the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed by the excessive time it took for material processing. the lengthy processing times were frustrating and impacted efficiency.

It's terrible, come only if you r free whole day. They don't have the staff as well 1 person is sitting but in 1 hour he didn't take a single delivery too many cars are here but only waiting the E Commerce need to take the action against the poor behavior and less staff

Very bad behaviour of the delivery person. I cancelled the order due the delivery drivers behaviour

No proper proceder if we have some relitive person hear then good othervise can wait or cancel this services

Dear seller, be aware that the delivery of your FBN is a nightmare, you will wait 3 hours in Sun till you have your token number being called, it is a big mess, all the poor drivers are waiting on floor waiting, no chance to know when will your number will be called or when will you expect it, the staff are not available most of the time and when you ask anyone who will pass by in the warehouse ;they keep saying in break-time If a shift change has taken place while you are waiting add 1.5 hours to your time.think again if noon is the ideal e-commerce partner!

Worst customer service and rather order from amazon. They can actually organize their delivery correctly.

Absolutely horrendous experience, coming in on schedule with a token still means waiting minimum 2 hours. Problem is there is not enough staff of employees for the inbound collection, usually only 2 Slots are open out of 6 or more.
Weather it be day time or night time.the delay and time it takes for items being scanned and checked is Absolutely ridiculous. Be prepared for no one to help or guide you what to do if any issues occur. It is common to see many delivery drivers there complaining and getting frustrated as they have to come here on a daily basis and face these delays. NOON needs to make changes to the efficiency of this Warehouse otherwise shut it down. Amazon Warehouse is nothing like this, they have a proper system but Noon is far behind.

Gate for noon seller delivery back side and systematic arrangements pls carry your emirates I’d for checkin and must have all related documents in place

Worst service ever, scheduled appointments mean nothing to these employees, sometimes a person just cuts in line and goes while others have to wait 3 hours +

Horrendous coordination and no help whatsoever

This is the worst noon warehouse, I I am here for more than 2 hours and still there are 25 person before me

Worse experience I have ever had, this was not my first time dealing with them, it happens always, this was my 4th time.
I had schedule for between 3pm-6pm and I arrived right on time as per the schedule and they issued the normal token as well as scheduled even then I had to wait there more than 8 hours for my turn.there is no proper arrangement and no one is there to guide you, everyone there is having random token number and only 2 inbound slots were working and taking too long to count all the items (not box) for each supplier and there is no one to assist you or even to give you any information and there is no one we can contact with regarding this issue which is ridiculous.they don't really care about there customers they treat you like we are there to beg them nor they provide any kind of courier service.they should learn something from the former company SOUQ.
Everything is so outdated at NOON

Noon is very good company, i work there.but official environment is much political and based on racesim.can see a clear difference between Nepali/India nationals and other nationals.a company can not grow if hiring firing or permotions are not merit based.

I don't how to say this but Noon.com has by far one of the main competitors with Amazon.ae and their facilities are exceptional and a very siren environment but one thing you should take into account is when visiting you must go with your own car because it's hard to meet taxi's over there.

Taking so long for one supplier other need to wait out side in hot weather need to make some sitting area.there are lots of slots in the warehouse but only 1 or 2 is open and for RTV need to wait 2 to 3 hours if you don't believe please do visit
