Purchased soaps back in September 2023. It's now December and still haven't received notification that they've shipped. I've tried contacting 10 times and received no response.

Was going back home and wanted a unique gift from Dubai for my friends. I was so happy to find this hidden treasure store selling all camel products which make a perfect gift. Loved their packaging!
