Wonderful veterinary practice! All of the vets and staff at Noble Vet clinic DIP have been nothing short of exceptional in terms of their service and support. I rescued my little cat last year, and since then we have received so much help from Kimberly - and Dr Ahmad has taken care of everything my cat has needed in such a calm and expert manner. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to any fellow pet owners.

I dont usually comment on business practises, but just thought I'll share my experience

A stray cat who used to hang around our warehouses got his leg broken, and we were miserable. We saw him suffering and rushing him to the nearest veterinary clinic (Noble Veterinary Clinic) they did the Xrays and gave him pain killers and charged us about AED 850. They gave an estimate for the surgery 9000 dhs and can go higher. We tried explaining to the doctor that we just found him on the road and 9k was something we can't just put up and to please reconsider. Me and my colleague was just sitting in the reception not knowing what to do while hearing the kittens painful cries. The vet tried convincing us for the surgery or just put him to sleep and don't let the kitten go through more pain. We were devastated.

We decided to go and cry in another clinic in JLT. They saw our plight and did the whole surgery for 1200 AED.

Today, Kittu is our company cat, and he calls the shots in the office

I guess it's the whole ordeal that we went through those 2-3 days that made this notorious loving kitten our beloved one

As I mentioned in the beginning I am nobody to comment on any pricing module a business runs, but just a little hurt when we did try pleading this was a stray cat and his cries were killing us inside. I also understand there are probably 100 injured kittens coming in daily and pricing concession might not be a desirable approach

Amazing staff, so helpful and understanding. Dr. Misura is our Veterinarian and he is just fantastic. He did everything in his power to ensure the appropriate tests were completed and our kitty is taken care of to the best of his ability. He is very educated in his craft. I highly recommend the Noble to anyone. They had no interest in trying to get money from us, they were informative and transparent. 5/5 recommended.

Extremely high bill.
I took my cat there only once, because this clinic is quite close to my new home. However after I paid the bill, I decided that this was last visit to this clinic.
Doctor did not do any treatment to the cat, but he explained why no treatment needed, which we agreed about, no complaints regarding this.
Meanwhile he suggested to do some vaccination even it was early as per schedule, and also we did 2 other injections as per schedule.
General experience was ok, but the bill was unexpectedly high. I did not pay such an amount even when we spayed the cat. But for annual vaccination the price in other clinics is normally 2-3 time less.
Of course we will not come again to this clinic.

Lastly there's a lot of free secure parking close by which always helps.

This establishment is very thirsty for your money. Avoid at all cost to bring your pet there. They don't even have a transparent information on their website. When you call to enquire about the cost, they say "approximately" once the service is done, they charged you ridiculous amount of money. I feel so disgusted

Very professional, clean and beautiful clinic for your fur baby. Doctor was experienced and had a good disposition. The administrative staff were helpful and efficient. I’m glad it’s near me so I can take my baby girl there for when she needs medical attention.

Horrible experience this afternoon with both my husky puppies. The doctor was only trying to sell more vaccinations, even suggested an x ray and a new microchip. He went so far to say that there’s going to be an outbreak of a virus and that I must do extra booster shots because I was 10 days off schedule. I felt I was with a salesman not s vet! Third rate experience!

Words cannot begin to describe my gratitude for Dr Ahmed. By appropriately treating Charlie's liver problems, he has given us a 12 year old kitten back! Although Charlie is still our chilled, patient and loving boy, he is now so much more playful, curious and active. Dr Ahmed, thank you for your kind, gentle and comprehensive way of explaining everything to us and for patiently answering my questions. We went to the wrong branch to their branch in JLT but they were nice and kind to accomodated us even we were late, warm and pleasant environment

We have been going to this vet for about 8-9 years since I got my 2 dogs, experience was always pleasant apart from the last 2 visits.

Apparently 1 of my dogs have a heart condition that is not treatable and require constant medication. On my previous visit the prescription stickers were mixed up and indicated wrong dosage. Luckily I remember well the initial prescription and pointed out the mistake, the lady at the reception said “it’s not our mistake, you probably remember the dosage wrong and was giving wrong dose to your dog”, which is obviously not the case, as I take it very seriously. Eventually it was sorted and I got apologies from their manager.

Today I took the dog to appointment as his condition becomes worse, I was hoping that the veterinarian might suggest some extra medication or something to help. On the visit I was advised that the dog has 6th out of 6 stage of heart disease, which is terminal, nothing can be done. The doctor was literally explaining for the whole 15 min visit, that my dog will die soon, he said something like “The dog is doing quite well, with his condition another dog might be dead already”. I understand the doctor might have the best interest to explain me the situation, but he could be a bit more considerable to my feelings as a pet owner and not repeat “terminal”, “very bad”, “die” etc 10 times. How was it helpful to finally make me cry by the end of the appointment, not sure, maybe I am too sensitive, or the doctor is too non considerable.

At the end of the day, the price for the vet is pretty much comparable to a human hospital visit, so I expect a the same serious and considerate approach to treating my pet as I would get for my child.

Fantastic staff at the clinic really took care of our cat and are very professional and supportive.

Noble Vet in DIP are brilliant with all of my own cats and have looked after them so well. They have also looked after me with compassion and sympathy when one of my cats passed away. The vets here are always excellent, they won’t stop until they get to the root of the problem so they can treat the animal properly. The staff actually care about the animals, and remember their names and existing issues.

I would highly recommend them, and trust them with any and all of my animals.

I strongly don’t recommend this clinic. My dog ​​was misdiagnosed and moreover prescribed a treatment that is absolutely useless for this diagnosis. The dog is absolutely healthy. They took about 700 dirhams from me. All this looks like a scam to get more money. Once again, I strongly recommend not to go to this clinic.
UPD. I've got a call from the clinic after my negative review. Unfortunately lady, who called me, have not reviewed results of my dog analysis before calling me, but tried to convince me that everything was correct. We have agreed that she will call me back after reviewing analysis, but 3 days past and nobody called me.

I’ve been dealing with Noble vet dip for many years.
Based on my personal experience I can not recommend this clinic enough.
From the initial contact with the receptionist who are always pleasant, professional and accommodating to the support staff and the heart of the clinic who are the Drs. We have felt supported, listened to and above all kept informed of medical needs, treatments and financial cost.
Our regular vet is Dr Ahmed who is a brilliant diagnostician, and very aware of how we need to be involved in the treatment process of our furbabies.

Nobody wear name tag and nobody introduce themselves. The vet wanted to keep my dog uncessarry.when I questioned him he said yes will just observe the dog. 1500 aed for not knowing what is wrong with my dog.
The assistant and vet didn't get along quite well either vet told him to put in syringe 2.4 of something. Assistant told him syringe is 2.1 and vet took it from his hands like I will do it my self and he filled in 2.1 syringe which made this assistant look embarrassed.
When I paid bill I didn't get actual bill just small transaction note from machine.
Vet disappeared when I came back from my car to ask about medication becuase he said give 2 times a day and I was not sure do I give him today 2 times bc he alredy got injections. I had to wait for him to come back bc he didn't take phone and nobody knew where he is. So after while of waiting I decide to leave. He did call me back and mentioned not to give dog food, I guess he forgot to tell me earlier.
Anyway not comming back here.

Congratulations to Noble Clinic (JLT branch) and Dubai for getting the most amazing veterinary and human that is Dr Davor. The knowledge and thorough care that me and my furchild receive is second to none. That is the reason why I yesterday drove from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, as I know that it is the best I can possibly do for my pet. While some vets would hardly give you the time of day but happily take your money Dr Davor genuinely and thoroughly addressed all our concerns and I know has 100% best interest at heart for the animal. I can’t possibly recommend him enough but just wish he was a bit closer than a 1h+ drive.

Very professional and polite staff. Especially doctor Davor, by our expiriance until now he is one of the best in Uae, He really care about animals, he is not like 80% of them who just look how to take money from your pocket

I've been in Dubai for 28 years, and I can honestly say that I've never had such an amazing vet experience as I did with Noble Vet's Dr. Davor (JLT BRANCH). Normally, vets are super commercialised here in Dubai, like Modern Vet and Umm Suqeim - who are, truth be told - just after money.

Dr Davor however, put my German's Shepherd's health first before anything. Zeus took to him straight away. A very knowledgeable doctor, and a really good person. My dog went in for minor surgery (although he was anaesthetised), and Dr Davor took the time to show me exactly what was going to happen in the procedure, and brought out the split nail to show me what exactly the surgery entailed.

For the first time, I truly felt that my animal's health was the priority. Although the clinic is well out of my way (I live in Jumeirah), I would never take any of my animals elsewhere.

10/10 to Dr. Davor - couldn't rate the experience or his services any better. Thank you!

Un reliable and the vets that saw our cats didn’t seem to know what they are doing.all what they wanted is to charge as much as possible without any value or any treatment

Dr Soheyl is the best! Our kitten suffered from IBD and Dr Soheyl was the only one who was able to give us a proper diagnosis and solve the problem. He is very friendly and patient. Our kitten is healthy and happy thanks to him.

Yesterday I helped a friend to bring his sick dog to another opinion because we treated him unsuccessfully in another clinic. I was delighted with the clinic. It looks better than hospitals for people. Everyone is very kind, I would especially mention Dr. Davor. Very professional and detailed. And he can see that he enjoys his job. With a lot of patience he explained everything about the dog's illness. He gave him injections while playing with him so that the dog didn't even notice. It's great today, like he's not even sick. The best clinic in Dubai.

My cat carrier was left at the vets in January after a rescue cat was adopted. I've never seen the carrier again despite a 45 minute visit, several calls and messaging. Staff seem unhelpful and uninterested. I will not be related to this practice again.
1 receptionist even assured me they were looking for my carrier which had my name on it however she wasn't even interested in taking my name. Very bizarre.
Since writing this 1 week ago I have been informed that if I don't take this review down the clinic will stop helping stray cats. What is this behaviour? Maybe invest your time and energy into proper customer service and complaint handling rather than harassment and threats.

On Christmas day we found a stray kitten in the car, it got caught up with the radiator fan.

We managed to get it out and called all around Dubai and unfortunately everything was closed. In the morning we went to a vet. We were recommended to go to Noble by the doctor at Winterfell Veterinary.

We went to Noble and explained to Elaine at front desk the situation they gave good value for money on the care and treatment.

They were excellent in their management for the kitten who we decided to call Rambo the kitten as he soldiered through a few fractures.

We have been pleasantly surprised at how honest and reliable this clinic is and we have decided to care for Rambo and use their clinic for ongoing care.

Thank you for your care and attention. You were upfront with all costs and services and you didn't do any unnecessary treatments.

I have a 13 year old dog, we have been going to Nobles since he was 2, he has always been really nervous, his treatment at this clinic has always been exceptional, the staff are very kind and professional

I took my bunny to the vet at this place and had good service which worth more than what I paid.and the doctor was very friendly and provide us much advice.

Our cat had a surgery and we were advised to buy her a protective cat dress as apparently it was much better than a cat cone. I asked several times if it is better and the lady at the reception assured me that it was so I paid 100 AED and baught it. Now one day and besides her suffering by wearing the dress the cat ripped it off and made a huge mess. A cat cone would have certainly been the better option and cheaper as it is only 5 AED in a pet shop. The vet charges almost 50 for it. Not happy at all.

Went there to attend to my cat's wounds. Very professional and attentive staff who handled the cat very well. Very clean and sanitized clinic which is important during the current pandemic.

We had a great experience with our annual vaccinations for 4 of our cats. The Dr.was very professional and took great care of them.

We also decided to get 3 of our cats groomed at the same place and it was our first time grooming them so we were nervous. However, they really took care of our cats and the results were amazing! So happy we chose Noble Vet.

Every member of staff, from the receptionists to the vets ensure a high level of personalized care. Go there for all my pets needs since the first visit and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Also highly recommend Dr. Soheyl as he educates the pet owners while providing excellent care for our Arya.

This was our first time visiting the clinic as we recently moved near the area and one our cats had an emergency with her teeth. We were impressed with how Dr. Ahmed dealt with her case, he didn’t recommend unnecessary tests for her case and was able to diagnose her quickly. Also, the way the staff dealt with my super nervous cat was impressive, she is very sensitive but seemed quite comfortable at the clinic.

We have used this veterinary surgery for 12 years. They have always been friendly and fantastic with our old dogs.

We brought Amaia for vaccination and she arrived trembling. But the doctor was able to clam her down and she did just fine. Noble veterinary clinic is Amaia’s first ever clinic when we were still staying at DIP. When we left DIP we changed clinic due to distance but we eventually returned back to where we used to. Kudos to Noble Veterinary Clinic Team!

The manager of this clinic is a business women who charged us double the price of what was told to us initially and refused to discuss and told us our cat can’t be released unless we pay the price. They kept our cat for 3 days and told us this was necessary and told us a different price to what they charged in the end. In the end they charged us a huge amount of money and she refused to explain herself.

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. They don’t stick to their words and they charge different prices than what they mentioned initially. They told us a price on the phone and after our visit they charged a very different amount. And when you ask to speak with the manager they completely ignore you and they are careless about your concerns. They charge you extra for very small simple tasks which I could do myself. And some costs, for no reason at all. A private doctor to come to my house and treat my pet is cheaper. But unfortunately he was not in the country.

UPDATE 02/10/2019:

Today we visited Noble vet Dr Soheyl for our dog. She kept having issues eventhough she had been treated by another vet before.
We gave Noble vet another chance as we did hear many good stories and good vets are hard to find.
This time around everything went smooth and we felt comfortable and so did our dog. We appreciate it a lot that Dr Soheyl also didn't push for any treatments but took the time to diagnose what is wrong and listened to what we had to say.
Definitely a very happy customer and a happy dog! From now on we will be using Noble vet as our only vet!

Am new to the clinic but so far highly impressed with level of service and depth of knowledge. We are beginning a comprehensive course of treatment with Dr Soheyl and so far he’s excellent. We discovered the clinic by accident as coincidentally the groomer in the same building used to be our local groomer but he moved and we have followed him as we regard him as the best in Dubai

We received great assistance from the vet who helped resolve an issue with our dog's eye. Very glad to have found this vet nearby.

We used Noble Vets for our dogs vaccinations, and we were super happy with them. They were cheaper than any of the other vets, and it included a full health check. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff are amazing. I would highly recommend their services.

My cat is always treated in Noble veterinary centre. I have noticed the difference in prices between this clinic and others, the good welcoming staff and the great ambiance!
They do have all the top rated food for cats and dogs including Royal Canin and some kidney diet food and gastro intestinal treatment.

I would recommend this clinic for anyone who has a dog or cat in Dubai! The staff are very friendly and Dr Soheyl was amazing to my cat Hanna. She is a rescue cat and usually gets really aggressive and stressed when we visit for her treatments, But she was way calmer and relax at Noble Vet clinic. They offer a wide range of packages and services and products.

We saw Dr. Ahmed at the Noble veterinary clinic for our cat Minnie several times, especially for situations that were a little abnormal. Each time he was extremely kind and informative. He took his time explaining the situation, giving all possible outcomes and what he recommends. We've been to many vets here in Dubai but for once it felt like he genuinely cared more for the wellbeing of our cat rather than making money for the clinic. Even if we had questions later back at home, he would take his time to call us back and patiently address our concerns. The receptionists and aids are also extremely lovely and friendly towards all the clients which makes the clinic an extremely welcoming place. I would highly recommend it for proper and thorough care of your pets.

I've gone to this clinic for the past 2 years and was always very pleased with the service provided. The vets and vet techs are great. However, I strongly recommend you do not go to them for pet export needs. The clinic staff do not understand the procedures. Worst yet, it seems they intentionally mislead and use scare tactics to pressure you into using their recommended (and astronomically expensive) pet transporter, snoopy pets. Very disappointed as of late.

I have always had good experiences with Noble Vet Clinic. Tattoo has been visiting Noble for the past 4 years. His most recent procedure was a dental cleaning which went very well. Dr. Soheyl is very knowledgeable and personable. The staff know Tattoo by name. Tattoo recently developed allergies and Dr. Soheyl's treatment protocol worked like a charm. Thanks Noble!
