Am so much DISAPPOINTED with the company´s SERVICE DEP´T especially this guy JASON (in service centre) He seems not caring, doesnt even listen to client and NO INTEGRITY AT ALL. I bought a 65 inch nobel from LUFTI TRADING and was promised that incase of any faulty the company will send technician to rectify. WHY NOW DO I HAVE TO SUFFER CALLING 100 TIMES FOR A TECHNICIAN? WHY DID YOU PROMISE ME THAT I WILL GET PROPER SERVICE INCASE OF ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCT. It feels like the staffs dont care at all to their clients. LET THE MANAGER CALL ME AND WILL EXPLAIN MORE.
