started fever at 7.30 pm (38.6c) I gave her panadol syrup. But i felt the cough little worse. That is the rason only we went there.

Although there was a crowd, staff were able to manage everyone. Sanitization points everywhere to keep everyone clean and safe. Staff worked quickly and efficiently to move the lines. No unnecessary delays. I went in for a COVID 19 test and I got my results promptly in about 5 hours even though they said it might take 24 hours to process. Accessible entrances for everyone
I would recommend Dr Krishnadas Nair (Orthopedic) for his attention to details, care, patient, professionalism. The surgery I went through on my finger was a total success thanks to his great work. I had his full support during my recovery as well. I was lucky I was treated by such a great Doctor. As well I would like to mention his assistant, nurse Savitha which was very helpful with me, very caring, patient. She made me feel totally comfortable while I was in severe pain. NMC Dubai, hospital with best doctors, but worst nurses those who are busy in reception chit chatting and don't car about patients with or without appointments. And the Valet parking is the worst saying sir we are booked already with customers so you have to park in RTA parking. Then what's the point of taking appointment?
With appointment hospital says come 10 minutes early. Even if you reach 30 minute. Still they won't care about you.

I had a horrible experience with how they handle their insurance patients. It's been a week now I have not seen the outcome all they is keep doing is transfering my number and nothing happening after that. What on earth is going on. Absolutely disappointed.
Amazing experience with Dr. Binoy and Dr. Hemant they are really well experienced and top quality doctors, they won’t give any unwanted medicines and by observing itself they can know what the cause of illness is. They will explain the cause of the illness and the foods to be consumed. NMC Specialty Hospital Al Nahda Dubai staff are very friendly, helpful, respectful, cooperative and very professional. This hospital has got the best doctors in Dubai. I have been here thrice (once for myself, once for my wife delivery and once for the surgery of my 20 month old son) for inpatient service. All the 3 times, felt blessed to be in the hands of such wonderful doctors. Having Skilled Nurses is a big asset for any hospital and NMC has many such admirable nurses. Not to leave behind the admin staff, ward boys, ward girls, housekeeping staff, everyone has a smile while attending the patient and this boosts us and give immense strength to recover soon. No matter where I will reside in UAE in the coming days, will be going only to his hospital for treatment. Without any second thought, highly recommended place for the international standard treatment at an affordable price for those who doesn’t have medical insurance.
Hi, So the first message is for NMC Management. Every time i call at the hospital no one will answer and when we visit the hospital we can see ladies are gossiping around with each other. I mean common guys what if there is an emergency for someone and needs information. What are you upto guys? I’ve been trying to call last two days there is no response but if you book appointment online they will call you i mean how bad is that. This is so inhuman of you guys. Please first learn how to deal and welcome your patients or rather customers. 2nd Advisable to stay away from this hospital they only deal with money not humanity.
Doctor sanjay is amazing, did a really good job on my surgery when i got a small cut in my face, still healing but after removing the stitches the scar is not really visible. So happy about it, Kind and professional. He really is an expert.nurse nisha, is also nice and helpful she will try to make you feel comfortable and safe.
Very bad pharmacy system! They don't know how to communicate with insurance and the pharmacist's attitude is very bad. Especially PHARMACIST JAISAL. I hope the hospital to see this rewiev and talk to him! I kept telling him "excuse me" while I am standing and carrying my sick child. Absolutely he was hearing me but he didn't answer even! Then after 5 times he answered by a looking like he wanna kill me why I am asking question!

They just careless low quality.i went for PCR for travel.and i didnt get my result on time im trying to call but no answer on all phone no. Once they answer they declare they mix my data with someone else but till now they didnt rectify this.if i lose my flight i will complain them.not recommended to deal with them.maybe tomorrow they mix my lap results
Happy with doctors and supporting staff, But everytime pharmacy take very long time due to huge cues. They need to increase manpower to serve the patients faster. Its not covinient to sit in hospital and phamacy for long time for several reasons. Hope NMC will look into it soon.
My wife got the appointment at 5: 40 PM on 1st August just for the pregnancy check upand we were told to reach 15 minutes before and now its 7: 37 PM and still I am in the queue of submitting blood test in the lab.
Such a waste of time this staff is very lazy and slow they don't know the value of our time.

My mother was admitted for 10 days due to Covid-19 infection. As she told me that nurses in Covid section was careless and when she asked for something they took too long to provide it or request more than ones in addition of that they provide one dinner at 7pm after that there is no snacks and stay most hungry for long periods of time and there some nurses are rude to elderly people due lack of understanding for elderly also when my mother discharged from the hospital none of the nurses helped her or at least to put her on wheelchair. Also I would like to thank staff who where nice to my mother and take care of her.but due to individuals attitudes I will not come or recommend to anyone to go to NMC Specialty Hospital.
Like to speak about Dr Sanjay Saraf. He was very cooperative and helped us relieve of our fears when my son had a fall and had to have stitches on his head as we were really worried. We were confident after speaking to Dr Sanjay. Although we had to wait more than 12 hours due to hospital protocols for the surgery. Dr Sanjay was on time and completed the surgery within 30 mins. We were very happy to see our son after he came out after the operation. The scars of the wound are completely healed and would like to thank Dr Sanjay for the great work done. It really speaks from his experience.
Poor lab services. Nobody picks up the call when we call to ask about the reports plus it takes very long to get the reports even if they say 4hrs. They have stupid protocol of not sharing reports before 7am.i havnt seen such a pathetic hospital in my life.worst hospital this hospital deserve 0 star. They don't really care for patients.
I had an appointment with Dr Ajit Kumar the other day. The type of treatment i received was simply commendable. The Doctor was very calm and explained everything well which certainly eased my anxiety to a great extent. Kudos NMC Al Nahda, Dxb. Covid or no covid if everybody and everything is like this, going to a hospital will no longer cause anxiety to people.
The covid rtpcr testing for travel took me ages waiting for regn in the reception, but could see people without token surpassing the que and skip the line, nearly 3 hrs in waiting with kids for sampling regn itself Never ever again there
It's our family's 1st time to be treated at Nmc al nahda2 and we have no regrets. My son had a circumcision and upon checking wih so many hospitals and clinics in Dubai, their package is the most affordable. The treatment given is done with the best medical and warm personal care. The facilities are nice, post operation room is comfortable, with in-house coffee shop and food shops and grocery just across the bldg. Special mention to: -the urologist Dr. Manohan who patiently explained and listened to my son's qualms and queries. He recovered in less than a week. - the kind, accomodating and patient Ms. Saritha for patiently explaining all my queries and concerns, pre and post operations. Would definitely recommend (i already did!) to my friends specially for this treatment.
I sincerely appreciate Dr. Krishnadas Somasekharan Nair who is a true professional and very well experienced orthopaedic surgeon who treated my daughter's left wrist injury which requires urgent attention as she was immobilized. It was Thursday evening she fell off from bicycle in RAK although Dr. Krishnadas was off duty he was kind enough to discuss my daughter's case with the DMO, He explained everything in detailed the whole process He visited her on request and fixed my daughters double fracture hand.
I met Dr Sanjay Saraf with severe injury of my face. He treated me like his own brother with utmost warmth. I have got an excellent result. Dr Sanjay is very kind and gentle Dr I ever met. God bless him!
Hi im john ive admitted last april 6 2021 in nmc hospital al nahda because of bone fractured in my ankle. And would like to say that nmc hospital is the best hospital in dubai. Facilities is very advance and nurses and staff is very nice also. I undergo to a surgery with Dr. Krishnadas Nair i would say he is the best even if that surgery is quite hard he do his best to make the surgery 100% succesful i didnt feel any regret that i go to nmc once again i would like to thank nmc specially to Dr. Krishnadas
Valet parking services is very very very poor. Parking staff dnt know to guide or even talk. They treat us like its here personal hospital and they are owner of it.

I visited Nmc for delivery the overall experience was the best everything was conducted by Dr. PRAVEENA her advice was the best since I had some complications so I ended having cesarean whereby she did and was a success. I won't forget her assistants as well and every other doctors that participated on the process. The nurses as well Rebecca, Hellen, Millan, Aliamah the list is endless cant remember all their names but it was an experience that will remain in my heart forever. I would recommend this hospital to everyone who is paged for safe and smooth process.one more thing I almost forgot the security Mr Anil he was as well helpful in smooth operation by assisting my family members. The NMC pharmacy doctors are not co-operative.the doctor lied to me.he told me that he called the insurance and they rejected the eye drops.when I called the insurance company.they informed me that no one called them.and there objection is only about the medicine period.as the specialist described for me the medicine for 3 months.but the insurance company can approve two months only but the NMC pharmacy doctor told me that the insurance company rejected the medicine itself
Worst pharmacy Experience to ever exist! It’s horrible I waited for a whole hour for my prescription they need to fix this problem or they will have no patients left to serve, the pharmacies queues are HORRIBLE, I eventually had to get my prescription from an outside pharmacy that took 10 minutes without error and frustration, honestly stay away from the NMC pharmacy it’s a nightmare come true
There is no use of taking a prior appointment as we have to still wait for a long time and this has been repeated several times and to add to that is the pharmacy processing time that takes for ever
Recently my 3 year old year son had a nail bed injury and visited Dr. Sanjay Saraf. I was very pleased with the doctor professional conduct. He was very emphatic and was very sincere in handling my son. The doctor's treatment has helped my son's in quick recovery. I would definitely recommend him.

At the beginning I was disappointed from the non-cooperation of the receptionist, but after I met Dr. Sanjay Saraf and his staff I became very optimistic and felt that I am in a good hand. Emergency nurses are not that caring and passionate from their work. Its just to do their task without the love of doing it. Its just about wauting for the salary to receive but not the passion to take good care of the passions. They will just admit the patient and simply leave it.
Last week mid night my 14 month old son got serious injury on his forehead. We rushed to NMC. A young doctor who was in the night duty did first aid and suggested us to go for surgery with Dr. Sanjay Saraf. As we were apprehensive about kids health and insurance, we asked some questions with this young doctor. He was making faces and giving weird expressions. We could not understand why was he doing so, perhaps we disturbed his chatting time. Early morning, at 6 we had an appointment for surgery with Dr. Sanjay Saraf. Though I met him for the first time, I felt like I knew him from a decade. The confidence he has given, transparency he has shown and procedural details he has provided was unbelievable. I could get an instant positive vibe with Dr. Sanjay. Even after having vast experience and wide exposure, he was down to earth and gave the confidence that we needed on that difficult time. First time, I felt ‘Vaidyo Narayano Hari’ (Doctor is like God). He did a surgery on my son’s forehead. It was not jut a simple procedure, but a beautiful craft. Now, his one and half inch deep wound looks like a simple line just in one week! Kudos to Dr. Sanjay for his great professionalism and humility. Hope the young doctors in NMC adopt Dr. Sanjay’s work ethic and professionalism. Inspite of initial bad experience, I still go with 5 stars for NMC, Alnahda. That is only because of Dr. Sanjay Saraf.

I visited nmc hospital with my father yesterday late night. Obnoxious behaviour by the nurses in the emergency care. I asked them for blanket since my father was feeling cold. Nobody was bothered. It was later given by the dr. D nurses r laughing out loud, chatting. No patient care. Looks like Nmc has taken pts for granted.

Absolutely shocking service. I called in 3 days ago and book an appointment for Mondat at 1.30 PM. But the call center books me for 1PM. Knowing that I have an appointment at 1.30 PM, I even called the hospital at 1.10PM stating that i shall be there by 1.40pm as running 10 minute behind the appointment due to traffic.
Upong arriving i am not only told that you are booked for 1pm not 1.30pm. They could have said this to me when i called.
And on top I am informed that the doctor has already left. Driving all the way from Dubai Motorcity to Al Nahda (40 minutes drive one way) and now back another 40 minutes drive worth absolute waste of time.
No sense of customer service and no sense that a patient comes first. Hospitals/Clinics are what they are because of patients alone.
Horrible experience with this hospital.whenever you make online appointment they will call you back and tell you there is no appointment for that date.when you get appointment doctor will give you 5 minutes. I met DR. Amit Nagpal in Ophthalmology he checked eye and he told me you have elergy. I told there should be solution for everything then he told me you are living in desert environment. If you want solution you need to change country and environment. What a great solution given by a professional doctor. They want to make money nothing else.
