Melvin was so great tonight! The man has so much class, so much style, so much joy in what he does! Honestly would come back to Nola just to be served by him again! What a legend! Ps get the brócoli

I used to enjoy visiting this place for the amazing crowd. But lately it's totally different than before. I mean the atmosphere. But food and service is always nice.

Changing from my 5-star rating.this is still one of my favourite bars but VERY disappointed after new menu rollout in JLT.most dishes have shifted from good portioned tasty food to small portioned that leave you dissatisfied.betraying the new orleans / cajun concept that NOLA previously stood up for successfully.the 5 empanadas have become 2, the slides and rolls are gone.the quarter/half chicken have disappeared in favour of bone in spring chicken.the sides are now limited.guacamole comes with a very limited amount of chips not enough to scoop it up that you're almost forced to order more nacho chips and pay for them, this is all very disappointing to a 7-year customer who's been going there since Nola's soft opening.after a very successful run and maxing out seating capacity, this menu now feels like a margin improvement play.i personally wont eat much anymore at nola.i'll go there occasionally for a drink.my go to food spot now Hunter & Barrel, which successfully fills the gap Nola left with its new preppy menu.

Highly recommended restaurant for its natural ambience, good quality of food and outstanding customer service, will definitely be coming back.

Nola for me is a forever mystery. The menu hasn’t changed in 6 years, yet, the food got better; yet, the drinks are still bad…
There’s really nothing special about this place, but it still draws in crowds of quite decent clientele, and the atmosphere is always lively and engaged.
Staff are attentive and courteous. I have witnessed them dealing with couple of potential troublemakers in the most professional manner and was rather impressed with how they’ve handled the situation

Very good food and a good atmosphere in general, but the music was a bit too loud and made talking quite hard.
Otherwise a definite recommendation!

We came to celebrate my brother's dinner and were greeted by a very rude receptionist named "Hamie" (?). Servings were so small for their price and nothing really stood out. The experience was too bad and there's no way we are coming back nor recommending this place to family and friends.

Good food, drinks. The decor & vibe.will transport you to New Orleans. If you have space for desserts, the beignets with chocolate sauce dips are deliciously fluffy and warm. Reservation is advisable.

Generally nice but to pay 50 aed for 1 hour extra parking is really too much and they don’t stamp the parking.unfortunately last time

Proper jazz playlist, friendly staffs, good atmosphere. They have Indoor and outdoor seats Both. Food was okay. I might have been more satisfied if I had tried other foods. But what i had is slightly disappointed as a huge NOLA fan -seafood jambalaya and momma’s po’boy

The place as always great. The vide of New Orleans, music.all sets you in great mood. Very difficult to book as popular for Tuesdays but the wait is worth to have. Food great, prepared fast. Must try baked camembert cheese. All the food there is really great. Tried half of menue and till now satisfied with all. Staff is very attentive and serving well. Always there to provide with drinks or if you want to order more. Highly recommended. Rated 4 stars as I dont like smell of cigarettes and the place is filled with smoke even though they have very good ventilation system. But it only bothers if the table next to you has smokers.

Me and my best friend visited yesterday for the first time, we were looking for late lunch, we didn’t have a reservation and the place seemed pretty empty because of the time. When we were walked to our table by the lady in the entrance we were asked to leave because my friend who is Emirati was wearing sandals (being an Emirati man, wearing leather sandals is culturally and socially acceptable in the UAE). We asked if we could stay as we just wanted to eat quickly and leave, not planning to stay the evening there, and she said no, we left. I understand dress code, and men not wearing flip fops or sports wear but my friend was totally fine… jeans, a shirt and premium leather sandals. Two paying customers gone and we’ll never come back.

We love the atmosphere and the music. The food is tasty and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that they bring you the bill after 2 hours which means you need to clear the table as you can only reserve a table for 2 hours.

This was a nice complete surprise as I was waiting for my PCR result. Very nice atmosphere and ambience.found it by accident but will go back again.

Good luck getting in if you’re from the subcontinent! They never have space for people from there even weeks in advance. Tried the theory today and was unfortunately proven right. Asked a friend who is not from the subcontinent to make a reservation today and she was successful at getting a table for this evening…Needless I will be spending my money elsewhere.

First time here.wow! Lovely cosy ambiance, great service, good menu the starters and cheesecake left me with such a warm tingle.loved it! I ate it too fast to catch a photograph sorry! Now i understand the waiting time?

One of the best places in Dubai for food and drinks. Now with COVID it is better to book your table ahead.

My favourite place in dubai. I always feel happy as soon as I enter and every time I go there I wonder why I don't go more often. Love it!

Great restaurant with a nice atmosphere and tasty menu.
For those who don’t know, NOLA stands for New Orleans, Louisiana and their menu brings a nice variety of Cajun food.
Perfect for lunch or dinner, but if you plan on going for dinner they have a dress code so don’t wear sandals!

Awful service! It’s not acceptable I ordered a mocktail and 10 seconds later I asked the waiter to change it for water and he refused to do it as “it was being made”. And he ended up serving the mocktail without giving me any option to change it. They can’t have the square head that way… I won’t come again with that attitude…

Cozy bar, good service, only the food ordered by my friend (sea combos i guess) was not that good.

Recommend: spinach & cheese dip

Nola’s Eatery & Social is a lovely bar in the beating heart of Dubai, but world's away from the tourist trap and usual bustle of the regular names in the service sector located in JLT is must visit place & my personal recommendation.

We decided to visit the place on a Friday night. We reached the place just before 9pm. Crowd is youthful and sync the cheer to pitch of music you can tell it’s a fancy bar the way the usher you to your seats.  The interior were charming & classy. They have a spacious indoor & outdoor seating. Like us, lot many groups we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the whole aura but the outdoor seating was full.

Food is always a concerned when it comes to party places. We were hungry wanted to eat something before we grab our drinks. We went ahead & ordered Spinach and Cheese dip, Mommas’s Po’boy sliders. The food was great & does not disappoint.

Never go there for lunch.
Seems they are great for weekend and evening service but lunch service took 2 hours and wasn't done right.

Extremely disappointed with the treatment at the entrance.
Staff are extremely racist.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.

It’s one of the most frequented places in Dubai, on weekdays and weekends. And I get why: you probably feel like sitting in a cool place in Miami, with jazzy vibes. You’re most likely to find any drink you’d like on their beverage menu and the food is good! Who wouldn’t enjoy an evening at Nola! Now here’s the thing: good luck finding a table. It’s usually fully booked any time of the week, especially for indoor seating.
I tried to book a table indoors a week ahead, and it was already fully booked.

First time to visit them since 2018 because of the exact same thing thay happened!
They just said no table available and the sms was just putting me on the waiting list!
Really disappointed u guys are horrible!

It’s such a nice place with a warm feel to it; i’ve always enjoyed coming here and their service is top notch with very friendly waiters!
Better book in advance tho as it’s always busy!

Best place in town for a bite and where you can actually have a conversation with some decent music

The place is beautiful and so dreamy! WEnt there to cleebrate my friends bday and had dinner. SInce it was ladies night, they offer 3 free drinks and half price on their menu which was great.they won't give you the half price on the receipt, so you got to tell the waiter the half price you need to pay instead which was very weird. I paid my order full price 59aed for risotto. It is nearby damac metro station, you can definitely walk there and walk towards the Armada Hotel, ride the elevator one floor down. Overall the experience was beautiful.

I don't really get the attraction with NOLA. Always crowded, with loads of empty reserved tables until 9pm - and you are guaranteed to stink of smoke for days afterwards.
That said, it does do decent food.
If you are going to go - book in advance and leave your table empty until 9pm.

Very loud place, too much people specially guys. Ladies night not much drinks but food discounted.

Good food. The ladies night offer is amazing. Try the mozzarella cheese and spinach appetizer it's amazing. Drinks are great. The place is Abit cramped up though, it feels like you're being a sandwich of people.

At JLT cluster P, there carrefour mkt near.
I never be there but mostly peoples like eat and drink there.

An ever popular place for a fun night with your mates. Always crowded so you need to book in advance. Good food and drinks. Don't sit too close to the live singers station or you'll be deaf before the night is done! Great service!
