noon CFC

My delivery of paint did not arrive on the Wednesday and I had booked for the painters to come on the Thursday by 12 noon. On the Thursday, I called Noon to locate my delivery. I was informed that I would receive my paint from 10am till 10pm. I tried to get them to contact the delivery service to find out the specific time of the delivery in order to know if I should cancel the painters but was informed that a complaint had been raised about my issue and that the response could take 24 hours.
Totally Unprofessional!

I have ordered in November. Parcel was supposed to receive by 8th Nov but I didn't receive any parcel.
I have informed to cancel the order on 8th Nov. And after that I got call from noon 3-4 times, just to chck whether I got parcel or not.

I have informed many times to noon didn't receive parcel. And I need refund.

Today on 20th Dec, Noon service provider come to collect the parcel which I have not received. Such a worst and poor service and there is no update from Noon. Please don't use such delivery app who cheat like this.

Very poor service, we sent the complaint for more than 18 days and no action from their side at all.

I ordered kfc from noon food and the delivery came from kfc delivery boy. But they are not ready to bring food at my floor and i paid delivery charges.
They came ground floor and make it delivered in noon app after take it return and delivery boy not attending the phone call. While calling to kfc greens community the staff was very rude and not respecting the customers.so don't order kfc from noon foods

Noon service need to improve a lot.please check the seller.they are providing defective phone.which is completely wasting someone time and money both at the same end.delivery alway come last.

Its such a bad experience.i order grocery items and its been two day i havent recieve my order, they deliver it in the wrong place.so i have no choice but to place another order in talabat and i recieve it in just 30mins. They need to educate thier riders, and one thing i notice to the customer service as well that he is understamiting the amount of my order. And its not about the amount of the items, but its about the commitment from thier side to costumers, and our expectations to them

I received this item in this condition. I request to return this item they take already from my place.they take five days to go check it’s in return policy or not today they deliver again Same item. If they can’t refund my money. They should change this item order number RAAEEB00753338

I placed an order from Noon Grocery for some vital items along with an item which had a good offer, which was the reason I tried noon back again even though I had bad experience with them in the past.

The delivery was scheduled for the next day which arrived late at night and out of the 4 items I ordered, 3 of them were missing. The order had essential grocery items which was for breakfast the next day (Eggs and sliced bread). I had received 2 other items which I had not ordered and not of use to me.

I immediately raised the complaint through the app with pictures requesting to deliver the items I had placed the order for.
I had no response and when I checked in 2 days later, just refunded the amount for 2 of the 3 items missing.

I rang the call center and explained the situation and requested to deliver the items I had placed the order for and they told me that they can only refund and I should place the order for the same (which now is not available on the app for the same price) and the team will contact me within 4 hours to solve my issue. 96 hours later, I had no response from their team and had to spent 12 minutes calling the team again and explaining the situation all over again.
They are adamant that all they can offer is the refund for the items back to noon wallet. Note that they had charged a service fee for the order, the item which I had purchased is not available for the same price.
The whole order and experience was extremely disappointing, frustrating and honestly left me discontent.

So I have lost my time placing the order, not receiving the items I ordered for, constantly raising complaints to the call center and few dhs back in Noon wallet which after this experience, I would not be using for. Wasted my money, time, energy and effort and the issue still remains unsolved.

Warning! Noon company is a Scammer! They sell super low quality goods. I received a broken laptop and just lost my money - they do not accept the item refund and just ignoring me.

No starts. I am VIP customer for 2 years. Actually it is a fake advertising by Noon. Don't fall to it. Worse customer service.

Delayed refunds for returns, always a hassle and i have to keep asking. You guys will never be like Amazon!

I have worked for Noon for the last 4 months. My salary of Oct was never paid, I tried to resolve the issue with incompetent, hostile and totally unprofessional Indian and Pakistani management, they gave me the boot, blocked my ID and told me to leave the office.
Overall, it's a horrible company to work. If the management is not replaced soon enough, this company is destined for Dooms.

Shame, i bought an iphone 6 months ago and suddenly stopped working and then i found out it was a reported stolen phone!

Do not attempt ordering grocery online. I have been waiting for four days now for the goods ordered.

Make you wait ages even when they are not busy. Staff is always confused they will send you to 5 different places before Nything gets dine. When you collect your products back they will be damaged beyond repair. Noon says it's not their fault. Shockingly bad

Very unprofessional and badly managed. I dont know why no one knows where you need to go and no one is helpful nor informative. Staff are rude and unwilling to assist. Frustrating to say the least

The prices are usually good and often there are offers or free delivery on some. Quality of the products is good and the reviews are legit.
Problems I've had are long delivery time (even 3 weeks) and the customer service is not very helpful. They have place for improvement but generally good.

There is no space for guest or delivery person just wait and stand out side with Dubai temperature they handle like animal.so sad

Just bad memories with noon failed management failed training sessions failed accounts department still didn't get salary and incentives even management threatening not to enter in UAE again

Very far from central Dubai. They don't have the waiting area, the guy went for the interview were standing in the sun. Female candidates were treated well. Safety was very strict.

I had non-efficient and non-professional experience with "Noon". I order 2 time frequently and they cancel my order at the same day of delivery.so i just waste my time to wait and expect the delivery.if i didn't ask for my order they wouldn't tell me that my order is CANCELED in the same day of delivery, after advertising about their offers and e-commerce they lose their company efficiency.i wish to contact someone from their company to prove what happen several time without reason
ضيعت وقتي اطلب كذا مره ومن كذا بائع وفالأخير اتفاجئ بنفس يوم التوصيل يتكنسل طلبي بحجة ان الشي اللي طلبته مخلص وانا يوم اطلب يكون متوفر ولا كيف بتتأكد طلبيتي وبدفع يوم الشي مب موجود شي مايدش العقل. لو المنتج مب موجود لا توهمون الناس بالاسعار والعروض وعقب تصدمونهم لان مب كل حد عده وقت ينتظر واتمنى اتواصل مع المسؤول أثبت الاشيا اللي صارت وياي

It is a wondorful place and easy to locate, though there is still need some improvement, such as guest room for outsider,
clean the front area properly.but beside from this i like this place for a headoffice.

Worst after sale service. I'm chasing them for warranty service, no response from weeks.

I ordered 2 pics but they never deliver it. I keep receiving messages from them telling me they will deliver today but nothing happened.
I think they are very far away from souq or any other online shopping company

I have made a purchase, they halted the process for apparent verification. Required Identification sent, no response or update given. I have had to follow up 4 times to gain the products i have purchase. 4 times i was promised a call back and each time i had to follow up. The items are now 2 days late, still no update on it. I am constantly being apologized to, have called multiple times and still no answer or update. I am absolutely baffled by the treatment i have received. In future i will take my business elsewhere.

Do not buy your electronics here. I bought a Samsung Galaxy phone from Noon and it turned out it was rooted, and the software was messed with. I returned the product more than a month a go and they promised a refund back then but are now refusing to give the money back

Very bad service no respect deliveries take so long only keep promising you there staff are face.
