Very bad service. I ordered grocery yesterday, they charged my credit card but then after 30 seconds they send me email that order is cancelled without any reason and they did not refund the money. Since morning i tried to reach their call enter but after waiting for 5 mins they gave me another number but even after waiting for 8mins no one took the call. Horrible service. If order is cancelled
then why charge the customer. If it takes noon to cancel order in 30 seconds then why money is not returned in 30seconds

Working experience is good and all the managers are awesome. Great working experience

So bad customer service no any manager contacted to clients so poor I will sure make complain to Dubai consumer department.
